I have sent 231$ to buy virtual Bank account he told me if i sent money He ill give give me reseller to cheap rate as 4$ per vba, But once i sent 231$ from my blockchain he scammed me and banned me from his skype. SO I want to refund my 231$ which i was sent from skype. www.openvcc.com is scammer he is big theif he is big online fruad .If he donr refund me ill be complain under him to FBI cause he use Stolen us bank account and he hacked us people information name address and social security number to make bank account . So dont go openvcc and kick this spammer
What a complete scammer. I bought VBA which was an instant verify, tried to verify them instantly and it said log in details do not work. Contacted them and they have yet to offer me a solution. It has been 3 weeks already! This is the main reason why this cheap fuk accepts only web money, bitcoin, and perfect money is so you can't get your money back. He insists on not accepting PayPal because he knows he is out to scam people.
I should have listen to everyone else when they say to buy from the Aspkin forums or Auction Essistance.
Should have read the reviews before I bought, but it is true. Banks didn't work, VCC was utter crap. Couldn't even add it because PayPal said it was linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts.

Completely agree. Openvcc scammed me and many of my friends. Takes nearly 2 weeks to respond.

Agree. This seller is a conartist. Openvcc doesn't respond to chats or emails once he has your money. Been waiting for over 2 weeks for the VBA. Not to mention some of our clients bought and receive their VBAs within 3 days, they have been waiting over a week for the deposit amounts. Guy doesn't respond on skype, email or chat.
