OpenSky never again!

I purchased several things from OpenSky and after I paid I received my tracking number. It took them over three weeks to deliver my stuff and when I finally received it I was extremely disappointed with the awful quality. I decided to return everything for a refund. I attempted to reach someone from OpenSky which was almost impossible because. I could not find their phone number so I sent them an email and receive no response. Then I sent another message and nothing again. I have no idea what to do and I really need help. I want to know if there is a way to contact these people. Anyways I will never order from them again.

OpenSky I'm very disappointed.

I made an order about 30 days ago and received nothing yet. I tried to call them, but no one ever picked up the phone! I also sent them tons of emails but received absolutely no response ever! No attempt to make anything better, no help whatsoever. OpenSky is not a trustworthy company, they are very dishonest and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and I doubt that I'll ever receive anything.

OpenSky my horrible experience

I made an order back in January, and when I received it, I was very disappointed because the item was damaged. I immediately contacted OpenSky customer service and told them about the defect. They asked me to send them photos, which I did. I was told they would contact the merchant for a response. Several days passed and I heard nothing from them. The last email I received stated that they will send me a return label. Weeks passed, and I emailed them and said that I did not receive the label. Received no response. No attempt or effort to bring about a satisfactory resolution. It seems like the customer is not a priority to OpenSky. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I will never order from them again, and I never had an experience as disappointing and frustrating as this one.

OpenSky where is my order?

I made an order in early February. OpenSky tracking system says that my item was shipped on the 7th, but I have not yet received it. I wanted to contact someone to ask if everything was fine, but received no response. Then I checked the reviews and now I have no idea what to expect. I doubt that I'll ever receive anything. I'll wait few more days and then I'll contact my bank. I'm very disappointed with this website. When I found OpenSky they looked pretty trustworthy, but I guess I was wrong.

I m still wondering what they are going to do regarding a bracelet I ordered. Like most other complaints here, they said it was delivered but it wasn', t at least to me. Emailing back and forth, get the auto response. Then they emailed me saying they wanted me to go get the merchant number at the post office. Wtf!? To make a long story short.. Are they going to refund my money or send the item!? I'm more than frustrated. And I get their email ads everyday, sometimes twice daily. Who the hell are these people and what is there problem!?

OpenSky terrible experience.

I purchased some candles from OpenSky back in January. Few minutes after I made an order I received a confirmation email and my tracking number. Well, it is now late February and I receive nothing yet, my candles never shipped. OpenSky got my money and that is as far as it has gone. I contacted their customer support and they told that there was nothing they could do, that I need to contact the seller first. Weeks passed and still nothing! I know that they are running a scam and I will probably never get what I paid for. I'm very disappointed.

OpenSky zero customer service

I was trying to place an order and it kept saying my address was incorrect!
We have had the address for over a dozen years. I tried different ways to type the address and finally gave up. Went in search for a customer service number. It does not exist on their site. They want you to email them.
Ok fine,
in the middle of placing an order I send them an email. I get a return email with their "help" link (already tried the "help" link before I sent the email.)
The email said someone would be in touch in 3-5 days.
This is not my first rodeo. I buy more online than in stores now.
Bottom line:
If there is no customer service back up- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

OpenSky stole my money!

I made an order with OpenSky on February 3. They immediately charged $80 from my card and sent me a confirmation email. 20 minutes late I received another message from them stating that my order was cancelled. I tried to contact them, but then never replied. So I left them a message saying I want a my money back. Two days ago they charged my card again. In total they took over $150 from me for who knows what. They canceled my order for no reason and then they just robbed me! I hope they'll read this and refund me.

OpenSky do not order!

I purchased a t-shirt from OpenSky. It was really cute, white and appeared to be chiffon. When I finally received it I was disappointed! The shirt was ridiculously small! It would barely fit my 5 year old sister! I contacted customer care and asked for a refund. So I returned it to the address given on the return label. Two months passed and still no money! I have contacted OpenSky many times and every time they say that they have no record of the return. Basically I'm out of $25 and I doubt that I will ever get my money back. That definitely was my last purchase from Open Sky. These people are unprofessional and liars! I know they received the shirt, because the post office said it was successfully delivered. Well, OpenSky just lost another customer.

If we sent you an RMA after the return is received back 3 days later you are issued a refund. However if you returned the item on your own, we need the return tracking information to validate it has been received back by the merchant and we can issued you a full refund.

OpenSky the worst online shop!

This company is the worst ever! I purchased a pair of lenses for my phone. When I received my order I found out that lenses were damaged. They arrived in a very small bag. The quality was very poor and the lenses didn't fit the phone. I immediately contacted OpenSky customer service and told that I would like to return the lenses. They promised to call me back but they never did. So I contacted them again and asked for a return label but there was no response. Well, OpenSky is just another dishonest online business. I'll never order anything from them again.

OpenSky they won't allow returns!

I purchased three pieces of jewelry from OpenSky. I had a store credit, so I thought that I would only pay for shipping. I had no idea they only accepted partial credits for purchases. Before ordering I looked through their website very carefully and there was nothing said about I couldn't use the whole credit for the purchase. When I realized that I immediately contacted customer care and tried to cancel the order. That was after they charged my credit card. I received a message accepting the cancellation. But several days later I got another email stating my order was being processed and shipped. I tried to cancel again, received an email saying my order can't be canceled. When I received they package, I wanted to return it but was told that this was a final sale, so nothing can be returned. I do not recommend OpenSky!

