Olive Garden takeout order from last night

Hello,
I would like to start off by saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with the people or the type of service we received with our takeout order yesterday 06/29/18 at the
9280 E Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19115 confirmation number [protected]. When my husband came back with the food my daughters chicken tenders were unable to even be cut up for her they were hard as rocks. My eggplant was straight rubbery and unable to cut up let alone chew. We order from Olive garden frequently and this time the food was a total miss. the take out members were very nice and attentive it was just the food was horrible. We didn't call in to complain because honestly we had a long day and didn't want to have to go back out to get new food it was already kinda late.

Olive Garden wet floor

My daughter just had a cast put on her an kle that she broke and was on crutches
when we arrived for lunch at Olive Garden in Henrietta, New York. The floor was all
wet and the rubber on her crutch slipped and she almost fell. We told a hostess
and she wiped some of it so we could get to a table. When we were leaving it was still
all wet in the entrance and she needed to get to the bathroom, so I called for someone
to help and by the time they showed up we were in the bathroom, which had a sign
slippery, but not out in the entrance. I told them that it was very dangerous, and did
call the manager today, but with little satisfaction.
I don't usually complain but we were very afraid my daughter would fall. The hostess
should have got the manager out to see the floor.

Olive Garden food service

Hello!

I visited the Alamo Ranch San Antonio Texas store number 1783 location and the employee Eric was AWESOME SAUCE! Very professional and attentive to customer needs. He didn't miss a beat. From filling our daughter's apple juice before it was gone to asking if we needed more salad and suggestively selling us cheesecake. I don't typically think to send appreciation notes, but I couldn't resist this one. Kudos to him! I'm sure others will experience the same level of care and excellence if Eric serves them. Please share this compliment with him.

Olive Garden service and management

Our server Xeina L was at first very nice but we got there about 1:25 pm and she never came back to table I had to share my tea with my granddaughter she needed more and the server never came back for a while then we asked another server ( a male server) to get us some more bread and then we asked him to get our server so we could get more money o drink and she finally came and filled her tea then it took another 15 to 20 mins to get our dessert order and then again a while to get it to us. It was only 2 strawberry and white chocolate and then again for ever to bring us our bill so we got up and went to front to get it and they had to called her up there then I gave her a 100.00 and she had to get change from other people 3 times before giving me my change then she gave me 2 (10's ) 2 ( 3"5's )and the rest in ones I asked to speak to the manager and all she said was I am so sorry and walked off. I was not happy with the sever and the food wasn't great the desserts was fine I need someone from home office to contact me please this was the first time I have been in there since y'all opened up

Olive Garden being overcharged and management not doing anything about it.

Me and my family came Tuesday June 26th 2018 and was sat at table 302. My kids ordered the kids meals and I ask if we could get the side of shrimp with price on the kids menu states 1.50 waitress politely says yes. So we ordered all 3 kids meals with sides of shrimp. And the adults order our food. First we get our salads and one bowl had brown rotten lettuce in it and my husband would not eat it but he is not the type to complain he just didn't eat it. Then we get the bill and not only did they charge us 1.50 for one of the girls shrimps they charged us 3.79 for the 6(6) extra shrimp we ordered for her cause shrimp was all she wanted. But they charged us $3.79 for the other 2 girls 6 pieces of shrimp they got they we thought was suppose to be 1.50. Since we ordered kids meals and drinks and paid 1.50 for their drinks too. They waitress said she would talk to the manager and he should adjust the charges but either she didn't talk to him or he just didn't care about us ever coming back. Because she said the manager said that's the charges I mean I've worked in a lot of restaurants and been to a lot I hardly ever complain but I can tell you that it not a response a manager of a respectable place should be giving to a customer guy at least try to help. Not this time. Very disappointed oh well we paid and left very unhappy

Olive Garden racial profiling at olive garden in winchester va

To Whom it may concern,

I, Kellie Hutchins, would like to tell you a story about racial profiling and discrimination against my family.

My daughter Tisha and her husband Andrew (both are African American) went to Olive Garden in Winchester VA on June 24, 2018. (I am going to make this story short as I am very upset and angry right now). Both my daughter and son-in-law live in Winchester VA where they are raising their two sons.

While being there they were racially discriminated in every way. The waitress (Caucasian) came to take their order and the entire time was very rude and had a look of being disgusted. She brought their food back to the table and when handing my son-in-laws food she dropped the plate on the table... the plate shattered and food went everywhere (my son-in-law is dark skinned and dresses very nice), her only comment was "at least it didn't get on your shoes"! The manager came out and asked if everyone was ok and my son-in-law said yes. (my son-in-law is very polite and does not have a mean bone in his body). The waitress brought him another plate of food and when they received the bill my son-in-law was DOUBLE BILLED, my daughter called the manager over to ask why did they get charged double after what happened. The manager said he was going to fix it and brought another bill back, my daughter then asked why is my son-in-law even being charged for his dinner after what happened and again the manager said "you know what, your mean is free"

This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done with this. Both my son-in-law and my daughter have good jobs and have two children that they take care of. This is definitely a racial issue and will not be tolerated.

