I ordered a Canon EOS 40D last week - just the body. I should have known from the price that it was too good to be true. ordered it, never received any confirmation email or anything, so I never quite knew if the order went through or not. So, I followed up with the "Contact Us" email to them - no response. Followed up with a phone call this am. I told the person in "Customer Service" that I needed to check the status of an order. He didn't bother to ask me the order number, he just asked me what I ordered. I told him the Canon 40D body. He never looked up the order, he just launched into how I could buy just the body of the camera and not buy lenses. He was pushy and I thought maybe he was just doing his job of upselling. I was anoyed, but gave him another chance - I told him my friend had the same camera and some extra lenses. He starting saying something like that's like wearing your friends underwear or something. I said, not your concern, just need the status of my order please. He starting saying how I was harassing him and I was going to jail for years or something. I told him nevermind, hung up, and reported them to the BBB. The guy I talked to was insane!

I placed an order for 2 Olympus Stylus 1050SW cameras based on the price on their website and I should have know it was too good to be true. There price did not include the battery for the camera which was another $90 each however my complaint with them is not about the product it is about their sales representatives. The gentlem (if you want to call him that) I delt with was Joe. He is emailed and asked I call because of a problem with my order. When I finally got thru to him he informed me I needed to order batteries to go with the camera and tried to sell me a warranty for them to which I agreed to purchase however for whatever reason my card was declined and he emailed me and ask to contact him again. By this time I was frustated with the whole process and ordered the cameras from another company so when I contacted him the second time I asked the order be cancelled. That was a week ago and this company continues to try to process my credit card for the cameras. Today I again called the company and got Joe who I have to say should be fired from his job imediately because he is so imature and non-professional. He acted like a child when I again asked him to cancel the order to the point I just finally hung up. I have to assume this company will continue to try to get the money from my credit card because they refuse to cancel the order. Please DO NOT EVER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

Hello!
On 12/14 at 10:20 AM PST, I called on time digital, to ask if a camera I saw on their website is new or refurbished.
After a 20-minute wait, a clerk from sales, answered and says it is refurbished. I asked why it was not marked
refurbished on the website. That would have saved me 20 minutes calling to find out. The clerk told: You are idiot sir!

I ordered an Olympus Stylus 1010 on December 13. Received an email to call to confirm. I called the next day. Was told I forgot to order a battery and get a warranty. I responded that the camera was supposedly new and that this camera comes w/ a battery and I did not need the warranty. He said that it doesn't come w/ the battery. I said that I did not need the battery or the warranty. He told me ok it would ship out the next day. The next day I checked the status online and found that it had been cancelled. I called and spoke w/ customer service. They said it was probably cancelled b/c it was backordered. I asked if he could check to see if it was instock b/c it was still for sale on the website. He said he would transfer me to the General Manager. I left a message detailing the problem and never received a response. I also filled out the online help form twice. No response there either. Being stupid, and figuring it must be the holiday crazyness, I placed the order again two days ago. I received the familiar call to confirm email. Just called 20 minutes ago, received the same response from the same salesperson, Joe S. Though when I again told him no to the battery he said, "Well, your order's cancelled, how's that?" Then he hung up the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I just hope my contact and credit card info is okay b/c I cannot find a way to delete it from their website.

Avoid this company at all costs and google them to find many other stories. I just had the exact same experience as stated everywhere. I ordered a camera at a great price (too good to be true). Everything was going smoothly and then a couple of days later I got an email asking me to 'call and verify' the order. The rude guy on the other end starting trying to sell me a battery, insurance, etc (just like the other posts said) and when I finally got it through his thick skull that I wanted to cancel he said 'Its canceled' and then hung up on me.

I did order Vixia HF10 through them, no confirmation, when I called them they would put me on hold, and the call would drop off after they put me on hold, I tried calling 3 more times after this, and was put on hold then disconnected. If you do the search all over the net, they're a bunch of scammers, don't buy from them.

I ordered a Nikon P-90 Camera for a "good" price. About 24 hours later I got an email asking me to call to confirm order. When I was told I needed to order a lens for the camera. I went back to the web site and there were optional lens as accessories. When I ask if it came with a lens that had the capability of providing wide angle to 24X? Yes it included that lens. I said that was what I wanted. The Customer No service Rep put me on hold for a couple of minutes. When he returned, he said did I want the 4 hour battery or the 5 hour battery? I told him the Nikon product list included the battery. He said theirs did not include the battery because they bought in bulk. I said cancel the order and he said ok and hung up. I checked with their website and they only had a replacement battery listed as an accessory. I went back to their web site and they had raised the price on the camera by $100.

