On July 7, 2008 I signed up for a virus protection program costing $49.95. To my surprise when the bill was printed the total was $109.85 I immediately asked the company, to correct the bill but to no avail because when my credit card statement came today, all three items were on my statement.
I did sign up for the Antivirus 2009 Professional program @ $49.95 but I did not intentionally sign up for the AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner 2008 program for $34.95 or the Premium support program @ $24.95.
Actually I want to cancel the whole thing and have you refund the whole charge as I have deleted it from my computer as not satisfactory. Thank you

Onebills.com scam-misrepresentation

I needed an anti-virus and was online when an ad for an anti-virus popped up. I entered my credit card# and thought that I downloaded the anti-virus only to find out that it wasn't working. Now, I get the last statement and found out that I was charged 3 different prices in one day (July 4th)-consequently wnt over my credit card limit. I tried contacting onebills.com but my calls couldn't get thru. I went to ask.com only to find out that there has been numerous complaints on this company for scamming(?) What do I do now? Get a new card#? Do I still get charged for going over my card limit?

Just last week my computer got a virus, nd i didn't catch it in time, i let it sit two days, went to the STORE to get my spyware and virus cleaner, by the time i got it done i went to my bank statements, saw that a company called onebills hacked into my info nd stole over 200.00 dollars out of my account. I called my bank right away to get it straightened out, if this happens to you don't wait call your bank, credit card company, whatever it takes, nd as an 18 year old who is unemployed at the moment. I can not afford to be in debt already, not only scammers but hackers too, EVERYONE BEWARE! Tip: act fast on these kind of people, they have nothing better to do but steal people's hard earned money, nd always check your bank statements at least three times a day because this world is cruel and i don't trust no one anymore.

My husband went online to buy a virus control program. We have never been charged by that company, but have been charged by a company called onebills.com for two different amounts. They will not answer their phone.

Somehow this company got their malware onto my wife's computer. What this then did was throw up a warning saying that her anti-virus had expired and that her computer was at risk and contained viruses. It then froze or closed whatever she was working on. It then directed her to a website where Microsoft Anti-virus could be purchased. Everything about the warnings and advert was designed to look as if they originated from Microsoft and that the purchase would be of microsoft anti-virua as part of the windows defender package.

I had already installed McAffee onto the laptop and scans showed that there were no viruses present.

Nevertheless, concerned and unable to use her laptop, my wife clicked on the link and perchased the anti-virus software. Again everything about the site was designed to appear as if the purchase was from Microsoft of a genuine windows product.

It was not until she4 received a credit card bill that the name of OneBills appeared, who appear to be a Spanish company with a charge for about £80.

Needless to say the anti-virus software she bought is not recognised by Windows and I won't let her run it in case it does more harm than good!

On 7/08 I purchased an antivirus program. The price was 24.95. When the bill showed onscreen another34.95 was shown but i was unable to change it. When I got my credit card statement, there were 3 additional charges for129.85 for an overcharge total of164.80. When I tried contacting them in July when I got my statement I was unable to get a response. When I got my next statement there were no additional charges so I contacted them and someone answered. I was told that since it was over a month, I owed the total of 189.75. I agreed to pay for what I ordered for 24.95. I was told I was out of luck. They overcharged me 164.80.They need to be stopped. Thank you.

Their invasive antivirus ad AV2009Pro looks to good to be true and it is. They billed me for AV2009 $49.95, AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner 2008 $34.95 and Premium support $24.95 per year forever automatically updating every year. These guys are the TRUE Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. I called the support number [protected] and they said, "their servers were down so call back". I called back and they said, "there servers were down call back in 2 to 4 hours."

Here's what they do:
1) Illegal invasion into your computer,
2) Illegal and unauthorized billing,
3) Don't respond to support emails to cancel order,
4) Don't handle calls as their servers are down.

Don't do business with this company it is a criminally fraudulent business.

My computer kept freezing up and said i had a virus and needed to update with a new anti - virus application. Even though i already have a security system set up it still got in there and kept directing me to there site and freezing up the computer. I couldn't do any work unless i purchased it. I also then got 3 different charges on my credit card from onebills.com. I called onebills and no one answers it goes to voice mail and the voicemail is full. . .
