Olive Garden service

Visited olive gardens on havana and parker in aurora co. 40 minutes after ordering, server came up to me and asked me what I wanted. WOW, 40 minutes after ordering, the order was not even taking. Ill rate the place zero stars, they are amazingly bad at customer service. What a place. The dishes are overprices, slow on service and portions are small. Last time I ate here, the food came cold. Would not recomend this place to an enemy.

Olive Garden was hung up while placing an order 2 times

On my way home from my wife (Karen) attempted to place a order by telephone and was hung up on twice after waiting/being put on hold for 20 minutes both times. I then went in person to the OG at the Woodbridge location and when I attempted to speak with the take out person I was confronted by a young manager who then was explaining to me about he's a man and I need to bring my voice down. This again was after I had driven 40 miles home from work dealing with heavy traffic and after my wife was put on hold twice and hung up on twice. We I would say maybe order take out from OG maybe once a month and on occasions will go there to dine. With the way I and my wife was treated we won't be ever eating at Olive Garden ever again. For some reason or another your Woodbridge Virginia location appears to be always having this problem.

Olive Garden food

Went to Olive Garden last night my family and I ordered our food. My husband ordered his sirloin without the garlic her butter he received it with a huge amount of garlic seasoning on it. I tried his steak and believe me it was a ton of garlic. We also had a to go order when we brought it home my daughter found a hair in her salad. I asked to speak to a manger no one ever came to our table

Olive Garden horrible customer service

We visited the Olive Garden in Tulsa Ok tonight located near 71st and Memorial. First---it took over 15 minutes to be seated and it did not appear to be that busy. It was 9pm at night so we said perhaps they did not have that many servers still on duty.Then slowly we got waited on and we finally placed our order. We told the server we needed silverware from the onset. The salad and breadsticks came to the table and still did not have a fork to eat any food with. It seemed like very POOR communication among workers because we had to ask three times and finally the lady behind the bar went and got us all a fork. They said they were out of forks and were trying to "roll some"--- Then why bring salad out to the table? The customer service we received was poor and getting additional bread sticks, extra salad dressing took repeated requests as well. Even more of a disappointment was the attitude of the manager when we ask to speak to him to advise of our poor customer service!Unlike ANY service we had experienced before at ANY Olive Garden, the manager was NOT kind or even the least bit caring. His name was Brett but when I asked for his name from our server she went to go get his business card and they were "out" of those as well. He made no financial accommodations for our poor service NOR DID HE come back to our table to make sure the wrongs had been corrected, to check on how our food was, or to even attempt to make this a positive visit for us. So disappointing for my family and I. I feel that is not the image or service you wish to provide to your customers.

Olive Garden customer service

Good evening,

To whom it may concern:

I had the worst experience at the Salisbury location Olive Garden. My family and I were gathering together to celebrate my father's birthday. We had a party of 23 people. We waited about thirty 30 minutes to be seated which was fine since we had a large party. We had one server which was slow. We were unable to get refill on drinks, salads, or bread. After about 30 minutes of waiting the food runners brought food out and the sever was no where to be found so food got cold and flies got on people food. Some party members food was missing, Salad and bread came out two minutes before food, appetizers came out after food. Once food was returned to kitchen it was another 20 minutes. Score they receive their food and everyone was done eating .Several members of our party complained to speak to a manager. It took manager about another 20 minutes to come. Also, not one time did a manager come to see about our party or sever. Server had to large parties that he was unable to handle alone. It was like the managers did not care. This was the worst customer service ever. I will never eat at this location again. There needs to be more training with servers and manager. Most members of our part was unsatified with the service we have received today.

Olive Garden server

Our server Shannon at Olive Garden was very flustered and rude to us. She wasn't very attentive and she kept forgetting about us. Then when she did remember us, she got our order wrong and blamed it on us. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and she gave me Shrimp Alfredo. Unfortunately I'm allergic to shellfish and I told her the order was wrong and she gave us an attitude and took my plate came back with the correct order on a child size plate with the pasta overflowing on the edges. What kind of service is this? Olive Garden should have higher standards when hiring these people.