I purchased a camera from On Time Digital for 179.99 + 9.99 shipping for a total of 189.98. I have an email receipt for this amount. Emails were received telling me to call to confirm the order. When I called, I was pressured to purchase batteries for the camera. The camera is an Olympus, and I was lead to believe the batteries were as well. I told the salesman multiple times I did not want the batteries, only the camera. Finally the salesperson said he would sell the high quality, 5 hour batteries for $30 and I accepted, but only because I wanted the camera and they would not send it otherwise. I never received a receipt for the batteries. My credit card was charged $278.61, which is $88.63 over the price of the camera. They did not ship anything for over two weeks after my card was credited. When I received the shipment, the camera was packaged as if it were used, and the batteries are a cheap no name brand that can be purchased for $11. I would never have purchased these batteries, because of the inferior quality. When I called the company to ask about returning the batteries, I was told I would have to return the entire order, camera and batteries, and pay a 20% restocking fee. This would be over $50. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a Canon camera on line. The order was possessed and in stock. I got a phone call from then trying to upgrade or add accessories. I said no. I immediately received an email stating the camera was back ordered. The sales person was extremely hard selling and rude when I kept refusing the add ons. This company has false advertising and should be fined or shut down.

BECAREFUL IN ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY WOULD ADVERTISE ITEMS THAT WOULD SEEM CHAEP ADN TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT THEY DONT DISCLOSE THAT THEY HAVE OPENED THAT BOX AND REMOVED SOME OF THE ITEM THAT ORIGINALLY CAME WITH THE PRODUCT THAT YOU WANT TO BUY.

HERE'S THE PART WHERE THEY SCAM YOU FOR MORE MONEY... THEY WILL SELL YOU THAT OR THOSE THINGS THEY REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE FOR MORE MONEY.

BY THE TIME YOU REALIZE THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, NOW THEIR GONNA CHARGE YOU WITH A RESTOCKING FEE AND ON TOP OF THAT LET YOU PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING BACK TO THEM. WHICH IN THIS CASE THEY STILL GET MONEY FROM YOU. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT BACK A BOX OF CAMERA ON THE SHELF???

I BOUGHT A CAMERA FROM THIS COMPANY THINKING IT WAS A GREAT DEAL CAUSE THEY WERE INDEED THE CHEAPEST OR LOWEST PRICE YOU CAN FIND ON THE NET (SOMETIMES). THEN TO MY SURPRISE, THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED ME "SIR YOUR CAMERA IS READY TO SHIP, WOULD YOU WANT TO BUY THE BATTERY AND CHARGER FOR IT AS WELL?"... CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? THEIR SELLING DIGITAL POINT AND SHOOT CAMERAS WITHOUT THE SUPPOSEDLY INCLUDED BATTERY AND CHARGER. AND THEN SELL IT YOU FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ALSO FILED A REPORT TO THE BBB AS WELL. I HOPE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST ONTIMEDIGITAL, THEY WILL LOSE THEIR LICENSE AND BUSINESS.

I ordered a canon sd880is and did not receive any emails confirming my order for 5 days. when i did, it was an email asking me to call to confirm my order. when i called to confirm, they told me the camera comes with only a starter battery and would i like to purchase a battery for $89 and a charger for $89. i told them i hadn't expected to have to buy more and would any lithium battery work for the camera. when i would any question i would just hear silence on the other end. finally i would say "hello, are you still there?" he'd say "what did you say" i'd ask him again and again silence. finally he just hung up on me. i called him again and told him i wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me again. this is the worst customer service i've ever had. do not buy from them. it's not worth it!

I purchased a product called a swivel sweeper from this company on 12/16/2009. As advertised it was buy one, get one free. I paid in full $49.97. The package was shipped ground shipping. Both products arrived in the same carton. Estimated weight was abut 8 pounds maybe. Well on !/15/2010 it seems like they decided to take another payment for themselves without my knowledge from my credit card. I called and was told it was in 2 payments, you had to pay for shipping twice, $14.99. Seeing how they both came in the same package I question how that is a legal maneuver!! Well, thats my complaint. I will log on to my account daily now to make sure they don't keep taking out my money in their own free will.
