Dear sirs
To my great disappointment when i... When to purchased a vehicle 2006 ford
F150 super crew vin nr 1 ftrw12w56ka65162 from company offleaseonly located at 3531 lake worth rd palms spring florida, fl 33461
That this vehicle was sold to me after inspection of the vehicle and as reference to the car fax report that reads as on 03/10/2006 florida police record case [protected].
Accident reported in palm beach county involving right front impact with non fixed object vehicle functional.
After reviewing this report I ask the dealer (Offleaseonly if this car had been in a mayor accident there replied was it was struck with and object and the car had to be spray painted the front and the windshield was replaced.
To my surprised on 09/23/09 my wife was involved in an accident with the same mention truck above the airbags did not deployed from the damage of impact that was quite substantial to the truck.
To truck was send to fix at marbella paint and body shop 4488 east 10th ct hialeah florida 33013 the owner off the placed call me and show me the damage and that this truck had been in a mayor previous accident that whole the front of the car was replaced with aftermarket cheap body parts
And also that we were lucky not to suffer fiscal damage from the impact because the front airbag sensor of the car was not placed properly
The whole front of the car was in a previous mayor accident from the radiator frame and condenser, both fender till the front bumper and change with all aftermarket part and sold to me as and car that had impact in the front with and object that it had to be only spray painted
Furthermore I called off lease only regarding this issue that I wanted to be reimburse there answered was go do what you want we are not liable for nothing.
1. My question is if this car had an accident were my god forbid my wife and kids past away because of non functional airbags what will have had happen? Will off lease only sell people cars that was in a previous mayor accident and things excluded from the car fax report
2. As a company that advertise that these cars were lease vehicles and they don’t sell damage repair cars will they continue doing business making money and selling people cars that are not safe
3. I paid $17108. 94 for and car that could have left my family injured badly because of non functional airbags
4. The car was and rebuilt car which were exclude from the car fax report and sold as used with low miles and with aftermarket parts

I have 2 carfax report 1 printed on the day of purchased and other one printed 5 moths after worth .The one after worth clearly explain that the car was in a accident.Had i know this before I would have not purchased this car. For costumer service and beeing honest I realy dont see it .You received a letter from the palm beach county better business which you stated that your are not liable for the second car fax report which claimed that the car was in a accident .And know you try to mis lead people in believing that your and honest car dealership by printing some words that doesn`t have meaning but covers your tracks.
Guess what run for office in a political party So you can upgrade your self by screwing more people.Car dealers and politician always do that.

Dear Mike,
We really appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your comments and feelings about your experience with Off Lease Only. With over a thousand employees now we rely on your feedback for quality control. It sounds like you may have been misinformed. We currently have nearly 700 vehicles in our inventory without previous accidents, which is significantly more than most other dealers offer in their entire used car inventory.
The difference between Off Lease Only and most dealerships is that most dealerships don’t disclose their vehicles that have been in previous accidents. We offer a complimentary Carfax on every vehicle we sell. We receive numerous compliments regarding our full disclosure of the complete purchase process including the vehicle's Carfax report, and customers are surprised to find that we even disclose previous accidents even when they're not reported on Carfax.
Our vehicles are purchased from the same auto manufacturer’s auctions that all dealers purchase their vehicles from. Any vehicle we purchase from the auction that has been in a previous accident has been repaired according to the manufacturer’s specifications. For added peace of mind, we invite our customers to take any vehicle of their choice to a third party mechanic for evaluation (prior to purchasing) and we offer service agreements up to 7 years or 150, 000 miles effective from the date of purchase.
We are unable to locate you anywhere in our system, based on the information you provided on the Complaints board. Which location did you visit and who was your finance manager?
We’re also surprised to hear that the interest rate you were offered came in much higher than what you were offered at other dealerships. How many other dealerships did you go to and have your credit run? We work with over twenty major nationwide lenders who aggressively try to earn your business. We would definitely like more information from you as to what took place in the financing process.
We would like to hear from you to discuss, in detail, where we failed you. The owners of Off Lease Only started this company to provide a level of service that would leave you completely satisfied with your purchase. Obviously, you are unhappy with your experience and we would like the opportunity to evaluate your concerns and remedy the situation the best we can.
Please contact our Customer Service Director, Melissa, toll free at 1-855-994-6396 so we can give you the immediate attention you deserve. You can also reach us at customerservice@offleaseonly.com.
Our owners, Mark and Eileen Fischer, started Off Lease Only over twenty years ago with two cars, their life savings and a vision to create a different car buying experience. The growth has been phenomenal, with nearly 200, 000 loyal customers now. The growth has happened for two main reasons- saving their customers thousands on their dream cars and genuinely caring about each customer's happiness before, during and after the sale. Off Lease Only is proud to offer the most transparent used car buying experience with no dealer fees and no stress of haggling price.
We look forward to speaking with you soon and assisting you in every way we can.
Respectfully,
Your Off Lease Only Customer Care Team – Sharon

