While we appreciate feedback because we are constantly striving to do better, we want to point out that the portion of our web site that customers use to enter their personal information is in fact secure. Our site is protected by a minimum of 128bit encryption anywhere personal information is submitted to our site. This includes bidder registrations, as well as all login procedures. The creation of an account, or logging in to an existing account, is 100% encrypted as it travels the Internet and insures each client is securely connected to our on-line bidding platform. (Assuming, of course, that the password created is not shared.) We use an industry standard provider for our encryption certificate, and are very confident in their product.

As an added layer of security to our live auction platform, we also encrypt all bidding data to and from our bidding console. All information passed between the servers and client is done over HTTPS. Unencrypted transmissions are not supported.
