Olive Garden employers

I recently was employed at your rockwall tx location i quit my job do to certain management issues regarding managers sleeping with staff managers repeating in confidence information to other employees not being managment and most of all your manager Raquel who blew up on me in front of a lobby full of people then when i tried to descalate the situation she proceeded follow me into the nale restroom not once but twice i did not keep this to myself. I never made a formal complaint but its logged in direct emails to the gm i did not complain because i could not afford to lose my job. In recent months i have been diagnosed with stage 1 heart failure and have had 2 deaths in the family in the almost 4 years working for this location i never once had an attendance issue i closed this restaurant down almost 90% of my time working there in the past 3 months i have had alot going on and the management git Increasingly unwilling to see reason with my health issues on top of this and what i mentioned above i decided to quit not only that a employee of mine was sexually assaulted by a dmo worker by the name of jamie she reported it and nothing was done she also quit and was told because she left out the fact she was in the parking lot after her [censored] from her statement by the gm that nothing could be done. The management at this location breaks laws and hires illigals for the kitchen which is why i think they do nothing . The only manger there worth a damn that actually cares about the employees and follows rules is Charlie. I will be hiring a lawyer and proceeding with charges against Raquel esquabido for following me into the male restroom i will be suing...this is just a small list of what goes on and yes while irrelevant to my case things like allowing people to work drunk and on drugs rehiring people that serve minors alchol (which u can find the comment qbout that situation on google reviews i was also present for) these things will work in my favor.

Olive Garden my order

I was with my daughter. We both ordered the Duo Lunch special, $6.99. She got the eggplant sandwich with fries and chose the never ending soup.

I ordered the Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce and never ending salad.

When my order came the spaghetti w/ meat sauce bowl was a much larger portion than when I ordered the same thing a few months back? I mentioned it to my daughter? and thought maybe they just upgraded the portions size as the first time I ordered it, the portion size was pretty small. I even hesitated in ordering it again because the portion size was small the first time.

At the end of the lunch the waitress said we got a free dinner to take home? I thought that was strange? I chose the Fettuccini Alfredo, which my daughter likes and said she could have the ? extra lunch to go?

Then I got the bill and was charged $12.99 for my meal, expecting $6.99? My daughter's eggplant was the expected $6.99.

We both pointed to the lunch Duo options when we ordered...

I would not have ordered a lunch that costs $12.99. I rarely eat out and that is way over what I would spend on pasta and salad.

Please refund me the $6.00 difference. I live over 60 miles from the restaurant and my daughter already took the food home.

Olive Garden server/waitress

So today I went to Olive Garden the one in Blue Springs Missouri, (801 NE Coronado Dr) and the food was superb just the service was absolutely terrible! Our server was super unfriendly and unhelpful. I pay good money to eat there I expect great service honestly. The restraint wasn't packed so I don't understand why she barley checked up on us and she didn't offer us any refills! We had to wait or keep a look out just to get a refill on our drinks and breadsticks. Super upsetting. Anyways when we were all done and everything was paid for, I waited for my receipt and she never came with it. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting with my family and she never showed up so of course I just left. First and last time there, how unfortunate.

Olive Garden subpar food and service

We went to Olive Garden for lunch and the person seating new arrivals seemed overwhelmed. We waited for a short time then went to seat at the bar area. We ordered our lunch. Evidently many people decided to go to the bar are, she was overwhelmed.
I ordered a lunch combo which included a soup. Zuppa Toscana is my favorite. There was a rotten potato in the soup. When I told the waitress she took the potato away but not the soup. I called her over again because part of the rotten potato broke away and was in my soup. By the time the rest of the lunch got to the table we had to get to go boxes because I only had an hour for lunch. I used to frequent that establishment because it was close to work however the last visit has made me decide not to go back.

Olive Garden hostess and wait staff'

Today is 8-4-18, my husband and I enjoy Olive Garden. But the last 2 times we've been there (Elyria, Ohio) the staff seems like they just don't care. The last time which was about 2 weeks ago I was with my 2 granddaughters, the waitress was very rude. My granddaughters even noticed and then at the end when she brought the check she said"the tip amount is at the bottom off the check and I prefer the highest one." Then today the Hostess took us to a table and as I sat down my arm stuck to the table, It was very sticky. S0 I asked the hostess if she could wipe it down. She said ok and never came back. A waitress came over and asked for are drink order, we gave her the order and again I said my table is really sticky could you wi[pe it down. She brings a dry towel and said where is the spill. I said it wasn't a spill its sticky. She never came back. So, we sat there and no one came for order, so we got up to leave, and finally as we were walking out the door a waitress said hope you enjoyed your meal and come back soon. I said it was the worst experince we've had here. My husband went out the door ( he doesn't beg to get food that he's paying for). The manager asked me to sit back down, but my husband wouldn't come back in. So that's my story. Thank-you for listening.

