SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / I paid for the order, but seller ignores me

I ordered Pedigree from the website I paid for my order, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation email or any other info. Also I tried to contact them, but the email address was indicated incorrectly and all my emails were returned back. I don’t know what to do now. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