Why is offlease making it so difficult to cancle my

Gap Insurance . I only owed less than $4000 on a 2015 QX80 that have a value of over $20,000.00.

Off lease sent an email saying I have to fully pay off for the vehicle before I can cancel gap insurance from them .

In my opinion this is a scam .

Selling wreck cars with frame damage to people that does not know about cars, here is a example of a vehicle in their site for sell VIN 1N4BL4BV7LN317335, if you google the vin it shows it was a total loss with more than $18000 on needed repairs.

They sold you a structurally damaged car. You want to share your experience. I am involved in a law suit where Offleaseonly is trying to sue me for Spreading the word that they sell primarily structurally damaged cars. You are another example. Contact me if you like. Off Lease Only provides a transparent car buying experience which includes free Carfax and Autocheck Reports. Additionally, while not required under Florida law to proactively disclose if a vehicle has been in a previous accident, Off Lease Only does identify certain vehicles as “Previous Accident” and provides an additional condition report as part of that disclosure.

Despite these processes, Off Lease Only is not immune from the defamatory allegations of former employees. This is not a “Review” but was part of a larger scheme from a former employee who was fired from our Miami store. Off Lease Only is currently suing this former employee for the false and malicious statements he has published on forums such as this.

Off Lease Only is always here for its customers and happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, simply call, or send an email on the contact links on our website. www.offleaseonly.com

Can you please provide me with your number? They sold me a damaged vehicle as well. I bought the vehicle in 8/2022. The vehicle has not worked since 1/2023. We owe over 26K. I was sold a lemon. A warranty was sold with the vehicle and the warranty company does not want to cover my engine after we were told by OFF Lease that the whole vehicle was covered. I need an attorney!

I am in your exact situation! We were sold a BMW with known structural damage from auction with only “body damage” disclosed. Car has had extensive issues, unsafe and trade in value is minimal to none. Please check your messages to reach me!

Bought 2012 BMW in 2015.
Vin WBAKC8C52CC435513
Off Lease disclosed ONLY prior body damage. they claimed it came off a lease.
I am trying to sell it now and I found out from Carfax there was frame damage dislocated to Off Lease when they purchased it at auction. Sounds like a class action lawsuit. Please advise.
Fred.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with you guys on how I got a loan to pay the duty tax of my bank draft and to start up a new business. I was at the verge of loosing all my belongings due to the bank draft I took to offset some bills and some personal needs. I became so desperate and began to seek for funds at all means. Luckily for me I heard a colleague of mine talking about this company, I got interested. Although I was scared of being scammed, I was compelled by my situation and then I began to look online and ran into their email at: (r_nelsonfinanceltd @yahoo.com ) where I was given a loan within 72hrs without knowing what it feels like to be scammed. So I promised myself that I was going to make this known to as many that are in financial stress to contact them and not fall victim of online scam in the name of getting a loan