Olive Garden hair in my food

My husband and I went to the olive garden in irving, texas for our anniversary last night around 8:00pm. I ordered the cheese filled gnocchi alfredo and my husband had the tour of italy. I was appalled and disgusted when I found two black hairs in my food! I sent it back, and again... Hair in my food in my 2nd dish! If that were not bad enough the manager offered no compensation to take it off our check! I have never been so disgusted! Olive Garden we had 2 complete lasagna dinners

My wife and i ordered our food and when we got it not only was it cold but my wifes lasagna had a bug in it thank god we saw it before she ate it the black guy that was our waiter. Came over after about 15 minuets and i showed him the bug in my wife food and told him to feel our lasagna so he knew it was cold and his words shocked my wife and i when he responded yea sometimes this happens! This is very unacceptable needless to say we eat at your resturaunt often but ill have to say we will never be back at that location ever again

Lasagna had a bug in it and the food was cold and the black guy waiter responded sometimes this happens, this is very unacceptable

Olive Garden fettuccine alfredo

Ordered 2 fettuccini alfredos one with a salad and the other with the potato and sausage soup for the sides. It was on Friday July 27th. My fiance Daniel Gallegos went in to pay for it. We called in the order at 3:55 pm and was told it would be ready at 415. We arrrived right at 430 pm to pick it up. We also added an extra cup of the sauce. Needless to say it was the most unflavorful meal we have ever had from there. It was like $28 or $29. Last time I had the alfredo was when i ordered the Taste of Italy entree and fell in love. For $28 I couldnt believe it. We couldnt find the receipt.

Olive Garden not being seated accordingly. waited time was longer than what told. looked over while familys of same amount arrived after we did and were taken in

Arrived at 7:10 on sunday aug 29 2018. Was told it would be a 35 minute wait. We had 8 in our party and taking pur niece there for her first time to eat at olive garden. At 8:10 we still werent seated. Ask if they could split us up into parties of 4 to fer seated. Was told would be 10 more minutes. Waited anyother 20 minutes and watched familys of four be seated as they arrived. Spoke to nanger. They were unaware and was going to seat us but pur party had done went out the door.

Olive Garden no 5-cheese ziti, lack of utensils, slow service

Last evening, Saturday July 28th, me and two girlfriends went to Olive Garden in Harlem on 125th because it was one of my friends birthday. We went to our favorite restaurant, Olive Garden, where we go at least once a week, waited 40 minutes for table. Birthday girl ordered her favorite dish, 5-cheese ziti, only to be told that they were out of it.

My girlfriend was very upset and wanted to leave. We left table, only to be told at the door, they did have the five cheeses but they did not have the ziti noodles so then we came back into the restaurant waited again, and my girlfriend ordered the five cheese with a different noodle I think it was the curly but I can't remember. Waitress also waited till the end of the dinner to bring the bread sticks. We requested breadsticks numerous times. Waitress also forgot to bring the knife for me to cut my chicken parmesan.
We requested many times but the food was cold by the time she brought the knife.
To make a long story short (I'm tired of writing on my phone) Our birthday celebration was not enjoyable. Usually we enjoy our visits to OG, but not last night!

Olive Garden order

Our family just came back from the OG in Sugar Land, TX. We ordered an appetizer only to be told they were out of two of the aps. As we order dinner we were told they were out of fetti. and ziti. We order dessert and the last straw was when we were told they were out of strawberries for the cheesecake. At 4:30pm and your already out of all this food? This was so unexcepted to be told one after another your sold out of these items. I will think twice about visiting this location ever again. There are too many restaurants to choose from that don't have this problem. Could you also tell me why we had to wait 25 min. and the restaurant was totally empty. POOR management at this location.

Olive Garden service and food

We recently visted your Laburnum Ave. location and after the waitress brought our salad, drinks and appetizer we didn't see her anymore until I had to get up and get a manager. I explained to him that we didn't have anything to drink and my food was cold
and we hadn't received our bread sticks. Someone else brought our food out and she never came by to see if things were ok until I got the manager. They never offered to heat my food. We got our drink refills and bread sticks finally but never offered to heat my cold food. I got my food to go so I could take it home and heat to have hot food. Not happy about this visit at all!

