OEM Experts Scam

Never ever trust these people. They will tell you all of this stuff about wanting to help you grow your business, how they will get you the items you need, invoices you need and will customize your orders to suit you. They then ask for your credit card to set up the account and stay on you until you give it to them. All of a sudden you have almost 4K billed to your account and when you ask them why they say they told you that they will charge you and send you great profit items. Thats not what they said in the initial call and was blind sided by this. I don't run my business by just giving people money with out knowing what I'm buying and profit levels. Then when you get the product you get items you might be able to sell but they take their time getting you invoices to send to amazon and the rest are underwear, basket balls that you would get at a carnival and out of date items with negative profit. They always have an excuse why they couldn't call you back or return emails. Servers down, holidays, I called and went to straight to voice mail, no voice mail left, etc. you would have better luck buying from a liquidation site. Run quickly the other way

Desired outcome: I want to return the items and get my money back

OEM Experts No invoice, items that I did not order, charged my full credit for unknown items, poor support...

Two weeks back on october 19th, I received a call from OEM Experts about establishing an account with them. While I was on the phone Bobby, the sales rep asked me which kind of products I would be interested to purchase. While I was on that call with Bobby, he mentioned that I would be able to apply for a credit line with one of their partner companies. After I had gotten approved for a credit line with their company, I get a call from Bobby to approve the credit for use with their company. While I was on the phone speaking to Bobby, he told me that he will provide me with an invoice for all items that he will be sending out to me. A few days later I come home to see a few boxes that had been delivered to me from OEM Experts/ Cell Com Distribution. I go through the boxes and see that there are a whole bunch of items that I did not even order. Surprisingly as well, without any invoice included whatsoever.
So I went and called back Bobby to ask him what happened, and he tells me that he will email me the invoice as soon as he can get to it. After a few hours of waiting for an invoice, with no email received from OEM. I call back the sales rep again, and he tells me that he was away from his desk for a very most of the day, but he will send out an invoice to me by tomorrow. Comes tomorrow and still, no invoice received from them. The next time I try calling them back about the invoice, and they don't answer the phone. Since last week I have been calling this company fruitlessly for an invoice as well as to return some of the merchandise that I did not even order, but all I get to is their voicemail machine.

All I would like, is to talk to someone about the merchandise that I rightfully paid for, even without my full knowledge, and the very least that I can expect, is an invoice and someone to talk to about the kinds of items I had received from them and possibly exchanging them.

So today Bobby has actually called me back on the phone and he managed to work out a great solution for both of us. All in all I would like to take back what I wrote earlier in the review, and say that Bobby from OEM is a great guy to do business with and will always be willing to go that extra mile for his customers. He provides fast shipping for your products as well as great customer support! All in all I would highly recommend OEM Experts to to others for your wholesale purchases.

I am writing back here to say that Bobby provided me with great support for the items that I have just recently purchased from his company. He also has sent over to me the original invoice, for all items that his company shipped to me. Bobby also said that he would be willing to work with me on items purchased if I have trouble selling them to others!

OEM Experts Lies from the beginning

Bobby is a salesman. That's about all this company is. Bobby will feed you lie after lie telling you that he has to check with the big boss. ([censored]) He will tell you that you have to spend more money to be sure that the bosses will approve your order ([censored]). He will ask you what "type" of products you want to sell so he can customize your order. ([censored])

Truth is... Bobby owns OEM. There are no BOSSES! He Is a liar! He will send you whatever fits his business needs!

Don't waste your time or money with this guy!

I know good suppliers are hard to find! This is not one!

OEM Experts Electronic accessories

I placed an order with OEM Experts after watching several unboxing videos and liking what I saw. These videos were not congruent with my experience with this company or with other reviews listed here. I spoke with Bobby when placing my order and in my follow up calls with them and I am extremely unhappy with the experience. In my order I asked for a variety of items as I am a retailer and wanted a variety of things to sell in my store, I got a total of 4 different types of items in large quantities not what I asked for at all. Next with the products I did receive there was no value to speak of. The items were new but it seems that they scraped the warehouse floor and sent me all the stuff no one else wanted.in researching pricing I could not sell all of these items and even make my money back. I contacted Bobby again with these concerns and instead of correcting the situation he belittled my knowledge of the platforms I sell on regularly and insisted there was value in what was sent. He offered to send me listings that showed these items were selling for more and a manifest for the items and I have received neither. At this point I am angry and will not do business with OEM Experts again as this experience has been a complete disappointment.

OEM Experts Not the products I ordered, no invoice, not able to contact...