Beware!
The truth about “previous accident” vehicles at offleaseonly
If you are even thinking about purchasing a vehicle at any of the offleaseonly, inc., dealerships in florida, (miami, orlando, or west palm beach) it is in your interest to pay close attention to the following facts:
Approximately eighty percent (80%) of the vehicles offleaseonly sells have been involved in a very serious accident and have structural damage to the frame and/or unibody. whenever carfax knows that a vehicle has sustained structural damage to the frame, it warns customers using their service that "structural damage may impact vehicle safety and reliability.  get the unibody or the frame of the vehicle inspected by a professional"; therefore,
Make sure you ask for the autocheck report on every vehicle
Offleaseonly, inc., is fully aware that every vehicle that is listed on their webpage as a "previous accident" vehicle was in a very serious accident and sustained structural damage to the frame and/or unibody, because when they purchase the vehicles the auction provides them with auction reports (based upon physical inspections by trained professional appraisers) that describe in detail the damage to the vehicle, where the damage was, and how it was repaired. the auction reports are then entered into a data base called "autocheck". *if you are still thinking of purchasing a vehicle that has sustained structural damage to the frame and/or unibody, I strongly urge you to take it to a mechanic with a copy of the auction report so the mechanic will know what to look for. do not undermine your family’s safety; therefore,
Make sure you ask for the autocheck report on every vehicle
Vehicles that have sustained structural damage to the frame and/or unibody, have drastically depreciated in actual market value. these vehicles get reclassified as “inferior vehicles” because of the degree of damage caused by the accidents. translation: you buy a structurally damaged vehicle today for $20, 000, and if in three (3) days you want to sell it, you will be lucky if a dealership offers you $11, 000. * if you are still thinking of purchasing one of these vehicles, I strongly urge you to take it to any dealership during your test drive and ask them to appraise it as if you were outright selling it to them, they will verify for you that the vehicle has structural damage to the frame and offer you maybe half (1/2) what you paid for it; therefore,
Make sure you ask for the autocheck report on every vehicle
After you verify that the information I have provided you is the absolute truth, then share it on social media everywhere: facebook, yelp, dealerrater, bbb, twitter, edmunds, instagram, etc…. don’t let your family or friends get fooled into overpaying for an inferior vehicle that has sustain structural damage to the frame and/or unibody, that may ultimately be unsafe to drive and consequently lead to tragedy.

*if you already purchased (and disovered the vehicle has structural damage to the frame) and are interested in being a part of a lawsuit contact [protected]. if I do not pick up text me your full name, the vin number to the vehicle, and the date you purchased it. thanks

I was 'tempted' to get a car there for a while due to the prices being 5% to 9% below 'market'. I've even test driven a car there several years ago but didn't buy it because I was told it was in an accident. I've noticed they put large bill boards up on I-95 and advertise all over the place because they are making huge profits. In my opinion, they ONLY buy and sell damaged vehicles so they pay almost nothing and have the biggest profit margins when they do some minimum body work and resell for 'hear' retail. For example, my new Mustang GT that I wrecked (Performance Pack, premium, nav, etc) and low miles sold for $10K from the Ford body shop due to frame damage. Sure, I could have kept my car for $10K and fixed 'the body' for $3K to 5K ish. However, I was told that with a unibody (all cars have this now), frame damage is always unsafe to drive and needs to go to a salvage yard for parts. Unethically, offleaseonly bids on 'for parts only' salvage frame-damaged unsafe vehicles, does some minor body work, and flips it out for you and I to buy! Take a look at their profit from doing so: Offleaseonly pays $10K to $15K for my frame a damaged vehicle. They put in about $3K of body work, then sell it for $27K. The car is full of mechanical issues due to not actually replacing all of the damaged parts as well as not being able to straighten out the frame (unibody frame damage vehicles can't have the frame straightened). They made $27K - $15.5K = $11.5K since they use their own extra cheap body shop to repair. That is much more profit margin than if they just bought a non-damaged car and resold it for a few thousand more. Most dealers make between 15 - 20% (they pay around 20% less than what they sell for) by flipping good quality vehicles. Offleaseonly makes 50 - 60% by flipping junky unsafe vehicles and doing minor body work repairs on vehicles that have major mechanical/structural damage. It should be illegal.

