Onida/'sparkle'62p/62b Washing Machine — Faulty since 09/01/2015

tI am a senior citizen.i purchased 'Onida'SPARKLE 62P/62B'washing m/c on 19/09/2011.Since the said 'w/m' found faulty i lodged complaint vide no.1501A946380400 on 09/01/2015 to' Onida Service centre'no.080 [protected]..On couple of reminders only this faulty w/m, on 13/01/2015 was inspected (on condition that Rs450 wd be charged per 'visit ' since the said w/m is out of warranty)by 'ONIDA'person who said ' a new valve(not available at that moment)has to replace faulty one and that the problem would be resloved in '2days time'.Subsequently on not gtg response from 'ONIDA', i reminded twice over their now given mob. no.[protected](one Mr.Vijay)only to be told t hat the part was still not available, each time!Hence, therefore i re lodged compaint via email to '[protected] on 28/01/2015 &again today to same as one more reminder!THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE AT ALL from ONIDA side thus far!Being a Sr.Citizen, needless to say, i'm put into lot of hardship, misery etc., for no fault of mine!
