Office Depot replacement of broken ativa 08cc03 cross-cut shredder

I originally purchased shredder in Dec. 2015. It broke and I sent it back. I had to pay for shipping. It was replaced. Now the replacement model has stopped working. They are informing me that the machine is no longer under warranty.in the warranty information they state that the cutter blades are covered for 3 years. How can they tell what is wrong with machine if they have not looked at it? They will not issue a Return Authorization Number which I need to return the unit. Office Depot hp notebook 14-as151nr

I purchased the product and it worked for about 2 months before the programs started crashing. When I bought the product I was told with the protection plan I purchased with it if anything happen to it that I would be able to exchange or receive a refund towards a new one. When I returned it I was told otherwise. I just want either a new computer or a refund.

Office Depot rebate

I went in to Office depot in northport, al they had a rebate on paper so I bought and was walked through how to get my rebate back through the mail. I sent my receipts in two different envelopes. I received in the mail to day on both of them a response say can't pay you because these receipts were un read able. These receipts were sent out the day I brought the product. The receipts were not messed up and so I thought I would look around to see if others were having reimbursement problems and looks like there is many. I wonder if its time to see a atty on this to verfy if they are doing this to many people.

Office Depot max assurance

I purchased an HP OfficePro 8610 printer which did not even last 6 months. I went through Max Assurance where I purchased the protection and they sent me a "gift card" which is their name for it. I next went online to purchase the same printer which has been reduced to 99.99 from 199.99. I went through the process of purchasing it and came to the payment section. I entered in the "gift card" and it would not let me complete the purchase because it wanted a credit card. Apparently this printer is on "backorder" and I was told that you cannot use the "gift card" on any item that it backordered.

Translation is they want you to buy a replacement product at their full price so you use up the entire "gift card". This is bait and switch. I told them I will let people know about this fraudulent procedure online and also with the State of Illinois.

THIS IS A SCAM. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MAX ASSURANCE AND TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO PURCHASES FROM OFFICE MAX OR DEPOT NOT TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. The only way to deal with this is to put them out of business.

Office Depot can't access my account!

Recently I decided to order something from OfficeDepot. When I wanted to access my account I could not do that. I contacted customer support and asked what was wrong with their website. Their rep said that there was nothing wrong, maybe some bugs and suggested ordering by phone. That's bad enough. Anyways, I made an order by phone and their rep repeated back all the item numbers I had ordered. I received a confirmation email only after my items were shipped and till then I had no idea they forgot to order half my items! But the worst part was that they split my order! I received only one package, and the other was missing. I still have no idea where it is. So unprofessional! I'll never deal with these guys ever again!

Office Depot reward program

This reward program is a joke.. they delete any points under 1000 at end of each quarter.. they credit recycled ink cartridges at end of following month.. so example if you have 600 qualified points in December and recycle ink cartridges in December to get to a reward.. you do not get credit for you cartridges till end of JANUARY so by the time you get credit for recycle you have lost your points from dec and you still do NOT GET a reward. thank goodness for more honest dealers like staples and Wal-Mart

Office Depot 2 year performance plan

I bought a Hewlett Packard 3n1 desk top computer 7/6/2015 screen broke have called 4 times to get it repaired they say they have sent us boxes to send it to them Claim#[protected] 12/30/2015 was last call to them there were 3 other calls since then no response from them I want it repaired if they cant I want a refund of the insurance policy and the price of the computer I bought I do over 10, 000.00 of business a year from them this might come to a halt I don't want to report them to the BBB but maybe its best that I did seeing they hurt a lot of people

Office Depot worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. That was my first experience with this company, but I'll never order something again. I ordered a chair and it arrived shipped in two boxes. One box was damaged and they noticed that. So, they decided to send me one more box. And it was empty. Yes, I received just an empty box. I don't know why and what for, but okay. At the begging there was only one box. I received one part of my chair on Monday. So I called them to ask about the other part. They said they had some problems wit that, but they will deliver it in a week. Two weeks passed and there was still no delivery. I called them again and they said the same thing. And every time I called they said that my item is almost ready for shipping. One month later I finally got the second part of my new chair. And yes, I got that empty box too. Well, they have real problems with shipping and service, but I can't say anything bad about the furniture. The chair is very comfortable and cosy. I'm satisfied with it, but that waiting ruined everything. If you are impatient like I am, then don't waste your time with this company.

