I am Ramdas Bankar from yavatmal in maharashtra.
I purchased tv in 2002.The model is ONIDA UNIQUE collection.This model is very complicated.
Your servant and your head of the service center also has no knowledge about that and the behaviour of servant is very poor.The officer not handling their job carefully.They are lazy persons.The service centre of yavatmal is poor.They give me guarentee of 3 years with the advanced payment, and does not provide any service properly.They avoid to give answer about service.
Your servants are very hopeless.They do not have any manner, how to behave to customer. If you dont have the parts of this or any complicated model, then dont provide such models like this.It is your duty to provide the all spare parts of model at any time.
Head of service centre of AMARAVATI is also a lying person.He promised me to repair tv within 7 days.But more than 2 months he could not repaired my tv.Such service is not unlawful.
Atlast we complaint to you.I hope your service is better than that.
