Olive Garden food

Went to olive garden for lunch after attending mass... We were seated and the waitress came and got our drink order. There were three in my family and only one was brought the drink, the other took about 10 minutes. My husband was going to order the new giant meatball & four cheese manicotti but they ran out of meatballs... My daughter wanted to try the new stuffed fettuccine
Alfredo with chicken and they ran out. We were a disappointed that we had to order something else, although we love the food, we were wanting to try something new.

Olive Garden no service

Meand my family go to Olive Garden once or twice per week to the point to where the staff identified we went there on a Sunday afternoon and got no service whatsoever I took a while for us and that nobody knowledge that we were there this is a place my daughter loves to go to so much going there we were sitting at our table for at least 15 to 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us This is a frequent occurrence at this particular restaurant we just tolerate it

Olive Garden long hold on phone

I called ahead to get on the wait list as directed on the Olive Garden phone message. On hold almost 10 minutes. Arrived at the 75th Ave. & Thomas location in Phoenix AZ still on hold. Inquiring about the long hold, the receptionist said her phone didn't show me on hold. I showed her MY PHONE that showed me still on hold. Then she said they don't have a wait list!

Olive Garden order appearance vs offering

Olive garden has a new promotion I received an e-mail about. I use the olive garden to go app. On my phone and placed an order for the new giant meatball and four cheese manicotti. On monday april 2nd at 5:44pm
I went to the restaurant to get my order and when it came out I questioned the server about the appearance of my meal. I stated "that looks nothing like the food I ordered and the giant meatball looks like someone scraped it from the bottom of the pan" to which I was told. "this is a new menu item and I guess that's how it comes out"
I accepted the order as I knew the taste would be fine but appearance has a lot to do with satisfaction. I am sure they would never serve that to a table but a carry out customer picks up and leaves.

I don't expect anything more than awareness. I have been in customer service many years and my wife is in the food service business. You don't present things like that.

Olive Garden I am complaining about a manager at #1466 on technology blvd dallas tx 75220

I am having a serious issue with a service manager named Brianna A. She continues to harass me, use vulgar language, and verbally attack me.I don't know who else to turn to.She makes me feel very uncomfortable.She called a meeting on Monday [protected] and was yelling and using offensive language. " you all are streeing me the (bleep) out " and "I do everything for you all and you (bleep) on me" These were her exact words.Please help

Olive Garden food and service

I have enclosed pictures of the original review I posted on Google 10 months ago. I have never heard a response or had this issue resolved. I have also copied and pasted the original review below. Please take this comment into consideration and please provide me with a refund or give card. So I can enjoy the olive garden experience I deserve. I have yet to return to olive garden due to this outstanding issue.

Well my experience here today was absolutely horrible. Our waiter was Anthony T. First he forgot my nephew's soup twice. He forgot the cheese after we reminded him more than once. He swore he took our drink order and never took it and we had finished our salads n bread without even being offered a glass of water. We had to remind him for everything including our sivlerware. He would never remember anything we asked for the first time around. It was absolutely horrible. We had to wait over 15 mins for breadsticks. He then reminded us twice that the tip was not included. I felt as though he was being too pushy for his tip and thats not professional. So at that point we left no tip. So after reminding us that the tip was not included he proceeded to chase us down by the elevator and said there was a problem with the bill. He literally harrassed us and i told him the bill had been paid and there is no problem here n to please leave us alone.last but not least i had the giant stiffed mancotti with mussels a d shrimps. It was also horrible. It lacked in flavor on every level. If someone can contact me that would be great. This was really horrible and i dont think i will be back unless olive garden can resolve this somehow.

Olive Garden food was dry and cold. the all you could it was a scam

Olive Garden 1174 5529 S. Lindbergh, Affton Mo. 2/09/2018 I took my wife to this location and spent a great deal of money here, $55.00 plus tip. We ordered chicken parmesan and chicken alfredo all you can eat special. Our first plate of food was fine but our second plate had very small portion size and very small plates and the food was overcooked and cold. Olive Garden lunch menu - vs - dinner menu

My husband, daughter, and I were here for lunch (11:00am), and ordered from the lunch menu. My daughter and I ordered the shrimp scampi. I have ordered this dish on many other occasions and it always be more than I can eat in a large bowl. This time it was very small, so we are thinking we had the lunch size since it was on the lunch menu. When we get our ticket to our surprise the price was same as dinner $15.99 when the lunch menu stated $7.99. We asked the waiter and he said that was the dinner size now. This was very deceiving and disappointing! The amount could have be placed on a saucer.

