OpenSky zoomable 60x monocular with smartphone attachment

I received the binocular but not the tripod and clamp that holds the phone.
Can you look into this. I buy a lot from you guys.

OpenSky charge for items not received

On September 7th I placed an order with Open Sky for a number of items but when I received my package on September 23rd, only two items I ordered were included, however there were 4 pair of earrings included that were not requested. I have been going back and forth with them for two weeks trying to either get a refund for what was missing or have the other items shipped but the representative keeps getting what is missing wrong. He finally sent me a label to return the entire order but I have already used the things I received that I ordered and do not have the packaging - plus I want to keep them! They have no phone support and there is no escalation process. I am going to dispute the charge with the credit card company as I feel I have no other option at this point. My order number was [protected]-1 and my case number for the dispute is Case #958718. The person who I reached was Martin R.

OpenSky waste of time

Please, people, learn more before dealing with businesses. Most of them are total scammers and it may be late before you understand you were robbed or tricked.
They said their cards are convenient for those who don't want to deal with bank accounts, so thats why their cards exist. But once you get their card and try to make the first payment they require a bank account. I don't understand something or what? There are several conditions to сancel the card and they are all about making payments and additional fees. No, I never expected to encounter anything like this when decided to mess with them.
Please, be careful.

OpenSky backpack

I ordered a backpack on 9 16 2017. It arrived today 9 21 2017 which was fine but is not the backpack i ordered. It is the style i orderedd but was to have small pink flowers in the design and i got feathers which is a different look. 😭 code i was to use is z3a8y9b8. My name is carol hoover. 3225 central drive finleyville pa 15332. Im disappointed because i wanted to use it for travel tomorrow. I want what i ordered.

OpenSky can't unsubscribe from opensky.com

I've clicked unsubscribe on dozens of emails I've received from them and it takes me to a screen for signing up. When I put my credentials in I'm told I already have an account. No matter what I do it's an endless loop with no way to unsubscribe. If I go directly to their website the same thing happens.
I just want to unsubscribe. I get far too many emails from opensky, up to five a day.

OpenSky purchased perfume then open sky canceled it but doubled the price on their site, assuring me I can purchase it again but for double

BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR TRANSACTIONS

I had used Open Sky in the past and was pleased with my purchase BUT they recently made a horrible name for themselves. I purchased an item on August 27th, received conformation email, and an email stating that it was waiting to be shipped. Fast forward 2 weeks and I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. I quickly checked the website to see if it was out of stock, but it was not. Open Sky more than doubled the price of the item that I previously paid $106 to $220!

I contacted customer service and they were of no assistance. Only reassuring me that I can still make a purchase but for double the cost of the item that I already paid for. I informed them I would never use their site again and also would spread the word on their integrity. Very displeased and disgusted with the manner in which Open Sky dealt with my transaction.

OpenSky Security deposit

After trying to build my credit to purchase a VA home loan. I was referred to OPEN SKY. I gave $200 as a security deposit. When I finally received my card cause the 1st one never came. When I tried using my card after paying another $80 because I spent $10 on my card. I always had problems using it. I closed my account and now they put a bad mark on my credit for $30. I moved out of state. Now it's been 1 month. And I have my new address. 2 weeks and I still have not received my $200. Now when I call I can not get through.

OpenSky do not buy from them

I swear they are real scammers. So irresponsible for what they do and what they send to customers. The dress I got was made very unprofessional as if it was sewed by someone who has never done it before. The material is the cheapest they probably could find. Everything about cheapness. Return policies are ridiculous and have nothing to do with reality.
They are simply terrible.

OpenSky never received merchandise

I places an order for a dress and two rompers in May, and I still haven't received it yet! I can't get into my account and was charged for the dress. I can't talk to anyone and there is NO customer service. The two rompers I ordered with the dress I finally got, with a quality worse than the dollar store. NEVER purchase anything from this bogus company

OpenSky orders a wallet

Ordered a wallet I emailed them
In May saying I haven't received it anc they stated it is back ordered. Then I emailed them again and they said it was delivered so I need to deal with post office about it. I then get an email about $88 dollars in credit but never got it they charged my bank account. What is going on with this company? I need answers

OpenSky fraudulent advertising for merchandise not available

I ordered a set of "Bamboo" sheets, and was sent a set of cheap polyester substitutes. Even the package labeling was fraudulent - "Egyptian Cotton" sheets. They were not even made of cotton - the laundry label attached to a sheet said "Egyptian Cotton like" 100% Polyester.
When I contacted their Customer Service by online email, I received a standardized form letter, requesting that I send them a photo of my sheets. Then nothing else - no further correspondence.
They never mentioned sending me the "Bamboo Sheets" that I had ordered. They kept my money, and expected me to be satisfied with the fake polyester substitute.

