Omegle is not working anywhere in Romania. This has been going for more than two weeks now and there is no fix for that. I really hope you will fix this as soon as possible because I have tried the website on many devices from android and ios to windows and osx and still nothing. Tried using different browsers and the same result. The website loads fine but it does not connect to server when I attempt to start a chat. Nor does the video chat work.

The same incident happened where an anonymous has recorded me to use for video chat purpose. He continue to use the same video recording for unethical purpose such as blackmailing, threatening, verbal insult, etc. He or she has also threaten to record the rest of the victim and attempt to hack them by sending a link.

That particular guy has particularly used the interest tag such as ASIAN and KOREAN to prey on the next victim. A number of my friend whom i knew from omegle has identify him in the omegle and informed me regarding this matter.

In that recorded video, i was wearing a grey hoodie and a dark blue t-shirt. Please be aware of the guy and do not fall under his trick. If anyone has the solution on this matter please contact me by my email.

so I live in Egypt and suddenly the website doesn't connect to server anymore, the website loads but the chats don't connect, apparently this happens all over egypt and in other countries and I can't find an explanation, I really hope it's temporarily, I noticed this started when the new capcha system got started where I have to click the pictures to prove I'm not a robot or whatever, and there's absolutely no reports on the internet of the issue which is very weird, please I hope someone helps ASAP, omegle is very important to me...

Um so I was telling scary stories on omegle and suddenly got banned and taken to an adult site. First off, its not like I broke any rules on the site, so id like to know why I was banned. Second, you cant just redirect to an adult cam site. Most of the people on omegle are kids. I may be 21 but theres no way you could have known that.

I want my network unbanned for starters, and I also want you guys to put a feedback button on your site. Im pretty sure what you guys did by removing it breaks some sort of policy. To be honest I dont care if you guys add a button, just dont go banning people for no reason!

I'm sick of getting banned because of flagged profanity without any context. I use swear words loosely and casually with people who I can get a good enough read on to know they wont be offended. I don't attack or harass people, even when they're doing so to me, and yet I still get banned because of arbitrarily flagged words.

This doesn't happen often, but it's extremely frustrating when it does. This system does not keep bots or creeps off the website. It's still full of them regardless. The fact that it doesn't do its job, and people who aren't even abusing the website get banned is more than enough evidence that it shouldn't even be in place.

This shoot first ask questions never [censor] is getting old. And no, having the bans be timed does not make it excusable. At the very least have someone to contact who can look over your ban. You need actual human supervision, not an algorithm that has no concept of proper context.

I am lodging a serious complain about misuse of my recorded video in omegle.

That particular person who used the tag, asian, korean, korea, japan, japanese, kpop has recorded my video and misuse for blackmailing purpose.

This incident starts at around 31st august until today 3rd september 2017, malaysia time. Few of my friends whom I knew from omegle has already inform me. One of them are being blackmailed as well as she was being recorded as well. I was informed by one of the victim that, that particular person has manage to blackmail 7 girls with nudity through the use of my name and recorded video.

someone recorded me and is using me on the asian and korean tag and it's ruining my reputation and making me uncomfortable. I am a minor and this is illegal. He blackmails using me and my friend Kaiwens video we took while having regular conversations and he is making people pay to see our videos and people have been dming kaiwen with threats. this started september 3rd 2017

Last night, (august 31st, 2017) I was banned out of nowhere for no reason. As someone who enjoys singing to others, omegle is a great way to have fun. That's all I use omegle for. However, last night, I was on the search parameters "Sing", "Singing", and "Music" when out of nowhere, in the middle of me singing "beyond the sea" by Bobby Darin, I was banned for "Possible violation of policy or inappropriate behavior." I know I can't sound that bad as to warrant being banned from a random chat website. Also, my camera on my laptop has been broken for months now, so I know for a fact I couldn't have showed anything obscene on the chat, considering I was audio only. Also, about 6 months ago, the same thing happened. I was singing a random song, (I believe it was luck be a lady by frank Sinatra) when I was suddenly banned for the same reason. My chat parameters back then were "music" "Youtube" and "Singing". And on that day, my camera was on but I was fully clothed, and not showing anything inappropriate at all. Also, on a side note about last night. On the "Music" search, I was "connected" to someone around 6-8 times who was showing what looked to be a 10-12 year old girl and a man in his mid to late 30's engaged in sexual acts. I was banned the next chat after I skipped that person for the 8th time in 15 minutes. I'm wondering why I was banned and not him.

My computer was ban out of nowhere, and I know I will not be banned forever, but for being banned unjustly is completely not tolerated with me. I go on omegle to talk to people and to meet new people not show off unpleasant behaviors. If you do this to evryone that is not committing bad behaviors, no one will be on your website anymore. I have gone on this website because it is so fun and cool. If you do not unban me, you people at omegle aren't justice about it. Thank You.

