I cannot get to rent a car as OLX will not open. I have registry over and over and it will not let me in. I see a rental and it does not open to talk . I put in my E mail: [protected]@gmail.com

Had a day off work after negotiating price for delivery to Gayaza. Went to see the fridge and to pay and he says it is 900000 and not the price he advertised it at, which was 720000. Surely your company is too above board and genuin to accept fraudulent adverts like this. Please email me your comments to [protected]@gmx.com.
I tried to complain about the ad on site but think it failed to go through as there was no response saying that the complaint had been accepted and due to be dealt with. Think there might be a problem with that part of your site.

I am Certified Public Accountant who own my business in U.S. I am a customer of OLX. I think it's great platform who give great services. I used OLX services to advertise for selling my condo in in Egypt. I have issue with using my credit card to pay for the services. I tried several cards and it still not working. I established new account and requested from my sectary to in Egypt to handle it under his credit card. Still services was denied. I emailed CS several times and I was not succeeded to get an answer. I contacted OLX several times via Tech support as well but I did not get any real help. I went to face book to post a complaint. I was surprised from the answer.( See answer below). I am small business owner and own my own consulting company in Chicago. I do see the challenge of getting quality HR.Meanwhile it has to be rules that govern employee's responses to customer issues and help to find solution to them instead of accusing customers that they steal credit cards.
Below is all facts for your investigation. I have all facts support my case.

I bought Samsung Note 8 from a person in olx while, he said it is the original note 8 mobile and he agreed to give it for 10000 I got it two days before, . I came to know that it is the duplicate one and it is very different from the original one I want to return it I called him he is not responding to me. I complained in olx they said we will help you., but they didn't yet I want to return the mobile and get my money back so please reply me soon enough so I can be satisfied

I have recently been checking my published ad but can only see one. When i check from the chats thread i can click on the ad from the chat then see it but not from my list of published ads. I trade as Damka properties . All attempts at calling your customer care number in Kenya goes unanswered and not even an effort at calling back. Am utterly frustrated.

Guy advertise a iphone 7 for 3900. I asked to swap 2 phones for the iphone. He say its fine gave location and we drive threw. The iphone was wipe and he gave wrong information. I phone apple and they told me phone is stolen.The guy press the phone dead in our ear and block us on whatsapp. Can you please try to get our phones back. Was samsung s6 and huawei p9. i had problem with the payments regarding featuring the ads and boosting, i have been sent an email regarding the first complain i submitted in customer service egypt and the number of the ticket is 504818, unfortunately, i have been sent an email to solve this problem 5 days ago which they have said that the problem will be reviewed and reply me back within 48 hours.

i have been waiting for 5 days even more with no reply or solution

I bought washing machine of samasung air turbo 6.2 Kg WA82V4G from Yasir (seller) on 7th May 2018. It was not at all in working condition. It was full of dirt. They did not even care to check properly before selling. when I put my dress and started the machine, my dress got all dirty. They came 4 times to fixed it that too with 2-3 days interval there was leakage problem as well. But did not fix it. When I told them to replace they are saying they do not have stock though I am told the machine will be replaced.. Its been 1 month.. I have been in trouble. When one of my friend tried to contact the seller, They immediatly responded and gave 4-5 options which cane be deliered the very next day. when I confronted with this they straight away lied to me. Again they offered me Ifb brand machine with 1000 extra rupees. But when I told them that it is 6000 rupess in one of your ad, They told I need it urgently thats why this extra 1000. They are highly unproffessional with respect to time. Any given day, they will come after 8 PM and Wont check the device properly. I am not saying they are selling faulty product, but when they do they should fixed it or replace it immediately. After all this happened the seller says this is not his fault and not a single time till now they have given an apology. Because they are not sorry at all.
Some of the lies I want to point out:
1: In every ad.. they are saying the machine is of 1.5 years old. (The machine which I received will be at least 3 years old).
2. The Seller and Service Centre Guys are always in Sync. But they will never agree that they know each other.
3. When asked about the machine they will say these are refurbished machine which they get from Compnies (The machine which I got is full of dirts woth 1 Kg around. God knows what they were washing)
4. Dont trust them, they will never be on time.
5. When you chat with them They can lie straight away.

One more thing.. I guess My issue should be considered as high priority issue and they should respond it accordingly.

Finally I want say... the service center guys are responding to calls, but they take things very lightly. They have sellers all over the Bangalore.
PE Proffessional Enterprise is the Company they work for. They have warehouses in many places in bangalore as well.

I have been trying to connect with olx safety team, but not able to do so.
I have called like 7 times and each time I was on hold for 10-15 mins. and Once or twice when connected, could not able to hear them properly. Your Team can not even arrange a callback.