OpenSky quality of bamboo sheets

ordered bamboo sheets said to be deep pockets for "taller mattress" but upon arrival and of course washing, the sheets are total junk, thin, flimsy and not even deep pocket. Heck they won't even stay on the mattress. It was a total waste of time and money purchasing from them and to add insult to injury, their customer service is a joke. I wrote in and all I get back is please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Really. I have yet to get any resolution and would advise others, buyer beware! Wish I had seen reviews of both the product being sold and the company before purchasing from them. Looks like substandard junk coming from China that they are dumping here in the states.

OpenSky Disappointing quality

I ordered 3 items from Open Sky at the end of December. two of the tops arrived today and to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement! The quality of the material is ridiculous and the one top that I purchased - I can't tell which side is which because of the seams running all over the place. It's unfortunate, as the tops look really cute online. Don't be fooled. The fabric is thin and flimsy and doesn't look like it would hold up to one washing! I contacted the company regarding a return of the items and they want to charge me $8.61 PER ITEM! Which is probably more than what they cost to make! I will be returning both items and paying for the shipping at my own expense at the post office. If they then deduct the return postage from my refund, I will contact a lawyer. What a scam!

OpenSky order # [protected], tracking#, lt519089618cn has been sitting in l.a. calif. since dec 9th.

Packagetrackr is telling me the item is going to be delayed & won't be delivered on the scheduled date? What! I never had a scheduled date.
I have been in contact with opensky, numerous times, in numerous ways.
What do I do ? Cancelling is not an option @ this point, I ordered these items
N dec 2-3, xmas is gone & birthdays are gone. I should be compensated for my time & patience, which is @ its end..
I love your co. , but I am a little disappointed. I spoke to nathan 2 weeks ago, he assured me he reached out to the merchant, there would be movement & I would have my order by xmas or a day after.
There are other orders, these are watches, I honestly don't remember what they are. Please do something, look up the tracking# & call usps on l. A.. Se what he hold up is, it rally makes open sky look bad. Thank-you

OpenSky nobody replies to inquiry about missing merchandise.

I've sent 3 e-mails regarding an order I placed 12/5. No reply. I purchased 7 items and I've only received 3. All items that I purchased claimed to be shipped within 4 days and received within 7-10 days of shipping,

It's ALMOST Christmas, nobody is contacting me to help figure out WHERE the merchandise is. There is no valid customer service telephone number and my only option is e-mail. Frustrating - stick with reputable companies that have phone #'s. I'm very disappointed!

OpenSky lace blouse

I purchased a top with lace decor on sleeves. I ordered a 2-X as I like my tops to fit loosely. When I opened it up it was maybe a Small/Medium. The material was like a thin t-shirt material that had no stretch to it whatsoever. I emailed them to let them know of my dissatisfaction and that I want to return it. They sent me a return label and said I have to pay $7.80 shipping which will be deducted from my refund. Mind you, I already paid $2.99 shipping & $1.99 handling. It is going UPS ground 15 miles from my house. I live in the 33351 zip code area and it is going to the 33073 zip code area. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

OpenSky inferior clothing

I purchased 3 garments. All 3 were oddly sized. For example, one shirt that was supposed to be an oversized big shirt, fit fine in the arms, but the body of the shirt was cut so small I couldn't even get it on. Another "poncho" type top was fine through the body but the wrist openings were made for a 6 year old. So when I went to return the order, it was somewhat confusing--and they are going to charge me to return these defective items. I have emailed about that, but I'm not optimistic. I wish I'd checked these folks out a little better before purchasing from them. I'll never do it again, that's for sure.

OpenSky watches

I ordered two watches from OpenSky on September 1, 2016, one for myself and one as a gift. They were delivered approximately Sept. 10, 2016. Approximately 10 days after delivery, my watch was not keeping time, so I replaced the battery, but the watch continued to lose time (approximately 6 hours in a 12 hour period). I gave the other watch to my friend on Sept. 16, and by Sept. 27 her watch was also losing time. I contacted OpenSky via e-mail for instructions to return the watches for a refund, but was told (via e-mail) that items could only be returned within 14 days of delivery, and it was now 17 days since delivery. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a watch to keep accurate time for more than 14 days.

OpenSky merchant service

I purchased one of the merchant plans at the end of July, 2016. When I inquired some questions by emails, it takes 5 days in some cases. I couldn't work with the company that has the worst customer service, and requested to refund, but refused, because refund request is within 48 hours. I filed complaints to BBB. I am wondering if the issue is resolved. I will report it to FTC or NY CA consumer protection departments until they issue a refund. The company telephone number doesn't show in contacts of OpenSky site. It shows only help for purchasing the plans.

OpenSky stay away!!

I have ordered a shirt as a present from www.opensky.com and received nothing yet! I paid for the shirt more than two months ago and still nothing and they refuse to refund me and keep telling me to be patient! Are you kidding me?
I got a tracking number but later found out that it was not working! OpenSky rep said that I need to be more patient and they tried to assure me that there was nothing wrong with the tracking number and that I probably did not know how to use it!
This company is beyond ridiculous! Stay away!