Olive Garden a worker name anye hollis

Hi, im not sure if this is where I go at to report a worker. But I had a couple issues with you employee anye hollis. She been harrassing me constantly using the store phone to contact me acting like a hiring manager so I can come up there. Also, she post very disturbing things on social media about your company. I really hope your company handle this matter as soon as possible so I can feel safe and comfortable eating there with my family.

Olive Garden food/smell

Today my husband and i wanted to enjoy some pasta. The moment we came in the place smelled horrible. My husnand convinced me to stay, said the food will smell better. So i stayed, i ordered the rigatoni with shrimp and my husband the chicken alfredo. We got bread sticks and they were hard and stale. Terrible. And when my food came the shrimp was so chewy and gross. After eating i felt like gagging. This was a terrible experience at an olive garden.

Olive Garden olive garden #1478/the disappearing take home food container

On June 24, 2018, a group of nine in my party celebrated my granddaughter's birthday. Our meal service was great, except for my side of the table being sticky. I asked our waiter to wipe it off when he was done taking our order because my arm was constantly sticking, he never wiped it. Once we were finished with our meal and birthday song we all asked for to go containers. I ordered the seafood Alfredo but was only able to eat half because I had salad and a breadstick, so I added my seafood Alfredo to the container and a small amount of salad to snack on later in the evening or take to work for lunch. We paid our bill and left the table, walked through the restaurant, and I realized I had left my leftovers, upon returning within seconds, my leftover container in the plastic bag was gone, there was a female busing the table, I asked her if she had seen it and she stated no, I asked the waiters who assisted with serving our table, they didn't know where it was, I asked the manager if she could find out if anyone had taken it and left it somewhere for customer pickup. I was the last to leave the table with my daughter but I called everyone who was in our dinner party and they only had their food. Now, somehow and somewhere my food disappeared in thin air. I didn't want to cause a scene so I left quietly but it really bothered me because I paid for my meal and left a tip and didn't have the to opportunity to enjoy the rest of my meal when I wanted too. So, I don't know if my food was taken by the person bused our table or if it was just thrown in the trash, but whatever the case my food was gone and no one came forward to say what happened, and that was very unethical and unprofessional decision to make and/do.

Olive Garden stuffed mushrooms

On June 19th, 2018 I placed an order for 2 orders of stuffed mushrooms which is part of the appetizer special. 2/$13.00 (Lunch special) Which when she answered she never informed me of any specials.
I order this all the time. I informed the waiter that the price was wrong because she charged me $20.00. She then grabs the menu and puts it on the counter and says, "no this is it "... pointing to the unopened menu.. "look" I said to her I'm not going to fight over it but who will really pay $20 for mushrooms.. when I come here all the time. I know the menu. I go here in different states, but mostly in Middletown, NY where I live. I need this addressed. She must be new.. clearly. Then she gives me the receipt and it says no apps.. so she knowingly put that in.. no manager avail ? I'm truly disappointed and annoyed with her. I don't have time to be fighting over mushrooms when I know how much they cost. This needs to be addressed. I could have ordered a regular lunch plate. Yonkers location has the worst customer service I won't ever go there again. I need a phone call to have this addressed.

Olive Garden call ahead seating, and waitress

On Sunday June 24th at 12:45pm I did the call ahead seating, the lady Courtney said she would put us down for 1:00pm. When I got there, there was a party of 6 and a party of 2 adults and 1 infant. I told her that I had done call ahead seating and she gave me a buzzer. After I sat down a lot of people came in, she gave them all buzzers. She then proceeded to seat the people that came after us. She had seated 6 parties and I ask her what was the purpose of call ahead seating. She said that she buzzed me but my buzzer was not working. She then seated 2 more parties then my party. We were seated for 25 minuets before I got the attention of the manager to ask if there was a server for this table. Another 5 minuets went by a waitress came hurriedly to our table to our order. She brought the salad, bread, drinks and plates. When the food was delivered only one of us got our food, I told the lady that delivered our food there was another order, she said she would check. Our waitress came running out with the second order. She checked back on us to fill our tea and I got one to go. She delivered the tea to go, but never brought us our check. I went ahead and paid on the machine still did not get receipt because it was out of paper. I have been eating lunch at this Olive Garden every Sunday for 4 years, this is totally unacceptable. This Olive Garden is located at 274 Harbison Road in Columbia, SC 29212. I have lived here for 23 years and eat here on the average of 2 to3 times a week. Olive Garden five cheese baked ziti