Office Depot restroom

In the heart of Boca Raton, FL I have been left stunned that your company would allow a public restroom put to shame any gas station restrooms that I have seen in my lifetime. No soap. Roaches on floor. Nasty stuff on walls... mold everywhere. I will attach pictures. 441 and Glades is the location.

Office Depot unauthorized credit card charges

I did not notice that I was charged twice for a service on the purchase of my computer and warranty until I went to pay my credit card where I noticed 'something' was wrong because it was way over the cost of one computer and one warranty charge. I brought the receipt which clearly shows the overcharge entered twice on the receipt - but Office Depot refused to credit me my over charge.

This is an update - I thank God for the right Management person Tina is her name from the Mt Dora Fla store. She was very professional and cleared up the entire matter and got me my refund. I don't understand how just talking to the right person makes such a difference. Just showing her all my receipts and her knowing her business cleared the entire matter. I am so relieved and thankful for Tina. This whole ordeal made me physically ill but I was not going to give up on it - next step was small claims court because right is right.

Office Depot 4 drawer file cabinet

I used Office Max Online for the first time last Friday. Ordered a $600 4 drawer file cabinet. Supposed to get delivery last Monday. Waited for delivery, never came, then called. They had never processed my credit card so we started all over again. Promised delivery for Tuesday, had to be in office between 8:30-5:00. We waited all day, no show. EVery customer service rep had another story, no one said same thing. Also warehouse called that day to tell us it was on truck for deliver (Tuesday) Was so fed up that I cancelled my order. Fortunately, had no problem crediting my credit card. Now, today, Thursday, after I cancelled, the delivery came (we had no idea why) and the gentleman could not carry the file cabinet up to our office so in the end, it could never be delivered. You can't make this stuff up. I will never use them again.

Office Depot rewards program

From Hawaii... Because of all the problems I've had with them, I've scaled back my shopping at Office Depot/Office Max (they merged in 2014). I only go there when I cannot find a product elsewhere. I live in a relatively small town in Hawai'i. When I complain that I have not received points for the ink cartridges I've recycled, I've gotten the 5 - 7 days line from Office Depot, but when I go back to check whether points for recycled ink cartridges have been posted to my account, nothing has happened. They don't deliver on their promises! This morning I followed up with Office Depot and got the line that awards are not given until I received the correct # of points. I responded that they're still evading the problem. No points are even posted to my account. Without my spending too much time, I threatened them with a letter to be written to the Attorney General's office & Better Business. The chat room person said they're going to award a $ 10 rewards certificated to me. Somehow, I feel this won't be honored. I plan to do what I can to spread the word to friends and tell them to STOP SHOPPING @ Office Depot.

Office Depot delivery of ordered office supplies

Placed order on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Order was to arrive on Thursday, September 10, 2015 between the hours of 9am and 3pm. No delivery! Have placed several calls tracking order and each time agent stated order was in process and would be delivered Friday, September 11, 2015. No delivery! Called and talked with another agent, agent said order should be delivered Monday, September 14, 2014. No delivery! This time one of our staff stayed late to see if they would come — No! Today, Tuesday, September 15, 2015, no delivery! Called in again to Office Depot, agent replied that order was still in WAREHOUSE and would be delivered Wednesday, September 16, 2015 between the hours of 8:30 and 5:30pm. Don't know who delivers for Office Depot now, but they are not conducting good business on your behalf by not delivering your products to your customers in a timely manner as was done in the past. I would simply like to cancel this order and pick up at local store.

Office Depot hp printter inks

Office Max in-store advertising by their product does not indicate that a special card is needed to get the discount. An offer is made at check-out to obtain the card, but no mention is made of the savings. I rechecked the ad by the printer cartridges and nowhere did it say one had to have a card to get the discount, which amounts to $10. I accused the clerk of deceptive advertising and he did not think this was... one had to have the card, though to get the discount.

