For the last three years the remote system of my Television has not been performing properly and it was last year that the system crashed and all the operations had to be done from the panels just adjacent to the television set. Though I do not remember the number of times the service engineers have visited my place to check my television set but it should not be less than 4 times and they would do some kind of internal repairing work with a promise that the television set would work better but all the promises would seem to fade away within no time. After that one of the service engineers proposed to get a new remote for the television but after two or three month of the purchase the same problem began to resurrect. So it was evident that the problem was internal and not pertaining to the remote. so I just want to inform the company that as a customer who has been using Onida sets from 1989 I am highly dissatisfied with their negligence with the after sales support and if veteran customers are dissatisfied then what will new customers feel.