I purchased a 2013 BMW X1 from Off Lease Only at 3531 Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth, Florida, 33054 for $25, 604.43. The car was sold to me as having one minor accident from the previous owner, this was shown to be by the dealer using Carfax. They assured that the vehicle had no further issues than what was listed on the Carfax. On 12/6/2016 I went to Carmax to trade in the BMW X1, only to find out that the vehicle was listed as having structural damage on Autocheck, thus Carmax would not offer anything over $15, 000. The date of the structural damage was report on 01/19/2016 while at auction with mileage being noted as 33, 186. The purchaser of the vehicle at auction was Off Lease Only. The vehicle was then sold to me months later, mileage 33, 230. This shows that the dealer was well aware of the structural damage at time of purchase from auction, then sold the vehicle with out the mention of said damage to the buyer. This appears to violate Florida State Statute 501.976 (5), the attorney general for the State of Florida has already been contacted and is investigating the issue, along with civil attorneys. I suggest others do the same.

I was purchasing an SUV, trading in a sedan. I was offered the lowest blue book value, then proceeded to haggle for a higher value. After four hours a price was negotiated. BE CAREFUL SIGNING ANYTHING, GET THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CAR YOU PURCHASE PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING. They rewrite the value of the trade, adding more money to the price of the car you purchase! BEWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING IN THE FINANCE OFFICE!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

I bought a car from offlease orlando and was never given a carfax because it had supposedly come in that same day, even though i specifically told the manger that was communicating with me that I did NOT want a car with previous accidents. He assured me that i hadn't been and the first time I took it in to an actual Ford dealer they showed me where it had been and how it had not been fixed properly. Which in return voided my warranty AND the extended warranty that they added at the time of purchase. I called the Manager back and I am still waiting to hear back from them. This was almost a year ago! Now the suspension from where the accident was is messed up and I none of the supposed warranties that the car had will cover it. So i am paying monthly for a car and warranties that are no good. DO NOT BUY FROM OFF LEASE!

Went to offlease last week to look at a few vw passats. ALL of them were involved in some sort of accident according to carfax.
No wonder they charge 3-4 thousand less than competitors.. They cars I looked at were poorly repaired and not even worth what they were asking.
My advise: Stay Away

I was interested in purchasing a 2014 BMW X3 listed with OffLeaseOnly, however after reading the numerous reviews of unhappy customers, I think I will look elsewhere for a vehicle. I intended to pay cash for the vehicle due to a settlement, but I don't think this company is legit and up front with its customers. This is ridiculous.

I bought a convertible mustang from the Off Lease Only in Orlando and my kids were playing around in the back with the top down and pulled out the previous windshield glass from inside the convertible. You know it was the rear glass because it had the defrost lines in it. In Orlando you can drive on 528 and literally see the chop shop behind off lease being used to supply cars to offlease. These cars are not off lease they are very much wrecked and damaged cars from Auction that dont sell. Its fine as my car is just for rec purposes but if you are going to drive around kids etc. You might choose something more safer.

Off Lease only is a scam, they advertise there vehicles are thousands of dollars less then everyone else. All they do is buy the story car at the auction like frame damage, flood history, lemon law buybacks and many other problems. So the price your paying is cheaper then a good vehicle but in the end your buying a car thats not worth half what there selling it to you for. My advice spend a few thousand more and get a real used car. Remember these cars are bought at auction 40% less then a good one.So if a good one is 35000 there junk should be 20000 not 31000. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEWARE

In 2013, I bought a 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA, model S from OffLease Only Palm Beach, for the price of 16, 000, so I been making the payments of 319.00 for almost 25 months. Today I called the bank to check on the pay off balance, and found that I the contract was submitted for 21, 000, and that I still owe 13, 600.00. Can someone explain that to me?

I have been on the internet researching trying to make the best possible choice. I was fully locked in and ready to purchase from Off Lease Only. The same had me completely fooled. I waver about going to this place as well.Recently I called the WPB location and spoke with Seana for about 20 minutes. She was a clear, informative and straight forward as can be.It seems to me FIRST that if you buy a car from OLO dont bother with any damaged cars (ie check carfax) and before you actually BUY the car from OLO pay for a carfax and autocheck JUST TO MAKE SURE.. I'm still hesitant..

