In August 2016, I paid One Logo Design (also known by other company names) to build a website for my widow ministry. They were paid $800 and told me that I would have a site built from scratch. After weeks of not getting a site that I could use, it was obvious that what I did receive was not built for me and none of the changes requested had been made. Edwin Green then dropped my assignment for personal issues and it sat until November before I could get the company to even get back with me and PROMISE me they would complete. At the same time, I paid $400 in August for video to be done for introduction of the ministry. Now, both the site and the video I was told would take 2 weeks, but of course months later, still nothing. In January, after filing complaints and sending multiple emails, Brian William called me and told me I would get a $500 refund on the website and they would finish it - even gave me his word. 6 months after I commissoned them to do the video and website, I have yet to receive a product. They tell me last week that I will not get a refund for the video because they were in the final stages...really? The video did not get my changes since September and here we are March and they are in the final stages? Then get back to the website...no refund that I was told I would receive by Februrary 3rd and no work on the site. I told them on the video that it was no longer needed as the ministry was past the point I spent the funds for the product. They did offer me a full credit and a new project, but I told them they didn't do what I wanted the first time around and they basically have stolen from me and widows. I still cannot get them to contact me in regard to my $800 on the website. I have since made my own website because I can't wait on them any longer. They are crooked and they lie and do not deliver on their promises to deliver products in a timely manner or at all.

I gave them all the necessary information and all the instructions about my logo. I told them how I want my logo to be like and they promised everything will be ok.
When I finally received the logo I was shocked! OneLogoDesign never followed my instructions and my logo looked nothing like I wanted it to look like! I told them to redo everything and later received another logo, which looked even worse!
These guys are highly unprofessional! Is it so hard to check the instructions? Terrible!

We contacted the rep from the company www.onelogodesign.com. The rep was young, but really professional guy. He explained some differences among logos and promised to help me with its design. It was only useless speeches and nothing else. They haven’t even started to work on the design. They promised and promised and it was too much for us. We asked to stop the deal and return money back, but these guys told me nothing.
