I was with stream energy convention. We have discounted rates for 149.00 for the event. I was supposed to be transferred a room from a stream associate because she did not need her rooms. She originally booked the rooms in 2017 for this year's convention for 149.00. The clerk stated tbis was fine and he did everthing. This was over the teleph we checked in april 6 and out april 8.2018. Bill was for full rate clerk at front desk stated the origin al room was cancelled and they booked us at full rate. This was not known until check out. This is wrong and not wright. I can't believe this is how you all treat your guess. I want to be reimbursed asap or I will go to the better business bureau etc.
the condition of our room.
My husband I just stayed at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas in Irving Texas from June 13th to the 16th in room 2717. Our room itinerary # [protected] . To begin with the shower head fell off when I took a shower, the hotel did fix it quickly. As well, there was cereal on the floor, the headboard of the bed was very dusty and dirty, the bath room mirror frame was terribly dirty, the bath tub was dirty and the bottom of the tub had several chips of paint chipping off, the back of the bathroom door was dirty and damaged and the large picture next to the bed was very visibly dirty. Furthermore, we will be sure never to stay at your hotels in the future and discourage others as well. However the staff was excellent.

I booked 3 days stay at the omni hotel cnn center in atlanta with hotwire. I couldn't sleep because the cleaner was making noise. He waa scratching the walls of the other room with something. I called the front desk and told them. A security came and told the cleaner to stop that however the sound started again. I called the front desk again and they didn't do anything and the sound was still there. I couldn't sleep and that had a great effect on performance in my work. I paid for the hotel for comfort so please there has to be an action regarding that.
job fair
A young lady possibly Kailey Ball but in any case the job supervisor at job fair at Bretton Woods made a judgement call on applicants at computer before viewing applications or being sure of their identities (very unprofessional)saying
"Those two are on a no hire list"and multiple people are witnesses to this.
Does such a no hire list even exist at Bretton Woods or Omni hotels?
We feel this is discrimination of sorts but not being lawyers we are in need of legal clarification and wonder what such a person is doing in your employ

We went to Disney Work in Orlando and stayed at the Omni Hotel Championship Gate Resort. We checked in Wednesday, then out Sunday 08/08/2010... Within those days, our room was only cleaned and beds made ONE day only.. Thursday ONLY...
We told the person at the checked in counter and all they said was we will notify the house keeping Manager...
BUT still nothing was done.. When we checked out, again we mentioned it. All they said was "Sorry !"
That's it ? Too bad, too sad no one is dead ? How dare you stupid OMNI.. we were at room# 553 5th floor. I hope you will go bankrupt and everyone will lose their jobs..

poor customer service
I was staying at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center in Atlanta, GA. I had been there for a concert. After going to my room, I went to get a bottle of water, but only had a dollar one me (the machine required two dollars). I was standing at the elevator waiting to go downstairs and get change when a security guard walked up to me and told me there was a noise complaint. I assume it is my age that he walked up to me. He asked for my room number and I said, "983, " when in fact my room number was 938. (I had in versed the numbers, but I knew where the room was physically located.) He said 983 was in the other tower and needed to escort me downstairs to verify that I was staying there. I went with him and it was confirmed I was staying there. The entire time I was treated rudely as if I was a teenager running a muck in the hotel when I was simply trying to go downstairs to get change for a $2 bottle of water. The manager was rude and just smirked at me when I was questioning the reason I was escorted. I understand the security guard doing his job, but I know if I was 44 and not 24, this would have been handled differently. I called the Director of Guest Services, LaShaundra, and had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. She talked over me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, etc. I'm a fairly laid back person and she got me extremely upset. She lacked soft skills and any form of concern. I've stayed at the Omni many times; I actually have my anniversary there every year. Due to the treatment I received - mainly by LaShaundra - I will no longer stay at the Omni. I'm disgusted at the customer service from this company.

I got an e-mail from Ms Rose that they have a job for me and i needed to apply in immigration bereau attawa canada. When I applied on that they asked me to pay an amount of US$ 656. I felt that something is wrong there. Then I start searching on google and I found that a job from omni hotel is totaly a scam. Its a fraud.
Ms Rose had sent me a employement contract letter and I thought that how Ms Rose can sent me this contract letter without any interview and all.

WOW yea omni hotel has the WORST customer service ive EVER had! house keeping stole a very expensive dress out of my room and the "customer service" people basically told me I was a liar and that I never even had a dress at their hotel and I am 22 so I totally agree that its the age thing...
