Well I got an email, but I got it from POGO, not Oberon-Media (which was listed on the confirmation email at point of sale). They said:
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the registration key(s) for your recently purchased game(s). However, please note that the registration key listed in your confirmation email, also listed below for your convenience, is the correct one.
Game: Ice Cream Craze Tycoon Takeover
Also, please be advised that if you have been charged multiple times for the same game, a refund has already been completed and you should see it reflected on your next bank statement.
So it sounds like if you purchased from Pogo they are doing something about it. Althought, I NEVER did get the email with the confirmation Registration Key in the first place! Oh well, I will not have a chance to try this out until I get home from work and the kiddos go to bed!!! I hope it works.
BTW - I really like this board and will continue to use it!!! The people on here are really helpful