CAVEAT EMPTOR...don't blame the dealer. blame yourselves! None of you take any responsibility for your actions. Did someone at this dealership force you to sign paperwork or hold a gun to your head. I'm sure the sales staff at offlease have no malice. They are trying to make a living.

Nearly any and all of this information about a vehicle is available to anyone. CarFax, AutoCheck and numerous others. Not just car dealers. Did you do all of your research or were you blinded by a lower price. Is there a reason that most things cost less? Is it lower margins, inferior quality or both?

Happy shopping...do your home work and you won't be on a complaint board crying about some dealer that broke no laws sold you a car at your own free will.

Suddenly I come across "offleaseonly" and saw several MKZ's I would like. I have read lots of negative comments here, all I can say is I think this company is honest! I decided to purchase a vehicle from offleaseonly, had the vehicle inspected and everything checked out with just minor issue, back tire . this is normal because the vehicle is used. I wired 14, 000 dollars to offleaseonly from Colorado. a week later, I got cold feet after looking at accident report, please note that offleaseonly had already mentioned this to me before vehicle inspection and this was not hidden. I called my sale person Geno and told him I was uncomfortable with the report and also because I didn't see the vehicle physically, therefore want my money back. Please note that the vehicle was removed from sale for about a week, they could have sold the vehicle at this time but didn't because of me.Offleaseonly sent me back every cent of my money when they could have taken a portion off. Geno & Mike, my sale guys told me it was not an issue and he will only accept my payment if I was comfortable.

I am scheduled to fly out to FL next month to physically check out the vehicle if its still available or buy another vehicle from offleaseonly.

I am in agreement with Jerry...
"If offleaseonly sells an average of say 500 cars a month, thats 6000 cars a year, Thats 18000 cars over a 3 year period, and the 7 complaints that i have read today date back to 2009, I think ill take my chances. If the casinos had these odds, 17, 993 people out of 18000 would walk out a winner".. !

You gotta wonder why the State of Florida doesn't shut this place down. Then again, Florida doesn't have the "Lemon Law' like other States. It's something that should be enacted for the safety of the citizens.

I have purchased 3 cars from off lease only. a 2006 mustang convertible which is still running and in good shape with over 140K miles on it. a 2004 mustang coupe which my son resold last year because he was buying my 06 convertible from me and a 2011 cadillac sts still under warranty.. We have never had a problem with any of the cars beyond normal maintenance and repairs. The website does say when it is a previous accident or not. We are currently looking for another mustang convertible and as soon as the color that I want comes in I'll be there with my hard earned $$ and buy it.

I am glad I read these reviews. My mother purchased a car from Off lease in West Palm Beach and it has been good for the most part. However, I looking at a car from off lease. After reading these reviews, I don't think so. I am i Pensacola and would not like to drive to West Palm Beach to pick up a car and find that I can't get it back to Northwest Florida.
Thank you for you input.

Wow, I was ready to purchase a car from offleaseonly. Love the internet to search before making purchases. Safety if the first item to come to mind and these vehicles seem to fall into the unsafe area. Second, if they have made a deal with the body shops not to report these vehicles damage until the vehicle has sold, then yes there will be a clean Carfax. Then the poor sucker that buys the vehicle looses thousands when the Carfax report reflects the damage. Think about it, why would a dealership sell a "premium " for many thousands less then any other dealer. Auctions sell good vehicles for these prices. Please do your research before purchasing. Remember there is no price for safety and a good vehicle will retain much more money in the end. Happy shopping .

My husband and I bought a 2008 Ford Edge SEL about 2 1/2 years ago. When we bought the car they would not clean it. They would not fill up the gas tank. I told them it needed a tire and they would not replace it. This car has needed a lot of work on it that costs more money than if you were to buy one at a dealership and have no problems. My husband and I have been trying to trade in the car but we were told it has been in a bad accident. Also, we were told it has major frame damage. The dealership said they couldn't even buy it because they would have to trash it. We were told by a dealership that Offleaseonly bids at auctions on vehicles that have damage. Another thing Offleaseonly did was show us the green checks on Carfax quickly on the computer and then switch to something else. They did not give us a printout. A week after buying the car after realizing the work that needed to be done I called Offleaseonly and spoke to a manager and I asked him if they will take the car back and he said they will not. He told me you buy it "as is". I would never go back there and I would tell people to never buy a car there. We are stuck with a car that no dealership even wants.