Olive Garden the bad service waitress took break before she finished our service

March 24, 2018 Olive Garden approximately 1:30!pm
We traveled 1 1/2 hours to eat at the Beaverton Town Center Olive Garden in Beaverton Oregon. When we arrived it was a 10-15 minute wait . We finally got seated our waitress Christina R brought the 3 of us 4 breadsticks and our drinks we ordered a large Alfredo sauce after being told the small one was very small .Christina took our orders We ordered the appetizer lasagna fritta . And the tour of Italy shrimp Alfredo & chicken Alfredo then 3 cheesecakes to go Finally the salad came I had to ask for more breadsticks. Then awhile passed and Christina said our appetizer was taking a long time and as soon as it was done somebody would bring it right out I again had to ask for more breadsticks I asummed that our waitress would bring us more salad while we waited but no so finally the appetizer came after about 20 minutes or more . Then our meals came right out then again I had to ask for more breadsticks. This time Christina asked if we would like more salad ? The shrimp Alfredo was wrong we were brought shrimp scampi linguini which she corrected. After saying that what was ordered? So I asked for boxes and bags to put our leftovers in the boxes wouldn't stay closed so when Christina came back with the cheesecakes I mentioned that the boxes wouldn't stay closed she said oh I know some of the boxes don't close I'll bring u some tape and you can tape them shut! We waited and waited but our waitress disappeared. So finally I interrupted 2 different waiters for more boxes and bags . Then I was trying to pay the bill the cashier told me that our waitress was the cashier.So I waited while the other 2 people that were with me went to the car . Waited and waited finally someone else helped me with the bill 102.89 before the tip the $1.99 that was charged for touching a game for maybe 3-4 minutes was charged to our bill I was very disappointed in our waitress and the service her disappearing finally my Husband came back in wondering what was taking so long to pay the bill? We waited longer for the promised boxes tap & bags than we did for all of our food. So finally Christina came back and told me she took her break ? I'm sorry I was a waitress for years I wouldn't have treated anyone the way we were treated that day period. I sent a email to the Olive Garden in Beaverton March 24, 2018 no response no phone call no email .Christina could have finished up with us then took her break . I don't think that we will be going to our favorite Olive Garden which we have been going to for years and never treated that way!

Olive Garden management

I was at the Olive Garden in Hamburg New York and I witnessed a manager screaming at her associate. I'm most positive the managers name was Nikki or Nicole. I've witness this manager scream at this associate way to many times. And she seems to always be upset with this worker. I find this unfair and several have noticed this fact and I refuse to go back to the establishment if this does not get fixed.

Olive Garden 6.99 lunch special

I ate at the Cary Crossroads Olive Garden. I ordered the spagetti 6.99 lunch special.

I had s bowl of soup and asked for the spagetti and meat sauce to go.

When I got home I found a cup size bowl 1/2 way filled with spagetti, maybe two fork bites and maybe 1 tablespoon of meat sauce.

That is unbelievable that they would hardle give anything to eat for 6.99. What a joke!

Had I known I was only going to be given less then a cyp of pasta, I would have had another bowl of soup.

Very dissapointed!

Olive Garden service, food portions, wait time

Today my family of 5 visited the Olive Garden Inn Poughkeepsie New York we were told the initial wait time would be 10 minutes we initially waited almost 25 minutes for a table around 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was not busy. Our server was very slow not knowledgeable and did not ask us if we wanted refills on anything we had to continue to call him over to get refills on drinks bread and salad. The food was cold and the portion that we received for lunch was smaller than my 4 year old food.

Olive Garden food and pricing

I placed a to go order. I do not eat soup or salad. After placing the order I told the employee I do not want to soup or salaf. The employee then states that I will still be charged for a soup or salad and ask again if I was sure I did not want it. THIS IS A RIP off if a customer does not want soup or salad they should not be forced to buy it! Also about two hours before closing do not order anything because twice I was served cold food yuck..

Olive Garden server carmen a.

We went to the Pembroke Pines location. Server Carmen A. was not attentive. We had just received the salad and breadsticks when the food arrived. We couldn't enjoy the salad because we were worried the food would get cold. She didn't even ask once how everything was going. No refills given. We had no option but to give her 15% tip and even that was too much because she didn't deserve it. We just felt bad for her. I always input on the survey to provide feedback. When she saw I was filling out the survey, her mood changed and she was making conversation with us. She asked to rate her high but I going.

