SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Office Depotprinter delivery

In late October, I place an order for a printer and extra ink cartridges. The ink cartridges were delivered and the printer was not. I have since been notified that the printer is no longer being manufactured. I am trying to return the cartridges and place a new order for a printer that is available.

Below are my 10 requests for assistance. Please note when requested for information, I responded promptly. In addition to my 10 email requests for support. I have also called your contact center who escalated to Abhinav.[protected]@officedepot.com. This person was also copied on all email correspondence.

Would you please assignment someone who will help me to resolve my issue?

Is anyone ever going to help me?

The problem is that you have delivered all the printer cartridges for this particular printer. Will you make arrangements to pick all of them up from my house and return them. If yes, then I will just order a different printer.
