I finish paying my item in this company as a layaway. I started paying october 2009 and finiosh paying nov.2010. Its already January and still trying to reach them. I call up the Duvera Billing coz they are the one who took over my acct. and gave me the email address debitdept.@cecsource.com. I send a couple of email already and never got a reply. anybodyplease help. Thank you.

OLX staff do not have any respect to the rules. They are eager to hammer all ads with one click wasting precious time and resources of the users. I posted many ads and the removed all of them + banned my account. There is ZERO support on @olxsupport. They do not bother to reply for weeks. After wasting lot of time, they do not resolve the issue but sending same ready made stereotype replies.

I wish there was an official or branch of OLX in Pakistan known to me and I would have taken him/them to a court of competent jurisdiction for the sake of justice. If OLX continuous its discriminatory policies, hope the website will die in Pakistan soon and will be replaced by some good website run by the professionals having respect and regard for the users.
