O2 Sports - Nassau Hottubs / cheated

1 chino californiaAtchison, KS, United States Review updated:

we bought hottub on ebay from them. paid 245.00 to upgrade the color of tub and the color of wood skirting. they didnt upgrade color. I made NUMEROUS phone calls to them about refunding our money for upgrade. always told it will be sent in a couple weeks. never recieved refund. also was supposed to send us a new cover to replace the wripped one they sent us. stereo didnt work & never received the steps. now hot tub doesnt work, we need warranty work done on it & they apparently arent in business now. we cant find parts for it to fix it. we have contacted every spa & pool place with in several hours of us for parts with no luck. spent $3950.00 and have a worthless hottub.

happened to us even worse story than yours From SDak we happened to be out there and stopped by there stor in chino, CA a shady set up. they promised to send spa that worked never happened, for 3 mos and called andthey said lost our order then sent the wrong hottub, but told us it was an upgraded one, never worked leaked etc... luckily our WElls Fargo Card had protection and they had to repay it or it would be up against a big corp, it took 9 mos of headaches, they are DISHONEST CROOKS. It also makes ebay look bad and hrd to buy again.

i too bought this hot tub. have had it up and running since last fall, after waiting 3 months for O2 sports to fix the leaks and then not receiving any returned phone calls decided to CORK the leaky jets! Now, 8 months later, the heater has gone bad. unfortunately, this heater is IMPOSSIBLE to find replacement parts for. Standard US element is 10 inches, cheap crap chinese junk tub has a 5.5" element. NO WONDER MY HEATING BILLS WENT UP $150 A MONTH!!! I found the website of the "manufacturer" in China. I'd like to give them a piece of my mind!