OpenSky terrible customer service!

Back in December I ordered several items from OpenSky. But when I received the package there was only one item there. Other items did not arrive. I contacted their customer service and complained. And only week ago I finally received my items. Those were supposed to be Christmas present, but it is almost February and I don't need them anymore. One items was a phone charger. I bought it for myself and it does not even seem to work. I contacted them and wanted to return the charger, but they said it is too late. Their returning policy states that items can be returned within 30 days, but it is not my fault that shipping took so long! This is not right! They made a mistake and they should be responsible for it! Horrible service!

OpenSky dreadful customer service!

I purchased a bracelet from OpenSky. It took them three weeks to deliver it. I was extremely disappointed when I realized that they’ve sent me a completely different bracelet. I sent them an email and received only a computer generated response. Then I checked their website and found their phone number. I called them and explained what happened, but they didn't believe I'd received the wrong item. Then I sent them a photo and they offered me a $20 store credit! The credit is not really a credit. It is a discount on some of their merchandise. Their excuse was the bracelet I ordered was out of stock. Give me my money back you thieves! I will never order from OpenSky again.

OpenSky there is no customer service!

Purchased a watch for my son for Christmas on December 5th. When I gave it to him it did not work. I sent them an email asking for a refund. It took several days to get a reply. I was told the refund is impossible since they have a 14 day return policy. All reputable company's have a 30 day return! I still had some time, but they ignored me for 5 days! This website is a scam! Another item I purchased did not even make it for Christmas. It is already January, my second item never arrived. They sell broken thing, customer service is useless! I really hate this company!

OpenSky service... responses...

I purchased an item from opensky on dec, 10, 2015 as it was intended for christmas present. On dec.17, I get an email from them saying the ordered was cancelled and on the same day my cc sends email that my card was charged. I reached out to them no less than 6 times to get clarity on why I was charged and why it was cancelled, on the 24th I get email that it wasn't cancelled and now is delayed (Needless to say not going to be a christmas gift) several more emails as I received email from usps they were notified of a "pending shipment", several more emails from me with no response. I would strongly not recommend opensky for any purchase. Their customer service in comparison to amazon, ebay, and other online companies I have worked with is no comparison, they are just very very poor. Stay away

OpenSky orders for christmas delivery

Horrible, horrible, horrible company. I ordered 3 items for my wife for Christmas 2015, only got one of them. According to their "tracking", the entire order is complete, and the ticket is closed. The other two items, were ordered on Dec 12th with 3 day shipping, it's now Jan 3rd 2016 and still nothing. I've emailed them regarding the shipment on the 22ed of Dec, only to get an automated reply that they are looking into it, and I've heard nothing since. The only number to call them I could find online is an endless sales pitch for everything from life insurance, to vacation timeshares. Never giving the caller an option to speak with anyone regarding customer service. I wish I would have researched these pukes prior to ordering from them. Thankfully my credit card has a $0 responsibility for fraud. I'm challenging the entire charge with Visa, maybe they'll get in touch with me when the money I paid is pulled from their account. Then it will be me not calling them back. My guess is that so many people will be challenging their charges, that OpenSky won't be able to track all of them down, and for every charge that gets challenged, they get hit with a $25 paperwork fee from my credit card company. Nice...

OpenSky poor customer service have not received order

I bought a sterling silver bracelet and 3 pair of legging from the site, the jewelry and leggings from 2 different vendors. This was over 3 weeks ago, my bracelet came 2 weeks ago still waiting on the leggings and the tracking number that was sent 2 weeks ago is no good.
The customer service is terrible, I have emailed with a few different issues from the odd billing where they charge you double then drop one if the charges to my items not coming and the tracking number problem. It always takes at least 3 days for them to reply at times with me having to send a second email. Also unless you are a high enough member, which I am not, you can't call them there is no number! Who heard of such a thing I did not even think to check for a number in case I had a problem I've never heard of anything like that!
Needless to say I will never shop with them again I do not trust a company I cannot call and the customer service is beyond terrible. They have cool items but the items and shipping are over priced and I found at least the one vendor who has not sent my items on another site, which also has a way if actually contacting the specific vendor I'm thinking of contacting them at their other site.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 4 items. Two arrived in an ok amount of time. Not fast. I ordered January 25 and still as of today, March 1, have yet to receive an item from a vendor called Bright and Beautiful. After inquiring, the excuse was that they just forgot to send it. Pretty Rock Glam sent an adorable sweater, but when I opened it the smell was atrocious (like extreme BO) and it was covered in some sort of oily liquid. It took over 3 weeks for Open Sky to finally get a response from them. Now I have to send it back and when they receive my damaged sweater they will send a new one. Maybe I'll get my sweater in June! Or never. Oh, and there were no tags in sweater. No country of origin, no care instructions, no brand label, no nothing. Open Sky reps were nice and I felt that they were really trying, but a person can only be patient for so long. Love the options and styles, but unbelievably poor delivery service.

I referred my friends to this store and they love it! I love this store! Great service fast shipping and the clothing is trendy and unique, opensky staff I believe can be very slow with customer service but they try and you will get a answer
