I bought a ONIDA 21” Black TV on Jan 2005, the warranty period was 1 year. Till 1 years there is no problem in the TV. After that it has some repair, I entered into AMC with ADONIS Electronics pvt. Ltd, in Chennai that is an authorized service center for ONIDA. The AMC cost for 5 years was Rs. 2300, whereas the TV cost was Rs. 10,500 (which is almost 1/4th of the TV cost)
Now the problem is, the TV has got repaired on last week. I registered my compliant there over phone on 7th DEC 2007, morning around 10.30 AM. Compliant Number is 56381347. Technician came on Saturday (8th DEC 07) evening 6.30, and he said some parts has to be replaced, so he will bring the parts on Monday (10th DEC 07), and resolve the problem.
Monday he didn't come, I have again called the Customer service on 11th DEC 07. They said some other technician will come on 11th DEC 07 itself. Again I have called them for the same repair on 12th DEC 07 and 13th DEC 07, and I am getting the same reply from the Customer service (Phone Number is [protected]). But there is no action for the compliant.
I don’t know when they will repair my TV. This is worst customer service I have never seen in the past.