I called Bobby, who seems to control everything there. I was interested in cell phone accessories, chargers, adapters, cases, etc... etc... I think I revealed too much about myself, including that this is my first time ordering a pallet of items. He talked very little about the electronics and was talking about how I would finance this and then introduced "women in business handbags," and "athletic wear." I didn't know what he was talking about. He said he would first have me apply for a credit type loan, but it's not a credit card. The company was called "FundBox" and I trusted him... I thought it may work as I had time to repay the purchase I'd make from Bobby. Well, first he had taken the money... $3500.00 and then we talked product. Hmmm, very unusual and again I am new and thought this is how it all works! Well, it doesn't work this way! We went back to talk about product, and Bobby kept talking about the purses and athletic items; I did tell him "okay, I'll take 5-6 pieces/handbags and a few pieces of athletic wear, the bulk of the pallet should be electronics. Bobby talks over and above and around you. So, he said he would even make sure to go to the warehouse and tell the guys who pack the products, to have the majority of the pallet, electronics. After we finished our conversation, I asked for an invoice and he said he'd email me one. I asked how much each item would cost and how many items I would receive. I asked about shipping and nothing. So, I waited for an invoice; no invoice. I emailed him and he told me not to worry. I couldn't reach him for two days and was very upset. I finally received the pallet via freight liner. No invoice there. I finally unpacked all of the boxes, only to find Handbags, upon handbags, volley balls, basket balls, soccer balls, ipad mini cases, dog food containers, and iPhone 6 cases! I was appalled! I reached out to him and I just could not talk to him, as he seems to talk over me. He said"I said I would send you and assorted pallet."Yeah, I wanted an assorted electronics pallet and that's not what I received. I packed the products back as that is not what I asked for. I called him back and asked to return everything! Needless to say, I knew he'd say"we don't normally do that."What a Scam! I tried to talk to him and then gave in, to keeping the phone cases only. He said he'd have to check with his"higher ups"and get back to me. When he called me back, he said I will keep the iPhone 6 cases, pay for shipping from OEM and pay for shipping to OEM. Also, I have to repack all of the boxes on top of the crate. He added"there may be extra charges and you would be responsible for that, as well."I can't stand how this was so-called settled (not in my favor) but, I will make sure that I am heard. I have lost so much money in this crazy deal, so much time and frustration! I had a chance to check Bobby Hen out on LinkedIN and saw his post where he clearly states"we sell electronics only, however, this was a fluke (meaning the athletic wear and purses) and could be profitable to someone."So, I figured that I got stuck with his"fluke"stock and no electronics! I will be reporting him to the BBB. I did reach out to SaleHoo, where I heard of OEM and they will take him out of their directory. This guy is all"BS." I think he had taken advantage of me because I am a female, single mom and new to online selling. I have been selling since 2013, but that's besides the point. This is not how you conduct business! Oh he had an invoice drawn up on the day I called him to complain. Just scammy! One more thing, Bobby records every conversation, without telling you ahead of time. Illegal!

In my case, OEM Experts did go over and above to make things work for me. Bobby was in charge and he made sure that the matter at hand was taken care of. I look forward to working with OEM Experts in a more pleasant capacity. Thank you for making this work for me.

I talked to Bobby of OEM Experts and though I was furious, Bobby went above and beyond, to take full ownership of the items purchased. They were returned today, thanks to Bobby. We will be doing business again, as this was a huge glitch/breakdown in communication, between us. I look forward to placing my next order with OEM Experts and I am certain I will receive the products which I am looking for. We are only human and now I feel bad, as I used this platform to vent.

OEM Experts Poor support

I used www.oemexperts.com company for quite a long time and actually never had any issues with them until now. I had a small issue and wanted to get some help and maybe advice from them, but for some reason I was not able to reach them. I went to their website and found their phone number which was absolutely useless, then I sent them a message via email and they never bothered to reply. Their online contact form is also useless. How can I contact OEMExperts? It's really important!

Sorry to heard about your experience with OEM customer service. We have an outstanding customer service experience not as a client but as a prospect. Bobby answered all of our questions about the entire operation process.
We are human and therefore things happens to all. Although I do understand you position sometimes ( especially if we have been doing business with the supplier for a while without flaws) we have to think about posting a non positive review. A non positive review will be my last resource after expanding all my possibilities to my issue resolution.
Hope all is well now and OEM were able to resolved the issue to your satisfaction.

OEM Experts They did not provide info and orders as well

The company www.oemexperts.com is real scam, so don’t order from them. I placed order and provided my card info, but these jerks only charged me within couple of minutes. After that they didn’t provide any info, no communication with me and no idea what measures to take now. This company is total rip off, so beware. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I have been a customer at this company for many years.. I refer my friends who are in the wireless business and never did I ever have a problem with them. they carry a wide range of oem accessories from well known manufacturers I also find them to be thorough in the purchasing process and straight forward.

I DO RECOMENT THEM for any one looking for a deal on products and supplies to sell in the wholesale electronics industry.

THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT but actually a reply to the last comment which was a complaint.. which in all honesty sounds like its a competitor trying to bad mouth its competition.. not cool