Olive Garden poor service / poor food

The incident happened on 9/29 in between the hours of 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. There were 5 people there, and we sat privately at a reserved table. We ordered our food at approximately 7:30 pm and it did not arrive to us until closely of 8:30 pm. We ordered (2) Chicken Alfredo meals, (1) Baked Ziti, (1) Chicken Carbonara with NO SHRIMP and only chicken, and a Stuffed Fettuccine meal. Well, we received all of that, but it wasn't what we expected. The 2 Chicken Alfredo meals had barely ANY alfredo sauce on them, that we had to order extra. The Baked Ziti wasn't Penne Noodles, but rigatoni noodles, and tasted terrible. The Chicken Carbonara came out with Shrimp and Chicken, and got sent back, and the Stuffed Fettuccine meal had absolutely NO sauce on it at all. SO, we tried to be nice and order extra sauce, with that we wanted bread sticks. The first lady who brought our food wasn't our waitress, and she sent the Chicken Carbonara meal back to the kitchen (That's who we asked for more bread sticks). Well, we never received it. SO then after 15 minuets, we asked our waiter for more bread sticks, and a sprite. We never received that either. We then spoke to the manager, Dan i believe his name is. And he had someone bring out sprite within a 5 min time frame. BUT NO BREAD STICKS. It wasn't until closely 9:15 that our friends received her food, in a TO GO container because we left. The manager did take care of the woman who didn't receive her food, but not the rest of us. No body got ANYTHING taken off their bill, which is very unprofessional given the fact we ALL had a terrible time there. To say the least, since i ate a little of my Fettuccine meal last night, i got extremely ill, with severe stomach pains. I don't know what the heck was going on at Olive Garden last night but that was the WORST i have EVER seen it. I will not be going back... and i do expect a refund for not only a miserable time there, but now for me suffering with stomach pains, and having to throw away the other half of my 15.99 meal. I bought a pitcher of Apple Sangria which was 21.50 as well. So this horrendous meal costed me almost 40 dollars.

Olive Garden seating

We came into the Olive Garden in mentor Ohio with a bus full of hungry college athletes. Was told we'd be seated in 30-40 minutes. That was fine. After an hour we were told it's be another 20-30 minutes as they were putting us at a table all together. When we came we said separate tables were fine because we are hungry! A manager comes out and proceeds to "put us in our place" we then ask for a corporate number and she leaves us hanging with a massive attitude. Her name is Danielle ward. She was not a very nice person at all! Giving the fact that we are going to be paying over $250! She stoood there and lied to us stating she heard what we were told. That they are all hooked up to each other and can hear From work experience myself I know you have to push a button for others to hear you. The young lady did not. Now that we are seated and the lady knows I'm sending this and calling tomorrow when your corporate offices open we are receiving 2 free appetizers per tables. So 4. Which we totally appreciate!

Olive Garden menu

Please stop removing perfectly good items from the menu! There used to be many items I liked, like the crispy Risotto Bites, the five cheese fonduta, and the create-your-own asiago garlic alfredo pasta sauce (among others that I have since forgotten). There is nothing much I like on the menu anymore and I will not be ordering from Olive Garden very much in the future. STOP REMOVING ITEMS! This is getting irritating, and I cannot be the only person to complain about this. Good luck keeping customers by doing this.

Olive Garden customer service

Around 1715 hours on September 27th, 2018 At the Metro-Mall Olive Garden.
I was there around 1715 hours. A party of 2. There were empty tables in sight, but we had to wait 15 minutes for a table.
Salads were served first, appetizers were served when my friends main course arrived. Note without my main course.
I asked for a water refill that I never received.
It was freezing COLD in the restaurant.
I asked for the bill when my main course arrived and 2 take out boxes as I was NOT going to stay and eat it due to the lacking customer service.
I have no idea how the food was as I was SO angry about the service that I threw the food in the trash.
The service was VERY POOR !
As much as I wanted NOT to tip a dime, I tipped $4 on a bill of $42.

Olive Garden insects in food/cleanliness of restaurant

Went to lunch, when showed to the table, I had to have someone wipe the table down as it was dirty. Throughout my meal I notice I had an insect in my salad. Manager just offered me a free dessert. Very disappointed that my bill wasn't taken care of. The salad is part of my meal. It was numerous bugs crawling around on the chairs too, which questions the cleanliness of this restaurant. Will not go there any time soon.

