I has the misfortune to encounter the salespersons of this company (I don't know exactly which is the name - they sell Obey my body, Adore). I was traveling in the airport of Vienna when I was approached by a very nice woman offering me this products. I ended up believing all her lies... she said that the products were Swiss and that the company had been in the market for decades, that they were very expensive and they were giving a big discount (all lies). Long story short, suddenly I had around me three salespersons talking non stop all over me, very pushy. I ended up buying some overpriced/bad products, but that was not the worst... I gave my card to one of them and he said that my card was declined and refused to give me the voucher. He said that the machine wasn't working. When I called my credit card company as soon as I landed in my destination, I found out that he made a change of around 2000 euros! I obviously complained to my credit card company which came back to me with a voucher that "proved my purchase" with an obviously falsified signature. The credit card company didn't have my back on this and I had to pay to this scammers. I had been naive and should have insisted more to get the voucher but believe me, once they scammed you, like typical thieves, the will become super rude and aggressive and when you have to catch an important flight there's no time to fight with 5 rude people yelling and you and pretending they don't understand what are you talking about. They are typically in airports so of course it's not easy sometimes to get back there and complain. They also rotate their staff quite often. The are very good at tricking people. By the way I saw a shop of Obey my body in Vienna. I wanted to go there to complain, but I couldn't because it is always closed, it looks very dirty and in bad conditions. How is it possible that they sell creams for 600 euros! Come on! Those are not luxury products. As soon as I could I made a research and found out that I had been scammed. I don't understand how are they allowed to sell their products in airports. Somehow I believe that they were telling the truth considering that in that airport there are a lot of luxury reliable brands. Be careful!
On 25/5/22 at Vienna airport I was tricked by an “Italian” sales man to buy Bonage Prestige Flash Lift Crème after testing the product - Although he was pushy I was convinced to buy at a great discount having already been presented quickly on his phone browser the normal price of the above product.
To my surprise I found out that the product container was completely empty - it was given to me in sealed condition and in a company bag - I was in a big rush (as usual in Airports) and didn’t think of opening the plastic wrap and test the tube.
So be careful of this specific spot i a Jenna airport - don’t remeber the name of the shop but all similar stories point out that it is the same spot. Any idea on how I can get to them?
I really had a totally opposite experience with a BonAge sales team and I can claim their products are really good...
The seller (Italian, very charming, and very, very skillful person) presented the products from the UK, BonAge, which seems to be a very quality cosmetic. I purchased Prestige Flash Lift creme and I've got gratis BonAge Classic collagen repair night creme.
I'm a really satisfied customer.

Istina je da nista nisam znala o BonAge kozmetici dok nisam naisla na prodavca koji je uspio da mi skrene I zadrzi paznju. Preztige Flash Lift creme zaista ima instant efekat, a mjesec dana od koriscenja nocne colagen kreme, koza ima svjezinu i sjaj zbog cega cu sigurno kupiti i dnevnu kremu.
They told us the same on the 17th of August 2020 that they are a Swiss company and kept trying to convince us to buy a product called flash lift crème For under eye that caused us side effects got me and my husband like dizziness trembling hands, heart palpitations, low blood pressure and heavy head almost fainting We tried to return it right after experiencing these side effects but they convinced us that the product is perfect and that maybe we are tired or dehydrated and asked us to try it next week another time under the eye so my husband tried it again and had the same reaction it’s very dangerous to sell these products that we think that they may not have been tested I’m surprised Vienna airport allows these shops what a shame and not expected from a supposedly credible airport

They are still at Vienna airport and I just got scammed too. 500€ for an eye massaging thingy which can be found on the internet for less than 50€. The guy told me it was guaranteed for life but when opening it I read that the guarantee only lasted for one year. They are so so pushy, making very big discounts just for you bla bla bla and their products are definitely very bad. I will file a complaint with Vienna airport (why do they still let them operate?!?!)
They are definitely a scam. They still exist as Bonage at Vienna airport. They claim the brand is Swiss, which is wrong. Don’t even approach as it is overrated simple products, certainly not good quality.

They are still in Vienna Airport! They are just lieing and saying [censored]. Luckily I didn't buy anything! Serum for 600 euro? Then he showed that online it is 1200 and then tried to make a deal that he will sell it for 300 euro if I advertise it! I googled and eye serum from bonage cost 289. Shame for the company that there products are being sold in such a way!

I had a similar experience with employees associated with Gold Elements, a sister store to Obey Your Body. You need to file a complaint against this store so that all of us who were wronged by such experiences can band together and try to stop these companies from continuing to defraud consumers.