Please look into the matter. want resolution ASAP

I bought 2nd hand router from Mukesh Singh on olx. Before buying he said it is working, I paid him 450 rs. And when I bought he i checked and it is not working at all. And he said he will provide me with its receipts, now he is not agreeing for that, please check that.

I bought preloved iphone 5s of yang bracamante last april 12, I get the phone 1pm. I checked the phone restart it and then it ok. On that night then it gets lowbat and I can't open it. I called the seller to informes that the phone isnt opening. She said ok if you have time bring it to me then I will fix it. Then I give it to her the next day. Everyday I call and text here to make some follow ups. She always said her brother fix the phone and can pick it up today morning of 14 apr. And now, she said the I fell the phone on the ground causing it not to drain the bat. She want me to share with the repair of the phone.in my part I dont want to give any peso because in the first place it not my fault and I did not let the phone fall to the ground, I trusted her because she said it has no issues of the phone and its original. So I bought it. I dont deserve such people like this, reversing me that its my fault anyway. I pay the phone without using it for 3 days. I want a refund but she already use all my money and shes even asking me to pay for the repair. Do you think I deserve that kind of thing? Could you help me solve my issue. Paid for a PS 4 consul, two controllers and games into ABSA account as provided by seller on 12th of January 2017 - R5000.00. The seller promised to courier the same to the address proved by myself. A person named Ombir Antil in Murthal, offered me to exchange his Leeco le 2 with me & exchanged His Leeco le2 with my Redmi Note 4 today(24 January 2018) around 1pm
He didnt made any affidavit or note and took my phone away, while primarily giving his phone to me, for testing
Later on in evening i told my parents about that, they were highly shocked & asked me to get my phone (redmi) back from him
He Denied, i pleaded him alot, but he denied & asked me to wait for 2-3 days for getting the phone back and kept on denying and denying
& After few minutes he called me and suddenly said that he will return my phone on 26 january 2018

I have recorded the talk between him & me But I highly suspect that he may use my phone (Redmi Note 4) for a criminal offence

I sold my X Box, 48 games and 2 remotes with infinity to a guy on sunday on olx the 5 th of November. He paid R5000 into my account and send me proof of payment as well as his id. The money didnt show in my bankaccount because we are from different banks. He came and collected the goods on sunday afternoon. On monday he smsed me and told me the bank cancelled all his pending transactions and would return my xbox if i payed the taxi driver R450. I phoned the bank and they told me the proof of payment was fake and his id propably to. Is there any way i can get any justice for the money i lost? Retha Coetzee

I am Armaghan waqar from Jhang. 3 days back I was searching a camera on OLX. I viewed an ad that seems to be pretty good for me and fulfill my need. I contacted to the given number a man picked up. I asked his name and he told me Javed from arifwala. after taking complete information of camera I asked that how you can he send me the camera he said via TCS but he demanded that first you have to transfer Rs-12000/- via Easy paisa on this number [protected]). I was confused and demanded another phone number so that if one cannot respond i can try the other. later I also demanded his CNIC and that is [protected]. I transferred 12000 to the his mobile no. and confirmed from him that he received the amount. when i was doing this transaction name Ullah dita was there on easy paisa account and when i asked from javed he said ullah dita is my elder brother. From that day after this transaction Javed is not picking my phone i have called him more than 100 times but he is not picking my call. So I faced towards FIA. Hope you people will help me to sort out this case.

They went from great to a total crap. They used me be really good in what they did. The website was well-designed. But something went wrong. Probably they just changed someone in the management and the crap has begun. What a shame. All of the upgrades did no good.
Don't want to deal with them anymore. Too complicated and absolutely inconvenient. Gone to another website with a better quality.

I already published an AD for cars spare parts then it got rejected because of several reasons . I followed the rules and fixed all the steps still keeps rejecting . So i went to customer service of olx egypt and descriped everything in a ticket then i received an email with the ticket number saying that the problem solved . How is that ! my ads still rejected didnot know the reason . very bad customer service . ticket number 1376894

I am not a olx user, but I have been harassed all week with people wanting to buy my car on the olx add they saw.

Isn't there any way you check that information on adds are truthful and correct to the seller?

I am not selling my car. I do not appreciate people calling non stop while i'm at work for an add on olx I did not even post!

Get a system in place that checks truthful information before allowing the add to go live.

Mr Mark Anthony Araneta has failed to make a partial refund as promised.

He advertises DJI quadcopter products on OLX.

On or about March 16th 2017 I ordered a DJI Ph as advertised on OLX but he offered a DJI Mavic with a partial refund. I accepted this offer. The refund of P5000 has never been sent despite repeated requests.
