Olmstead Landscaping / Poor Service / Warranty Response
In summer 2007, I entered into a contact with Olmstead Landscaping to complete a significant project around our pool (lawn, sprinkler system, lighting, fencing, bug spray system). The total cost for this work exceeded $30, 000.
While we were very pleased with the overall design and quality of work, Olmstead has been very poor in responding to warranty claims on several occassions. This spring, we noticed that several plants and one large tree had died and notified Olmstead in April of the claim. After 3 months of waiting, these items have not been replaced. The customer service representative has consistently made promises that action would be taken, but failed to deliver or contact me when commitments were missed.
I am now pursuing other options to replace these plants and will seek damages through other action including legal means as necessary.
Exercise caution when dealing with this company.