Theres is a person under interests of "Dirty", "Sex", "Lesbian", etc. That uses this link: http://kingler.us/stacey97. And keeps spaming and floods the space. I cant talk to people because I always get contacted with her. She keeps spamming and I've tried to stop this person but she isn't. I started to believe it was a bot. Which is it might be. Please fix.

Was on Omegle last night and was banned for no reason. My friend and I were both fully clothed and were not showing anything inappropriate. I don't know how long this ban will last for but this needs ro be fixed. I'm seeing a lot of people being banned for no reason and that's disappointing to come from a site that I've been usimg for years with no problems at all.

I don't remember the date of the incident, client number, or any of that. Basically, I was permanently banned for using ManyCam, which can't be helped. For some reason, I can't get Omegle to use my laptop's built-in webcam and its included software, so I use ManyCam.

I want you to explain just how you can justify banning me when there are sex offenders you could be banning instead. There are countless people masturbating on camera on this site. All I wanted was to engage in conversation without the hassle of logging in, making a profile, paying all kinds of fees, etc. Is that really too much to ask?

If anything, your site needs improvement. There's no excuse for punishing people for using cam software when there are countless would-be sex offenders using this site. I'd like to be unbanned, as I don't believe I've done anything wrong. If you refuse to unban me, though, that's your decision. I'll find another site a little less strict. Either way, Omegle could use some work.

I have used Omegle to find a lot of really cool people to talk to and rp with, but it seems like the more and more I go on, the more spam bots there are. I type things into my interests and spam bots show up in a lot of them. I get that a lot of horny 40 year olds come on here to jack off to 14 year olds, but that is not why I am on here. I would really appreciate if you guys could try and clean up some of the spam instead of making me answer a new key every time I end a chat.

I was online last night (august 23rd, 2017) and was banned for absolutely NO reason! I have used this site daily, for many years, with ZERO issues. I was sitting at my computer, fully clothed, not talking out loud, and not playing any offensive sounds or videos. It has been over 12 hours, and I still can not access a normal video chat. Seeing as how this website is used as a main part of my daily routine, it has completely thrown off my therapeutic cycle and caused mental distress. Please address this issue! Check your moderators! It is apparent that somebody is misusing privileges since I am not the only recent complaint on this issue!

They banned me for absolutely no reason what so ever. I go onto omegle to view the stupidity and craziness that it breeds. nothing more nothing less yet I tried to login the other day and I have a weeklong ban for... what I can only assume is breathing? I mean nothing else happened. I find this more then idiotic its pathetic and the second I find a company that does ANYYYYYTHING similar to what omegle can do, I am dumping this garbage website just like everyone else will. I can only pray one of two things happens. One somehow this reaches the eyes of someone who gives a [censor] over at omegle, or two all employees/omegle staff notices their impending doom as their site slowly bleeds whats left of its pathetic service into oblivion.

i have been using Omegle for about 6 years till now and i like it very much, i like to meet new people and i made a lot friendship from this website. But from the last two days i cant enter the website and it say "Error connecting to server. Please try again" every time, so please solve this problem as soon as possible, because i love this website and its very important to me . thanks in advance :)

I usually love getting on omegle to chat with people who have the same interests and meet new people to follow on Twitter/instagram/tumblr etc. Ever since Friday morning (today is Tuesday) I haven't been able to access the website at all.
I usually get a Re-captcha page to direct me to the main page, and only after I complete that do I gain access to it. I can get to the main page, however I cannot connect to any strangers and I keep receiving the "error connecting to server" message seconds within trying again.
I have encountered this issue using another wifi, my data, and a different one, ethernet cable, etc. I have cleared out all cookies from my browser, swicthed browsers, tried it again with a VPN, etc and nothing seems to work. I keep stumbling upon the same problem over and over again. Please fix this error, as it seems it isn't from my end. (seeing as I've tried it out on two different computers mac and PC, using various sources for my internet.) I believe it is related to my region/country.

Hello. For about 2 days now, in my country i cannot acces the chat room, not the video one, the normal one. Also, in the right corner where it should show the number of people connected, it appears blank . Then when i want to connect, it says "error connecting to the server" . Is the problem wide world spreaded ? or is it just for me, or for my country ? please solve it fast. And i want to congratulate you for the verification method, but it's viable only for the main connection to the website to eliminate bots. In rest, while chatting, it's a disaster.

The "start a chat" button isn't working at all, so I can't access the site via mobile. When I click on the button, it does nothing, and the same thing happens with the omegle icon, which would usually send you back to the home of the website. I can't access my interests at all. I always liked omegle becuase I like to meet new people online, now I hate it and only if you fix this thing of re-captcha I will not enter to the site anymore. I will tell all of my friends why I hate this website if you don't think to take out this captcha thing. Please, think about it, I always liked this website, and I want to use omegle more.
