This is absolutely ridiculous, My package was said to be delivered yesterday to my front door. I found the package on the lawn opened with nothing in it. Now today I had one more package coming, I was told it was delivered to my front door nothing is there.
they haven't delivered my order
I bought some stuff and choose the company www.ontrac.com to deliver my stuff. I paid money with card, but this jerk took larger sum from me than it was mentioned on the website, as well as after that I haven’t heard from them within 4 weeks. The rep replied only after my email. He told me to wait and informed that the order was sent already. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this company.
Well i ordered for first time from Temu and they used this place to deliver my package that cost 144.58$. They took a picture of my package on the wrong person house or apartment building! Temu refuses to refund me now im waiting to see what this company is going to do . I still dont have my package . Poor customer service and never order from TEMU!
