Company for refunding my booking amount, rs. 7999 /
On 19th Sept., online deals today pvt. Ltd. Called me that if i book holiday package that day i will get an assured gift (Sony tablet z2) and i booked the same on 21st Sept.2015. They asked me to hurry up as 18 gifts were there and out of them, 8 were already issued.I asked them if i will not receive the sony tablet, they will refund money.The company assured me, the gift will be reached at my address on 2-3 working days.But after 1 month i did not get any gift. It has been one month and i haven't received any kind of notification regarding the gift. I have sent them several mails for the cancellation and refund of the amount, but they aren't refunding my money. In this way, i think the company is cheating their customers. I request you to kindly take action against this company for refunding my booking amount, rs. 7999 / -

Online Deals Today sales executive have committed me fake deals of Tablet offer and on the basis of that I have paid you Rs. 7999/- using payumoney payment gateway. Now After getting payment, they did not provide tablet and even they are not ready to refund my money. Reputed payment gateway like "Payumoney" should not give account to this kind of fraud company. I really want to tell all people in India, please do not deal with Online Deals Today Pvt.Ltd. I have lost my 7999/- @ this company and they cheated me. They will convince to get tour package and you will be cheated, do not go for any kind of transaction from Online Deals Today Pvt.Ltd at payumoney or any other payment gateway. Name of their sales executive is Pramil Sharma (Contact No. [protected]) has cheated me. I found Totally company is fraud. they are not giving any kind of gifts and not even refund. I m going for complaint against this company to consumer forum. ---

They have generated fake invoice using payment gateway and they committed booking in good hotels. Now After getting payment, they are giving me bookings which is completely useless or worthless. They are not ready to refund my money. First of all payumoneyZakpay is having great reputation in india and should not give account to this kind of fraud company. I really want to tell all people in india, please do not deal with Online Deals Today Pvt.Ltd. I have lost my 7999/- @ this company and they cheated. They will convince to get tour package and you will be cheated. Do not make any kind of transaction from Online Deals Today Pvt.Ltd at payumoney or any other payment gateway. Named Tarun Sharma ([protected])who is senior @Online Deals Today Pvt.Ltd and cheating people. They are dealing who are far from Delhi. Totally company is fraud. They are not giving any kind of gifts and not even refund you. Do not, Do not, Do not deal. 1. They have mentioned that i can ask for refund within 7 days, which clearly means weather i am satisfied or not i can ask for refund which i already did. 2. So called proclaimed operational manager told me that he can process my refund at any point of time. He does not need to adhere to policy also, he can process the refund even after 3 months. 3. Booking team sent me incorrect bookings, even number of nights were not correct in that. Also, I can not get the confirmation from hotel. I can not make the plans based on tentative bookings, in which they can not even confirm number of adults and number of nights. 4. below is the email about booking, where as i asked for 4 adult for 4 nights, they are trying to give 3 nights for 2 adults, that too in any hotel of their choice. How justified is that. Period of booking – From(28 Dec 2015) to ( 31 Dec 2015 ) Number of members accommodated – 2 Adults Room Category – Standard or Deluxe Rooms 5. Do you think that i should change my flights based on the confirmation above and need to ask my friends to drop the plans since we got booking only for 2 adults for 3 nights. So, you have failed to do the bookings on all fronts and telling me that my claims are unjustified. how good is that.

Refund of booking amount
On 16th may, online deals today pvt. Ltd. Called me that if i book holiday package that day i will get an assured gift (Sony tablet z2) . They asked me to hurry up as 18 gifts were there and out of them, 14 were already issued. I asked them if i will not receive the sony tablet, they will refund money.
It has been 12 days and i havent received any kind of notification regarding the gift. I have sent them several mails for the cancellation and refund of the amount, but they arent refunding my money. In this way, i think the company is cheating their customers.
I request you to kindly take action against this company for refunding my booking amount, rs. 7999 / - .
Online deals today is big fraud company. I have gone through complaints again them and noticed that they have told there name also different to different customer, means there name are also fake. Dont believe on this company I also have got cheated from them .

Hi,
I have made 2 payments of Rs.7999/- on 24th February, 2015 by Debit card online transaction as requested by your customer care persons Mr. Ankit Singh and Amit Singh.
The referral gifts to be given to me are latest Sony Tablet and Dell Inspiron Laptop.
Again, I have made 2 payments of Rs. 2999/- on 22nd June, 2015 and 23rd June, 2015 as part of Insurance payment as requested by your customer care person Mr. Rahul Sharma.
But I have still not received any gifts from you till now. I have been calling your customer care regularly for the past 5 months and they are simply giving false promises that I will get my gifts soon.
Then I registered a compliant with your customer care person Mr. Rahul Sharma on 21st July, 2015 and the compliant number for the same is ODT/[protected]. Still, no action has been taken on my compliant and I have not received my referral gifts.
Mr. Rahul Sharma informed me that his Senior Manager Mr. Sunil Bhandari will be contacting me regarding the above compliant. But still, I have not received any call / email from your side.
If I do not receive my above referral gifts or my total money (Rs. 21996/-) as refund by 5th August, 2015 as promised by yourselves, I will have to take legal action against you and make compliant against you in the necessary forums for online fraud and cheating.
Hence I request you to to take immediate action and send my gifts or my total amount of Rs. 21996/-(7999+7999+2999+2999) immediately to the same account from which the amount was transferred to your account.