Olive Garden service

Olive Garden 1071 my husband forgot his Ray Ban sunglasses on table and when we call to ask about it nobody had a answer and the person on the phone was really rude and wouldn't even let me explain I know it was a mistake forgetting the sunglasses but I just don't understand how can people be so dishonest we just wanted them to see and ask the busboy and waitress and if it was a customer eating there we just don't get

Olive Garden management

Hello, I was recently contacted by email to call and set up an interview. I worked for different Olive Garden in San Jose about a year ago. When I called in the GM said that he would call the other Olive Garden to verify that I work there and then he would call me back, I haven't heard from him and I want a fair interview just like everyone else. For them to just not say anything makes me think that I did something wrong. I left Olive Garden a year ago to have a serious surgery and I had some memory loss. I am now recovered and wish to go back to this company since Olive Garden was the best restaurant I ever worked for. I am just asking for some transoarency. If there is something I did wrong then I would like to be told that, not be ignored. Management needs to keep their word. If they say they will call me back, then they should do so. The email clearly states to set up an interview.

Olive Garden service complaint

Would give a zero. Never did get to eat here due to being told 10 to 15min wait for a party of 3 and never received a pager just name on list. While waiting at least 20 people came in after us received a pager and only waited 5min and was seated before us. Never was called to be seated so I voiced my opinion on how crappy the situation was and left. They also did same thing to the 3 people ahead of us who was also complaing. The brandon place needs to get there stuff together. Crappy experience and never will be back.

Olive Garden Seafood alfredo

I went out with my friend last night for dinner at Olive Garden I ordered the seafood Alfredo like I always do ate a good portion of it along with some raspberry lemonade the first bite I took of my meal tasted a little different (fishy) I asked our server about it and she said it's just the seafood it's fresh I continued to eat my meal when I got home that night I felt not myself pretty tired and nauseous I laid down I woke up with sharp pains in my stomach ran to the bath room and instantly had to vomit I laid back down after I was done and threw up 4 more time through out the night now today I have horrible stomach pains still and can't even keep water down and watery diareah nonstop I feel sooooo sick I had to hire a sitter to help with my kids that seafood Alfredo was the last thing I had eaten and now am this sick I had called the store and the manager said oh I'll look into it not a sorry not how am I doing NOTHING! The Olive Garden I was at was in Bismarck ND around 5:00 pm 3/23/18

Olive Garden reservations

I am complaining about Olive Gardens reservation not honoring parties of 6 and over for on-line reservations as well as not taking phone reservations. This goes against fair practices to the customer and needs to change! Because of this, I will urge my friends and co-workers not to patronize Olive Garden. It is very unfair to your future and most of all, your existing customers.

I told my friends if they ever go to Olive Garden that they won't be my friends. I will unfriend them on facebook. I told my coworkers that if they go to Olive Garden I will have them fired as my manager and I are good friends and if we have a dispute he will take my side over theirs. We are currently dating.

I live inGaffney SC and enjoy my local Olive Garden. However, myself and two other coworkers had a terrible experience Wednesday. We arrived and ordered lunch at 1:05 all three of us had soup and salad. To be specific we ordered zuppa. We got our salad around 1:15 which was fine. By 1:30 we were finished with our salad and our waiter asked if we were ready for soup. We told him yes we were on our lunch break. He replied that they were making fresh zuppa and he would check on it. He never asked if we wanted any other soup that they didn't have any zuppa ready. By 1:40 we still hadn't gotten our soup. Around 1:45 the manager brought it to the table as we were getting up to leave. She said she would box it up. Even though she boxed it up we didn't have time to eat it. When I got to the office I was going to take a bite and it was literally all broth but 1 piece of kale. I was so upset just because the situation could have been handled a lot differently. I called shortly after we left simply because we were hungry and we came for soup. The salad is always a plus but not enough to make a meal out of it. She said she wanted to give us gift cards could she have our email. I gave her all 3 of our emails. The gift cards were only for $10 (My 2 coworkers got their gift card but I did not)... I called today and left a message with an employee with my email and still haven't received my gift card. we paid $10 each for the "free salad" we just ate. So pretty much she just refunded our money. I feel that the gift card didn't make up for our lunch lost and I still haven't received my gift card. I was hoping that you could resolve this issue. I feel she really just brushed us aside. I don't want my hard earned money to go to waste and I feel like it did that day. I paid $10 for salad and didn't receive my "unlimited" soup just a bowl of broth Togo. It just very frustrating and I just expected the situation to be handled differently. Thank you for your time.
