Subscription Cancellation still not resolved
I cancelled my subscription to onemodelplace.com because I was having too many issues trying to get into my account through the app and online through the website. They replied back a few days later acknowledging my cancellation and then a few days later I noticed that they charged me again, so I contacted them again to cancel my subscription and told me once again that they took care of it but noticed once more that they charged me for February. Their contact page only has an email, no phone number whatsoever so you can never speak to anyone EVER which obviously is how they like it.
Requested several times correct login info to delete my profile permanently
I established an account a decade ago on One Model Place. I have been trying to DELETE MY PROFILE from this site for nearly a month, but cannot, since the site WILL NOT trigger a "reset password." The site DOES NOT RECOGNIZE my original email address to complete login. Finally, I CANNOT GET new login instructions because I am locked out of my profile.
The Customer Service email listed on site is defunct (dead), and the CS phone number is also dead.
My Model I.D is 397626. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: I want to have my model profile permanently deleted ASAP.
Istudio
I have attempted to contact omp regarding an istudio account and about photos that are no longer on the website but held on their server database... these can be located through metatags. The Istudio account is https://www.istudio.com/25520
The link to the folder on the database that holds all previous updated, deleted on my profile photos is http://cdn4.istudio.com/0078/595/
I have been told the profile has been closed, it has not. I want the portfolio closing and the database with my photos on your database deleting also.
Desired outcome: Porfolio closed and photos on the database erasing

Platinum Membership
Hello, I subscribed to the platform to get some more photography work in my area, but it appears that even though it says platinum on my account. I am not able to view any profiles
Desired outcome: Give me my membership perks
Social media site for photographers and models
I paid for one year without a renewal and they have put my membership on an automatic renewal and it appears there is no way to change this status on the site, or effectively contact the owner/management of the site.
I have tried calling them on their number listed on their website, but it goes to a messaging call center that does not pick up and then it just rings busy. (makes a beep, beep sound) The number I called is [protected]. I have emailed them also at least 3 times with no response. I have checked the better business bureau and there are 6 similar complaints of the same nature. I am hoping you can help resolve this issue.
Desired outcome: Refund and taken off the automatic renewal.
Thank you for canceling my membership, and taking me off automatic renewal, but I would also like a refund of 34.95 that you charged my credit card for this year, because I don't want the membership for this year either. Your site is not adequate for my photographic needs.
Thank you,
Joan Lobianco

bogus content fraud monthly charges
"Subscribed for 3 month and got no reply to any contact I sent out. Turned out most are fake profiles. The site is based on taking your Credit Card info for monthly billing. The first red flag is they don't accept Paypal and need your credit card info. So found out the hard way that the website content is bogus and all they needed is your money. Sent them email for cancellation and received a week later an offer coupon to use the site for free for 2 month. A week later, after insisting, I get email saying will cancel. To my surprise, they still billing my bank 19.95 monthly. Now have to report fraudulent charges and waist my time dealing with these crooks that run fake content website, "

Paid listing
I have been a customer of this website for over 10 years. And currently renewed my yearly subscription with them. I have a Bronze Membership with them and have had my account Under Review with them for over 3 months. I can no longer make compliments or network with others. Because my profile is only for approved account holders. This has been happening for quit some time and I have sent emails to have the problem addressed. But to no avail. If I type my name into the address bar I no longer have a URL with the company. So I cannot link my listing to any of my websites. So I simply will say this site is a site who will take your money and not comply with the terms of there contract obligations. Basically they stole from me.

Useless site
I decided to try One Model Place website because I needed to find some models for my new project. I made an account there and posted my best work. I was trying to find some models myself and was hoping to get contacted by model users. No one contacted me!
I found three models which in my opinion were perfect for my project. I contacted all three but they did not reply. Useless service! In my opinion I am a good photographer and my works are great. I have no idea why didn't these ladies reply.
Their customer service is also terrible. I contacted them and asked them to cancel my account and their rep was super rude and gave me a hard time.
they still haven't created the portfolio
I agreed to work for the company www.onemodelplace.com. We made several photos shoots and they promised to make the portfolio. I waited almost a month, but they only diddle-daddle and told me some fake promises. I understood that they have done nothing. I needed this portfolio and called them almost every day, but they stopped to communicate with me. Avoid these liars.
Scam, ripoff, mistreatment of members beware
OMP aka one model place is a scam and a ripoff to members. They let perverts on this place hit on women and they don't do anything about it. The administrators are crazy and weird people and will yell at people on the phone for no reason. They are very sexist and chauvinistic. My younger sister put her pictures on there too and she went through some harassing by a photographer and the OMP admins did nothing or cared to help her. We both left, and would not pay a dime to that sick company. The head person running it is a REAL jerk... stay away from this place and know that perverts and dishonest losers are the ones behind it!

Abusive, rude to members, scam, removes profiles for no reason
Never trust your career to one model place...the website is run by jerks, liars, and people who are unethical and unfair to models and members. They discriminate big time and for no reason and will even remove people's profiles for no reason or no valid reason...they claim to screen for predators, but in fact, they will support predators, and remove good models for no reason, and help out the people who prey on women...my friend had a membership with them for a while, and was a good model...her profile was removed immediately, and with little to no valid reason...after minor issues which weren't even issues...all I know is she had spent many years building up her profile, only for it to be shut down for no reason at all...the OMP admins are very abusive to 'good and innocent members' and punish them for no reason and reward predatory photographers who are out to ruin people's careers and who are liars...she called them only to get treated rudely, and literally banned from the website, again for no valid reason...during her years with them as well they tampered with her profile...removing acknowledgments and feel they can do whatever they want to someone's profile...they are not only shady people but they are unfair, and the way they run their website is very unethical and just not right...if you put your profile up there, just be warned, that with no valid reason, it can be removed along with all of your hard work that you put into for years...and they could care less...a predatory photographer who may want to ruin a model's career, can call in and make up lies about someone and the admins will side with the photographer, and try to ruin the model's career and profile...but if a model calls in about a predator, the admins will say to the model that if she calls the person a predator, she is making slanderous accusations against him...this is a very bad website run by dishonest and unethical people who think they can ruin people's profiles and ruin people's careers ...instead of banning the predators, they ban victims of predators and good people and members... they could care less about members, and only care about how much power they have over other people...they claim so strongly, that they are only about helping out members and trying to give them an advantage in the industry- they apparently are nothing about this...they only want to give advantages to who they want, and will discriminate and be abusive to anyone else they choose to be to... they are really bad people, especially the head admins who run the place...stay away and beware...