Olive Garden manager at olive garden

One of your Managers, Courtney Clayton talks about ex employees on her Facebook page. She made a Facebook post talking about an ex employee getting another job. She is posting about it to the public. What an ex employee does should not be a concern to her and the fact that she makes Facebook posts about it is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated.

Olive Garden spaghetti meat sauce

I went for lunch at the Olive Garden in Vernon Hills, Il and had the spaghetti with meat sauce; I have had diarrhea all day after leaving the restaurant. I have had this meal mant times before, but today the sauce tasted different. Has the recipe been changed, or did I just get a bad batch today.

My wife & I eat at this particular Olive Garden at least 3-4 times per month, and this has never happened to us before. Usually the food, the service & the management have been extremely good. Please check into the change in the meat sauce taste !

Olive Garden food

7/21/18 my husband's birthday our Bill 44.00 and change 9 top . I didn't like my meal our server Carly nice carried back O order what my husband having Chicken and Shrimp Caronara without shrimp Allergic. I asked server to make it a takeout order. Well got ready to eat my meal Monday order is chicken Alfreda. A small serving with 3 small pieces of grilled chicken barely any sauce! Disappointed.. Went back to Restaurant Managed very nice and told me he will make my meal and also insist on giving me a free frozenmeal. Well get home get ready to eat WELL HE GAVE ME 2 FROZEN CHICHEN ALFREDA with a separate container of fresh hot grilled chicken in it! Totally unacceptable well put in on microwave no taste season. Meals unbeaten O paid 44 for meal 2 and ripped 9.00 for a ruined Meal mines. I enjoy Olive garden but this was unacceptable will not eat there again. Disappointed. Thank you for opportunity to express my experiences in your Restaurant

Olive Garden the food

Yes my husband myself and my two children had a eat out family dinner in our travels in Gainesville Florida..the food was terrible not what I'm use to in your fine establishments...the toscuanna soup I complaint of was like water no greens or potatoes in it...the salad was whittered...the lasagne was tried out...maybe this was due to it was closing time..the service was just poor and to no avail to make it right..I ordered two margarita that was like lime juice and my husband and I had enough of complaining so we just said nothing since it didn't seem the waitress was concerned...please olive garden we have over the years been patrons of this business..can you correct this so that we will continue going with my family and our church...thank you

Olive Garden service

Today 7-23-18 was terrible lunch experience. To the point I simply walked out and left your Appleton, WI location by the Fox City Mall. I arrived and approx 10 minutes later after focusing on the bar drink orders the bartender/server acknowledged me. However, instead of taking my order or getting my drink which I told him I was ready he proceeded to assist another drink order and then a to go customer that walked in. It was at this point I was beyond frustrated as I wanted to make this a quick lunch. So I decided to leave your facility.

As a past restaurant worker the employee needs to understand the importance of service. I would take a hard look at what is prioritized first at this location. Not a good experience for me at your business. I will convey this to friends and co-workers as this was a frustrating experience.

Went for dinner server was short. Ordered a Pinacoloda that was extremely heavy in liquor that was not drinkable waiter didn't offer to exchange or credit. At the end of dinner requested a to go container. Waitress sent someone else waiting for receipt she didn't come ask for mints sent the manager Jen over which was worse rude and short. We paid our bill and left tip asked the manager if server had a problem. She said no she just couldn't take care of us was busy with other clients and that she had to go with her team and told us she was ok with us not being returning customers. Horrible experience first time I see this manager no customer service Etiquette have been going to this restaurant for the past 5 years will be calling ahead of time to make sure neither Mitchy or Jen are working at this location if I come back with my family . I regret leaving the waitress a tip got sick with how sting the liquor was in my drink didn't even eat my dinner had to take it home. Was supposed to be a nice dinner out.

Olive Garden food quality

Ordered chicken alfredo. I could have made butter noodles at home. If I didn't get take out it would have Been sent back for something with some sort of flavor. Total disappointment. Recently had a baby and thought I would splurge on some take out. What a waste of money and my time. And now I have to make this 350 characters or more for you to read it. I will because I'm hungry and really pissed off.

Olive Garden rigatoni, meat sauce and meat balls.

I'm a frequent customer at the Olive Garden in Manchester Ct. Saturday July 14th, 2018, my wife and neighbors went to have dinner, my meal came out & my pasta and meatballs were cold, I addressed my issue to the manager on duty Jeff, Jeff brought out my new order & it was still cold, @ this point I was so frustrated that I decided to just eat the salad & bread sticks, I'm so disappointed b/c my wife & I eat dinner & this location once a week, & now we are not sure if we are planing to return, thank you and I hope you can address this issue with the kitchen chef, hope I hear back with a solution, my contact info is,
