Open Media Pty Ltd Or Open Communications, Inc. / Never sent product & no order, but credit card charged
I ordered Blonde perfume in March, 2007. After numerous e-mails, with no response from the company, I never received the product and was not successful in having the charge removed from my credit card. Now, in July, I am being charged again by this company with no order. I've seen other people that have had similar experiences with this company. What can be done to stop this ripoff from happening? I am currently out almost $100.0o and if I don't get this new charge off the credit card (which of course I will be fighting), it will be another $100.oo. I think this company is based out of Australia - the owner is Simon Verdon.
