One Way Furniture Returns

First of all I want to say this is not against the customer service employees but the returns policy itself. Adrienne Bubbins in customer service was very sweet and she helped me get all the information I needed but their return policy... is awful. Amazon and lots of other companies let me return for free, no questions. Not this place. Plus even though there is a return policy listed on the onewayfurniture website, it is NOT very clear. BEWARE. The return police forces you to PAY ALL SHIPPING FEES AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE!

Ordered Chest Bed in May. Didn't deliver until July. Damage to shipping container and was sent back. One Way Furniture did nothing. Credit Card company accepted shipping charges and restocking fee for ~ 600 for a 1500 purchase. No way! Shipping was damaged and restocking wasn't applicable. Never deal with this company!

One Way Furniture Seriously... save yourself a headache and order elsewhere

Seriously... save yourself a headache and order elsewhere. I NEVER write reviews, yet felt the need to share my experience to save someone else the hassle. Without making this an essay I will say first of all it is near IMPOSSIBLE to get to speak with a customer service rep after you have placed an oder. I was charged for a desk and chair and never received the desk. I told them not to send the chair the day after it was ordered, by email of course as all you get on the phone is an answering machine, as I realized it was too small. It was sent anyway, and my hassle to return. I ordered the desk in January, and after my credit card was charged, I was told it was backordered until April 1st. It is now the 13th of April and I called them to find out the status. I used the line to place an order as I knew that was the only way to speak to someone. Of course they had no idea and was not even aware I never got the desk. After a lot of arguing, I have a "request" to have my credit card reimbursed. Save yourself. Stay away.

Well. I guess I should have read the complaints provided by Complaints Board about OneWayFurniture.com, before I made my purchase. I am already getting the runaround, and the item has not been shipped. My account has been charged, and that seemed odd. Companies usually wait until the shipping details have been put in place before charging Paypal. Oh well. You live, you learn. Research before you purchase, and check Complaints Board, before you buy online. JW...

One Way Furniture furniture delivery chair

made order, March 1, 20011, saw information on line on 03/22/11 estimated shipping date, checked e-mail again 0n 3/20/11 still saw the same date, talked to someone on their chat line and was told the shipping date was 04/15/11. I called them on their customer service number and was told the manufacturer was awaiting other orders before my order could be shipped. At that time I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was then told within 5 to 7 days I should hear something from them. I received an e-mail saying they had to check to see if the order had been shipped before I would receive my refund.

One Way Furniture horiffic customer service

Onewayfurniture.com SUCKS! I ordered a modest piece of furniture for $99. It arrived quickly, but upon assembly I noticed splits in the wood and defects in the finish. Overall, the piece was not high quality which is the fault of the manufacturer. However, the next business day I was on the phone to onewayfurniture.com to make arrangements to return the item. They advertise a toll-free customer service number on their site, but they don't answer it. I left a message which was not returned. The next day, I sent an email on their website describing the problem and that I wished to return the item. I received a reply asking me what parts I wanted to replace! I replied that I wished to replace no parts and explained, again, that I wanted to return the item. After several more emails, they finally agreed to let me return the piece but they mentioned something about "return fees." I told them I would pay NO "return fees" as I was not at fault in any way. They did credit my credit card $72.15, but retained (attempted to steal) $26.85 for return shipping and restocking fees. My credit card company reimbursed me for the $26.85. I have emailed onewayfurniture.com to let them know that I am happy to return the item at their expense, but they have stopped communicating with me completely. Prior to me contacting my credit card company, they did send me their return policy which states that it is mandatory for a customer to accept a replacement item if it is defective. I told them that the overall quality was not what I expected and I did not want a replacement. My refusal of a replacement item is their justification, evidently, for the "return fees." The whole experience with them was a nightmare! A much better furniture site is csn stores, and I'm sure there are others.

I ordered a mattress and was promised shipping within 2 days. 14 days later, it has not shipped. I canceled the order and opened up a dispute with PayPal. I have not heard a word from OneWay.

If I don;t receive my money back in the next 24 hours, I will open up a claim with PayPal.

Never, purchase from this company, If your item has a problem, they will never call you back, They will take your money only. If you speak with a representative once, that it. They will open a ticket and closed it out and never resolve your issu. They never refund, The lady Adrienne Bobbins will neverrrr call you back. You can leave messages all you want they will rever respond. Don't take your hard earned money and buy from here

I am having the same problem as Sherry. I emailed to let them know I wanted to return an item and had one response from Adrienne Bobbins requesting more info. I responded and I waited several days for her to provide me with more info. I emailed again yesterday and have not had a response yet.

One Way furniture never delivered my order.Took around a month and nothing happened. Of course I cancelled. The Supervisor supposed to call me back but never did.

One Way Furniture Never deliverd no replys

STAY AWAY FROM ONEWAYFURNITURE ! Ordered a product on December 10. Was given a estimated shipping date of December 18. Waited unitl the 28th then started calling. First they state on their website that: "One Way Furniture has representatives standing by via phone Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00pm Est to assist you [protected]", This is a joke as you never get anyone on the phone only a promise to get a call back within 24 hours, even if you are placing an order. I called 6 times and have yet to receive a call back. They gladly charged my credit card ! Still have not heard anything and have not received the product

One Way Furniture Can't get my bed order shipped

I placed an order for my bed on July 6th. It arrived damaged and I had to place a replacement order. It finally arrived on Friday, August1st. My husband opened the boxes to assemble the bed. It is missing the foot board rail. I have called and left an email message on Saturday. It is now Monday at 12:00 pm and I have not received a call from the company. I tried to call the company and there is no answer. What do we have to do to get this company to ship the foot board to our bed?

One way furniture seems to have a pattern of not finding or seeing when customers complain or call. I left a message last week Tuesday and they insist they never received it. They never called me back and I have had to e-mail them to get a response. Thier representative has been very nasty to me through e-mail for the last 2 hrs.
