To whom it may concern I am very upset of non communcation passed the time I was advised by a rep that a Technician was going to call this morning at 8 am to assist me with a conversation recovery. I spoke with this rep at 11:47 am, I was not near a computer after he took my required information so he arranged for a Technician to call me at 8 am this morning. Now after 9 am I still have not heard, and tried to call the number I spoke with the rep and kept being put on hold by pre recorded music. I am very upset.

My messages are not going through and im not receiving any. i know that they are not going through bc i was messaging someone and in the middle of the convo he just stopped writing back. i tried to message a few other people bc i thought i just bored him but nobody got my messages either. i think okc set a message limit on my profile but how do i get it working again? do i just have to wait or do i call someone?

I have two problems:
1) I had definitely canceled my subscription and i had definitely telephoned the company and confirmed that my subscription was canceled in advance.
2)I was also told if I canceled the subscription and if I decided to renew I would not be billed at my old rate of $3.99. I said that is ok I definitely want
my subscription canceled. I am not renewing.
So what happened? The person canceled my subscription and then she renewed me at a completely different rate, 6 X my rate!
I definitely felt the person who I was speaking to was not understanding my English but she and I repeated several times that I was not renewing and I would not be billed after my 6 month period. I think she must have mixed up an account or some error happened because of such a busy environment.
It is not fair when I was promised that my subscription was cancelled.
I have been a very strong okcupid participant and i have informed your company of many scammers for years. I also have referred many people to your site for years. I have always had a very good experience with okcupid until now.
I was billed $23.70 per month and I was given less than 24 hours notice that this would occur and that it would occur for a 6 month time frame. I only this week found the old email that went against everything i had been promised which was the $3.99 per month rate and the cancellation of my subscription. I cannot understand how the subscription went from cancelled in May 2017, to resubscribe. I personally did not do this and I have nobody here who touches my computer. My understanding is something happened on your end because I definitely cancelled my subscription by telephone in May 2017 . I did not know how to cancel it on the website so I did this by telephone.

I am requesting a refund for the amount that I was billed at which is $23.70 X 6 months. If you are unwilling to do this then I am requesting my rate which was promised to me should I resubscribe of $3.99 which is $4 X 6 = $24 so I was billed $142.20 and I wam willing to only pay $24 for 6 months so I am asking for either a $142.20 refund or $118.20 refund. in which case I would be paying the $3.99 rate X 6 months and i would stay on A list.
Please correct this terrible problem.

account has been blocked for supposedly violating terms of service. That is false. My profile bio & pictures don't break any rules. All pictures are of me. No nude or explicits, don't advertise & aren't offensive. I've never harassed or sent inappropriate, or threatning messages of any kind nor have I insulted or used profane language towards anybody. So, why was my account cancelled?
I was blocked after a user started asking if I like certain sexual things. I responded "It was nice talking to you but eh no thanks!" Next thing I know my account has been shut down.

since August 10 my messages were stopped go out, i have checked it with a couple contacts via the prone - they confirmed that have not received messages i have sent them. I have submitted 3 emails with explanation of this technical problem but didn't have any response. My account still doesn't work, for some reason it looks like frozen - and i have no idea what has happened and no respond from the company either. I have provided my email to them and was trying to contact the site, including the phone but without any result. But this technical cost me a lost of potential nice contacts.

Please, may be you be able to obtain any explanation and resolution of this problem.

Please help me block or get rid of this one guy his handle is 43 from Florida, Panama City Beach calls himself Matt pcb he is texting me inappropriate words and I can't get rid of him. He has 2 photos which is misleading the 1st one is a picture is of a man that is quite nice looking and appears super cool and actually looks in his 20's and written on the photo it says "Just a trolling". At first it appears to have only that one picture but the 2 picture
Looks like a ungly dirty old 50 something and he looks disshelved. Please help me get rid of this troll.

There is an account on OkCupid called Kittyxsweets which is IMPERSONATING me by using my pictures and my profile to talk to people. It also links my personal facebook account to it so I have been recieveing a lot of hate for no reason. This persons intentions are very obviously malicious and intended to cause harm. I'm implore you to please take down the profile before it causes more unintended damage. I have reported this to the OkCupid Review committee already but in case my report was overlooked, im trying all my options. Thanks

This scammer has scammed me out of $28, 000. I thought he was real. Stupid Me! If there was a way I could put his pik here I would so all the women know!' Gonna talk with the FBI. He says he's from Indiana, his Facebook says the same. I researched him, his hometown, and the college here supposedly graduated from. NOTHING! I almost lost my car and my house because I believed him. In debt up to my eyeballs of credit cards that I took cash from to send to him for excuse after excuse. I have numbered, addresses, and names of all his crew. Even the name of the receiver in Nigeria that received my money.This guy Valentine is 45 and supposedly in Malaysia.

