Oberon Media UK / took money no product

I bought a Delux to go game with my credit card threw the UK club pogo website, Oberon charged me for the game and promised to email out an activation key, which they failed to do. They have charged me for a product i havent receieved. I have checked my spam folders nothing. I have now emailed them a total of 4 times about this issue and have even sent them a screen shot of my credit card statement as proof of purchase and still nothing, not a word from them. I have looked for there UK base phone number amd cannot find it anywhere. I have also contacted EA Games about this and they cannot do anything. Does anyone have any idea where i can go next with this, I know it wasnt a huge amount of money but that isnt the point really, they have taken money and havent given me my product.