I was on offleaseonly.com today, saw some great prices, decided to search for reviews before I drove to the dealership, figured they may be too good to be true. This is the third board with the same type of complaints, all of them have to do with the cars being previously wrecked, not disclosed, not showing up on carfax and then showing up 2-4 months later... It makes sense now, they buy them wrecked, fix them for the least amount... not taking safety into consideration, then sell them to the poor schmuck that wasnt wise enough to check for reviews... The name of the company is very very clever, leads one to believe that they are all bought from previous leases... ALMOST HAD ME!

I came across offleaseonly.com through ebay and felt the prices were too low. Sure enough when i go on their website and look at photos of random cars i can clearly see misaligned body panels and spray jobs. A clean carfax/autocheck def doesnt mean a vehicle hasnt been involved in an accident so stressing "clean carfax" is meaningless. Ill go somewhere else and pay more...

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I WAS RECENTLY IN THE MARKET FOR A PRE-OWNED BMW. I CAME ACROSS OFFLEASE ONLY ON THE INTERNET AND THEY HAD THE 7-SERIES PRICED $4K LESS THAN MOST OTHER DEALERS. I RAN THE CARFAX AND IT CAME BACK CLEAN. MY FRIEND TOLD ME A STORY THAT HE HAD PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM AND SUPPOSEDLY IT HAD NO ACCIDENTS BUT WHEN HE TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER FOR SERVICE, THEY DID NOT HONOR THE FACTORY WARRANTY BECAUSE THE CAR HAD A SIGNIFICANT PREVIOUS ACCIDENT! HE TOLD ME TO RUN AN AUTOCHECK REPORT SO I DID. SURE ENOUGH, THE AUTOCHECK REPORTED 2 DIFFERENT ACCIDENTS AND OFFLEASE ONLY HAD PURCHASED THE CAR AT AUCTION WITH FRAME DAMAGE! THIS WAS THE SAME CAR IN WHICH OFFLEASE ONLY TRIED TO LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE CAR HAD NO ACCIDENTS. I DECIDED TO RUN AUTOCHECK REPORTS ON OTHER VEHICLE IN OFFLEASE ONLY'S INVENTORY AND I WAS SHOCKED! EVERY SINGLE CAR I RAN HAD REPORTS OF FRAME AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! BUYERS BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER BUY A SO-CALLED CAR FROM THOSE SCAMMERS!

I am a potential buyer looking at a car at offleasonly, and before i buy anything expensive, I allways do my homework. after reading these complaints I asked my self a question. If offleaseonly sells an average of say 500 cars a month, thats 6000 cars a year, Thats 18000 cars over a 3 year period, and the 7 complaints that i have read today date back to 2009, I think ill take my chances. If the casinos had these odds, 17, 993 people out of 18000 would walk out a winner...

I just bought a car from Offlease, Lake worth. The sales person told me that the car had been inspected, and that the break light, which was on was just because of a circuit that was disconnected, but that the car was in perfect condition. They also told me the car would be clean the day I was coming to make payment. They never cleaned the car. I took the car to have an oil change three days ago, and there, they told me that Offlease sold me a car with only 10% of breaks left. The mechanics told me that it is against the law for a dealer to sell cars without fixing their breaks or any safety issue the car may have. I just contacted the dealership, and they told me they don't inspect cars and that I bought it "as is". I didn't know I was buying a car without any inspection whatsoever. In addition, there is a light on (tire pressure), which is on even when the tires are supposedly ok. There is also a weird engine sound. Result: Offlease employees tell their clients that they inspect the cars, but they don't. They lie in order to make their money without any regards for the client.