Office Depot laptop and service

On [protected] I bought a acer tablet with a 2 year warranty with a visa gift card we received. After a month my tablet started having troubles. It
Wouldn't start when I pressed the on button and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I called Office depot and they told me I had to go to the store I bought the item from. So I did but none of the employees knew how to put my refund on a gift card so I could make another purchase. Turns out the employee room the refund and put it on the visa gift card that was used up and in the garbage. The store manager told me there was nothing he could do till Monday when he could contact corporate. A week later I was I informed they could not give me cash but I could buy something else for the amount t of the refund but my 2 year warranty would not be prorated or anything I was just out the 79.99. So I ordered a Toshiba tablet on [protected] for 359.99 and another 2 year replacement warranty for another 119.99. It was supposed to come on Sept.16, 2015 to my house. This morning in my email I receive notice that my order has been cancelled due to inventory and I will receive a cash refund in 7 to 10 days for 359.99. No money back for the 2 year warranty I purchased. I called customer service and they told me I didn't buy a warranty. I found my sales slip and warranty and gave her the numbers. She told me she couldn't help me that I had to call the warranty dept on Monday August 24, 2015. I have never dealt with a more frustrating and irresponsible company. They gave me 10 percent off the Toshiba for my troubles which I do not get back. I missed the no tax weekend so now when I go somewhere else I have lost that money. I have been ripped off every which way I can think of. I have to call the warranty dept tomorrow and wait to see how they will try to screw me out of 119.99. I have my receipt and everything. I will never do any business with this company again.

Office Depot printer

I purchased a Samsung Lazer all in one printer from the Belleville, Illinois Office Max, I now need toner for the machine and went to several Office Max and Office Depot's and have found that I cannot get the toner from any of these places. They told me that the company sells the printers but not the toners, that I would have to purchase through Samsung direct by mail. I asked them if they sell the printers (mine is only 3 months old) why would they not sell the toner, they replied, they did not know, but if I wanted another printer they would be happy to sell me another one.

Please don't shopping and Delivery from Office Max, I waited three days for delivery furniture and no call, no show! I called costumer service more then six times and talk to supervisor or managers, they don't care, reschedule again, again, also they said they will call me back, but never or disconnect.

Our church just changed bank, and our pastor tried to pay for a new computer with one of our new checks yesterday and it was declined, our old checks were always accepted. Will our future checks from this bank be accepted?

Office Depot office chair causes bleeding injuries/ one star reviews deleted

I bought the WorkPro 1000 Series Mid-Back Mesh Task Chair, Black from the website of the newly merged Office Max/Depot this Black Friday. ** The movable armrests have major design flaws. I've had this chair for two weeks now, and twice the armrests have pinched my pinkies so hard it broke skin, drew blood, and caused bruising. This absolutely will happen to you at some point if you aren't very careful how you grip the armrests every single time you move them.

Additionally, the armrests are held to the rest of the chair by exactly one screw each, so they are constantly working themselves loose. Office Max/Depot doesn't allow furniture returns once assembled, and I'm just past the 14-day return period anyway, or else this thing would be back at the store and I'd have my money back.

I tried to leave a one-star review for the chair on Office Max/ Depot's website three times and all three times have been rejected despite strict adherence to their guidelines.

Office Depot they took fake sum from me

I recently bought some office stuff from the website www.officemax.com. I ordered paper and inks from them, as well as the seller provided 25% off all orders. I placed order and paid for it, but after 3 hours the seller charged me again for the smaller sum. I have no idea what the hell happened? I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Office Max are sending out paperwork that looks like an invoice but is actually a solicitation to buy. It means it is not illegal because they will provide goods once they receive your payment. However, what they are hoping is that larger companies will just pay it as an invoice, not realising what it is, then someone in the company will receive an email regarding a download of software that probably nobody will activate as it was never wanted.

Office Depot customer service/printing

I brought in a small printing project 100 sheets 8.5x 11. They have printed them before. It was 6:30 pm, they said it would take 20 mins. I said great, because I need them for an important meeting at 6:30 am the next day. Hannah Duffy told me she would call me and I could pick them up before 9 pm. I said good, since I have to get up at 4:30 am. At 8:20 I called Hannah Duffy since I had not heard from her. I was told they were having printing issues since I left there at 6:30 pm and my printing was not and would not be done. I asked why I hadn't been called earlier so I could have other options (Staples and Office Depot a block away) and they said "they were too busy". No apology, nothing. They thought I should understand that they were too busy to take a second to call me so I would have other options. Now I have no printing for tomorrow morning at 6:30 am. Hannah Duffy and Office Max on Wyoming Blvd in Albuquerque are the worst.
