I was a client of this companies for 2 years. They built my website, and when I decided to go to another agency, they refused to give my information that I paid for. They then, would send empty files, and give me the run around.

I am trying to run my families business, and these guys did everything possible to try and ruin us because we did not want to work with them anymore.

The stress, the business interuption was awful. When I called them because they were holding my website hostage, they told me to never call them again.

You know who you are, Roger and your team of rude, unprofessional employees.

I have already contacted my lawyer because of this and hope no one does business with these slime balls.

I contracted On Top Visibility www.ontopvisibility.com to build my website for my company. I paid them in full over 12 months ago, and I never got a test link. These guys hard sold me, and used pressure tactics to get me to sign up. Then when I paid in full and was promised a mobile responsive website with all the bells and whistles to be completed inside of 90 days it never arrived.

I contacted them several times, and each time I was told someone was going to get back to me. First it was a web designer who tried to double talk me and told me how "hard they were working" then I spoke to their Operations Manager who had to get "approval" to have my money returned since they never completed the work. They first tried to negotiate with me and not give me my money. Then I had to get my lawyer involved to show these bad people I meant business. Roger, Jonn Diaz, and whoever else they tried to snow me with are jokes.

I would stay far away from these guys, and never do business with them. I have read the other reviews and can not imagine they are still in business.

I was a client for this company. After realizing they over charged my credit for for over 1 year after my website I contacted my credit card company. They never even delivered my website and cost me more business then I can even realize.
They lied about deadlines, and what they were going to accomplish. I received countless excuses of why they were "Dropping the Ball" in their minds. In exchange they wanted to offer me free services, and credits. Really? you want to sell me free services after I paid for services I never received. Completely unprofessional, and slimy people. I would never do business with these jokes. They even tried to put the website designer on the phone. This is the same guy who couldn't even meet his deadlines.

Never do business with them. Disgusted client. But it seems there are many of us on the internet.

I was a client of this company 2 years ago. Recently I was notified of suspicious charges on one of my credit cards. When we dug deeper it was uncovered OnTop Visibility charged my card over 9k. When we contacted them they first wanted to offer credits and "free services"

Not sure how it is free is they took money for 2 years without notification and knowing we were not even a client during this time period. They were rude, obnoxious and acted as though they were doing us a favor. I have retained an attorney and will be seeing these clowns in court. Their Head of Operations John Diaz is clueless, their web developers never met deadlines and their customer service is awful.

Stay far away from these crooks.

This company continued to charge my credit card for 2 years when their services were no longer even being done. They claimed it was an error on their billing. They charged over 3k dollars on my credit card, and when confronted they wanted to offer me credits towards services. This after I had already stopped doing business with them a year prior. Terrible service, terrible at meeting deadlines.

Each time I called to speak with someone I was put on hold, then given an employee who was clueless to the situation. The last straw was speaking to their Vice President of Operations, John Diaz. For someone who is in charge of whatever this monkey business is, he was clueless and could never give an answer.

How they are in business is a amazing. I would recommend if you are thinking of working with them to run far away.

I was a former client of this company. They not only cost me clients due to them taking over 8 months to build my website. But they charged my credit card for 1 year without my approval. They never sent receipts and when confronted they acted as it was a mistake. Then they wanted to give me "credits" -

they had their General Manager deal with it, then put a website designer to talk me out of it. I have met people who say they are scammers.

I have reported to BBB, FTC and my attorney is getting involved. They arel violated state and federal banking laws.

I terminated services from this company, due to receiving terrible service and my credit card being charged without authorization. When I terminated them, they wanted to lower my monthly price for services and then tried to offer me more services as credits. That just annoyed me more, as clearly they were over charging me from the beginning and thought I was an idiot by offering me credits instead of giving me a refund. Shady company- They could not deliver on what they committed, and each time they were questioned it was an excuse of some kind. They took no responsibility and no accountability. Terrible experience

This company charged my credit card for over 1 year without my authorization. When it was brought to my attention by my billing department I personally contacted them. I first spoke to someone who told me they needed to get the General Manager involved. His name is John Diaz, who seemed clueless to anything asked. He called me back and tried to sell me additional services, for a credit. When I explained he needed to refund my account he said he needed to speak to the owners. A complete joke. These guys are scammers. Besides the fact they do terrible work and never even completed the job for me. Worst Web Design and Marketing company in New York.