Olive Garden service

Family and I went to Bangor location 3 of us ordered soup and salad, and my father-in-law ordered a meal. 30 minutes later when they brought everyone's soup and my father-in-law‘s meal the waiter turns to me and says your soup will be at least another hour would you like to order something else. I replied no thank you. The waiter came out long before that and told need it there was no soup Long before that. Not when he brought everybody else's mail out. That was the second time in a month that I have been there and had horrible service.

Olive Garden to go order

Every experice is different when with Togo order. But the quality of food should never change. I use to order once a week, and I stop. Then when came back for Togo, this is what I received. Price on online say one price and when I pick up my order it's higher. There wasn't a select to order extra Meat Sauce, so put it in with tip. Advise them why. Meat Sauce was greasy, you can see the oil. I ask for extra Meat because most of the time it's good and they don't put enough on your noodle. I sent pictures to online feed back.

Olive Garden atmosphere and food

There were 3 flies that kept flying around us and landing on our food. The family of 5 next to us were so annoyed by the flies they asked to be moved. The next guest that were seated were seated at that same table. Our waiter asked if everything was ok, we said except the flies. We didnt eat all our first serving of breadsticks or the salad. We asked for another bowl of soup and there was only one gnocchi in the whole bowl of soup. Our overall dining at Olive Garden in Clay, NY todaywas not a good one. We didn't feel like eating food that the flies were in and really nothing was done to rectify the situation. My friend and I always eat at Olive Garden and this is my first complaint. Not sure if we will return!

Olive Garden food & service

Peach tea wasn't very peachy at all, tasted watered down. Seafood Alfredo was VERY dry! Took forever to get a salad after asking for it several times. And our waitress didn't know what we had to drink, she was very confused, and she didn't even offer dessert. She just told us our bills were ready. Didn't even get the chocolate mints that Olive Garden always gives out. VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY!

Olive Garden cleanliness of facility

My wife and I went to the Santa Maria. CA location for lunch and were SHOCKED at the lack of cleanliness. The carpets are stained and worn. The seating where we sat was dirty. The table had sticky spots which we asked the waiter to clean for us.

We will no longer go to that location if the management feels that the cleanliness meets corporate standards.

Olive Garden our server and meal

Last night we came and ate at the Frederick Olive Garden. Lauren was our server and it was a DISASTER ! we needed drink refills and saw her on her phone talking and laughing not caring at all or bothering to check on us. Our food was cold and disgusting but it took so long to get it that we didn't say anything. We also saw her talking and acting inappropriately with her other coworkers. I will NEVER come back to this Olive Garden ever again . We still tipped her decently because I know what it's like to be a server.

Olive Garden service

At 7pm on 9/20/2018, I went to pick up my order and someone called to the kitchen that I was here. I waited and waited and waited until I finally had to sit down Someone brought out somebody else's order and asked if I wanted to order. I explained that I had already ordered, was here for pick-up, that someone had called my name to the kitchen and I have been waiting almost 20 minutes now.. She asked who? " She was blonde" was all I knew, To this she explained that she had NO togo orders, it must have been a computer glitch and would I like to order NOW? OMG! I could have re-ordered 20 minutes ago.
I have ordered OG togo many times in the past, mostly with great satisfaction, but this was BAAAD.

Olive Garden extra charge for drink

I visited location 1046 at 3940 S. Lamar Blvd
Austin, TX 78704 on 9/20/18 check #824282

As I was ready to pay my bill, I noticed I was charged for an additional iced tea. I told my waiter and he said it was because one of my children had his iced tea in a big glass. I told him I didn't understand the charge as I was already charged for his drink that comes with his meal. I told him that I'd never been charged extra before, so I asked for a manager. She was very condescending in telling me it was company policy and just this once she would take it off. She couldn't even explain it to me. It makes no sense to me what size of glass he is served in when I'm already paying for it. I was saving the waiter time in having to refill the small cup repeatedly. He also never mentioned it would be an additional charge. My family eats out on a regular basis and I've never been charged extra.

Olive Garden olive garden

The Olive Garden is so drug infested, and general manager won't rid of the problem. I would NOT recommend eating at this restaurant establishment. Employees go outside and get high and then cook our food. My husband works there, and it's some place you would not want to eat if you see who handles your food. Lubbock, Texas Olive Garden needs new management and make it a nice and drug free place like it used to be.