A friend and I ordered 2 orders of baked ziti inside the Olive Garden store 1378. It took them 10 minuets for them to approach us and take our Togo order. Then I told them I want 2 orders of baked ziti with extra sauce and extra cheese (because it's always dry) they bring out my Togo order and it was a VERY SMALL PORTION nor did it have extra cheese or extra sauce So I asked them to remake it because I always have left overs when I dine in and I knew forsure it wasn't the correct portion (its wasn't even half of the Togo container size at least ) so then management comes out (johnathan Osborne) and brings the same two orders of ziti out with additional container with just ZITI NOODLES AND A LITTLE BIT OF SAUCE ON TOP AND HAD THE NERVE TO ADD SOME GARNISH ON TOP OF THE CONTAINER OF NOODLES and says ( here goes some extra noodles ) since you said it wasn't the correct portion ... that was so unprofessional when he could have just took 10 extra minutes out his job to remake it the correct way ... for all I knew he could have at least put the extra noodles in the container for me to make it like he half way cared! This was just unacceptable I don't like the way we was treated I'm late for work Nd now with nothing to eat because I had to deal with this. And a careless manager! I come to this location often actually came 5 days ago and dined in and the portion was great every time I order Togo it's always less they care less ... this was very unacceptable ... my father is head of the local news station and I would hate to have to put this location on the news !

Olive Garden dinner at olive garden glens falls ny

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with 12 in our party. Which is where we always do our birthdays amongst other visits. One of the things that draws us to the Olive Garden besides the great food is we love love the breadsticks. The waiter and waitress didn't tell us they ran out of bread sticks. It was only 7:30 .They just brought out these biscuit type things which were not tasty. We ordered a bunch of dipping sauces to go with the sticks and were never told of the shortage. So disappointed that a restaurant could run out of something they are well known for. Whom ever was managing wasn't really managing I guess.
Disappointed and may need to go elsewhere.

Olive Garden service and chicken alfredo with angel hair pasta

I placed a to go order. I was given a time of 6:45 pm. I did not receive my food until 7:00 PM. When I placed the order, I asked for extra alfredo sauce. It was not in the bag, so I sent my son back in to get it. He had to wait 10 minutes just to get extra alfredo sauce. I called inside to see what was taking so long, and the young lady told me that there were 14 more orders in front of him. Why would he have to wait behind 14 other orders just to receive extra alfredo that should have been in the order to begin with. When we arrived home, my son found two knats in his food.

Olive Garden 3kids tenders and spaghetti

I picked up In order that I placed today for three kids chicken tenders and spaghetti when I got home it was just spaghetti and no tenders I called back spoke to whoever answered the phone he kept asking me what what do you want us to do them I told him to tell me what you were going to do for me you forgot the dinners he puts a lady on the phone home assume it is the manager and she said she didn't know that there was even a chicken and spaghetti on the menu and I'm like I said three chicken tender meal's with the spaghetti and she kept on saying well I don't understand what you want me to do do you not want to pick it up and she just said your money will be refunded and hung up

Olive Garden waitress and social media.

I have attended this establishment before and have seen the waitress. I came across this on Twitter and thought that this was very rude and unethical. Spilling drinks on people and messing up their order just because she or other workers do not like the person is terrible. I love olive garden and dont blame the restaurant, but someone needs to tell the girl that this is very inappropriate. I do not want to attend this restaurant if this is the service as well.

Olive Garden service

My friend and i have been sitting at our table for over 20 minutes with no drinks not even a hey i'm sorry. She has helped 3 different tables around us and not even acknowledge us at all. She hasn't even asked if we got drinks or where our server is at or if she can help us. It's 7:51pm they are not busy and this is very horrible service. My friend had to get up and go tell somebody. Worst experience ever

Olive Garden waiter stole money off of my credit card

Me and my sister ate at store #1092 on 06/17/18 our waiter was Corey G transaction #1692250054 we both left him a $5.00 tip on both of our debit cards and he took it within himself to still from our bank accounts by adding him another $5.00 out of our account which he stole! I have the receipt that i took from the restaurant with me as proof plus a bank statement which shows he stole, i would appreciate action to be taken!

Olive Garden olive garden in niles, ohio

I really love the food, and this is a very popular restaurant as well as being very busy almost everyday. I just have a problem with the smelly carpet inside the restaurant, and it smells very bad, and I feel that Olive Garden should go hard wood flooring or any other flooring other then carpet. It smells like a room full of wet dogs, and it overwhelms the atmosphere as well as ambiance. Please ask one of your employees who works there to be honest about the smell, and not face termination for speaking the truth. Thanks

Olive Garden Stinks literally

First this Olive Garden stinks literally. When you pull up don't light a match it smells like sulfuric gases...we should have left. We felt not welcomed When We walked in the door almost like a prejudice feeling of the staff . we ordered soup, salad and breadsticks to be safe. Well First I ordered the kale and sausage soup and it had a halo of yellow grease around the bowl and was watery...and then had the gnocchi soup it was cold had rubbery chicken and 1! Gnocchi in the entire bowl! The waiter didn't know the prices and charged us a full drink price with my kids nasty kid meals a plate of cheese and pepperoni looked like no crust for my son's pizza and extreme orange goo for my daughters Mac and cheese!how hard is it to make mac and cheese!--Cold breadsticks...took forever for a tea refill and a look of hate when we asked!This place has so many health code violations it needs to be shut down!My husband didn't eat at all...he thought someone would spit in his soup#!-- what a nightmare! Last time we go back!-- Thus place needs to be shut down...probably the only thing worth consuming in here is bottled wine...!--