I have been denied access toy account, username: bobbyloose, allegedly due to "technical problems" for over a week during which my account was renewed via payment by Apple Pay. I am a retired attorney and have no better use of my time currently than to file an enforcement action against OkCupid in appropriated regulatory agencies or Federal District Court ... or the like.

Was he the final say so in this ? Is he the boss? He takes down my profile because he cannot keep up with the scammers I have been reporting to him? talk about a defeatist attitude.

I have been on this site 3 years, and have never had such an issue before. There is always the first time, admittedly, but just because OKCupid cannot monitor the users on their website, they cannot subject legitimate users, abiding by its rules, to their own personal vendettas

Profile name: pasher3776 This man is a professional con artist. His REAL name is Phillip Demetrius Reynolds and he was in prison in MI for 10+ years for breaking and entering. Now he uses OKC to scam single women out of their money, takes credit cards, etc. He is NOT a lawyer, he does NOT coach football! He is now working out of the Douglasville, GA area but he took $$$ from several women in TN and MI. OKC should take his profile down because otherwise you are supporting his criminal activity. He actually doesn't even control the profile, his associate writes to women and feeds him the info. and sends him out on dates. It's a crime ring! Below is his mugshot from 2009 arrest but if you search his real name several mugshots come up. Does OKC want the reputation of being the site for criminals and con artists?

There is an OKC member who I believe is a scammer. He calls himself Patrick Stewart; his email is: [protected]@gmail.com.

This man states he is a widow and an oil merchant, so not available to meet. Asks to switch to personal email, within a few OKC messages. Professes his love even though you have never met; says he can't wait to meet; all stuff that raises red flags.

Within six weeks this man, Patrick Stewart, sends me an email saying he was in danger and needs help getting money. A part of the email's text is below:

"I had to run into for my life, I have lost everything including my documents. For fear of being kidnapped I have been given refuge by a local Christian family, the they plan to help me cross the border so I can escape. I don't have any funds on me to enable me make this escape. I want you to help me receive my payment of 2, 000, 000 dollars on my behalf from a company in Dubai i sold oil to. so you can send me some to me by PayPal for my escape from here. I have nobody to turn to. Communications is basically lost here, they attacked a hotel I actually slept there yesterday, lot of foreigners are injured. I believe in you to assist me."

Clearly a scammer. Please be warned.

A person by the name of Lee Josh Brian or username Godsdeal. He convinced me that he wanted love and it was almost instantaniously. He said he was enlisted in the army, was the father of a 10 year old daughter, stationed in Afghanistan and spoke of love and commitment. Then, he casually asked for money, which I did not have at the time. So no funds were exchanged. Then two weeks passed and he asked me for money again. I started investigating his credentials a dflu d that this is a common scam. So, I have yet to contact the police but intend to. I just thought maybe it's something you all need to investigate.

I'm having a problem with my messages. They aren't going through, I cant receive messages, it was ok till two days ago on 13.04.2017 but now its not working my messages rent getting through and I cant even receive messages. I tried to open a new account but I cant.. I sent a message to the support team but still i'm having the same problem.

I was on OK cupid for about 2 days. All of a sudden my account is suspended. I have sent 2 mails via the feedback form and have received absolutely no feedback. This is the absolute worst site. on top of it all, I have read through their terms and conditions and I have done absolutely nothing wrong. the worst site in the world. worst customer service. At least tinder response.

I was cheated and no one from OkCupid offered me help.
I met a lady on OkCupid and I really thought that she was real, she sent me many pictures and told that she liked me. I sent her gifts and few times I even sent her money. One day she told me that she wanted to come to my country but she did not have money and flight was very expensive. So I sent some money.
She did not arrive and I even went to the airport to meet her! Then she said that she had some family problems and that was the reason she missed her flight.
Then she simply stopper replying and when I finally realized that my love was a liar and scammer I contacted OkCupid support and asked for help. Instead of helping me they blocked my account! That tells a lot, I think site owner and these thieves are working together. I don't see any other explanation. Avoid!

I am an old member. I was once on your dating site. I had to get my email changed and phone number changed because of one of your members. He go by the profile Ayapi who is 51 years of age, and he's located in Sydney, Australia. He has been on your site since 2015. That's when I was on there. My name is Nakesia Saulsberry. He would ask me for sexual favors, wanted me to send him naked pictures, come visit him. He would ask for money, and was quite verbally abusive. I had to change my cell phone number a month ago and my email because he was harassing me. He would call and message me wanting me to send him naked videos of me. He would send me sexual messages. If I didn't want him, then he would call me nasty names. Yet, he is still on your site. Another woman or two complained about him. He has a site with young girls naked and young women. He has a sex website. The man is a lunatic. I don't think those pictures are really him. He has naked pictures on your site. He's not the only one. I went out with 3 guys on your site that were from out of prison from stealing lots of money from elderly people and one almost scammed me out of money. You all are not trying to protect your members at all. That is why I left your site. It is filled with dangerous men and perhaps women too
