O2, DSL connectiondsl connection

Please do not go for this connection until u are good for loosing money. No proper customer service for anything. I sent the reouter & other devices back to the company for disconnection along with the deregistration document. After 4 months they are still deducting the rent. Now they say I need to send the router separately & other documents separately. Now after doing it, they say that they have not received the letter from anything from me.
Better go for a costly connection thatn going for this cheap company.
