Bought mower in Dec 2006 online from, but the mower was shipped from a company called "OMyGarden". I didn't use the mower for several months as it was winter, so it had all that time to properly charge. It worked ok the first 5 or so times I used it. But around July 10, the battery would only stay charged for about 10min at a time. It began to bog down and shut off mowing regular height grass. I called OMyGarden on 7/12/07 and spoke to Stacy. I asked for a refund, and Stacy said no, but they would ship me a new battery free of charge. 8/4/07, the battery had still not arrived, so I called answer, but I left a detailed message. 8/20/07...called again because still no battery. I spoke to Stacy again. She informed me that they were out of batteries (thanks for letting me know), and they should be getting more in this week (hopefully, she said). I still don't know when my battery will arrive, and I've been "mowing" my yard with a weed eater.
