When will my watch be dispatched? I'm so tired of an endless waiting. I ordered my watch in September. And it's still not shipped for no reason at all.
I don't understand why because the item was and is it stock. As a normal person I contacted customer service to find it out, but didn't hear anything clear but "you just have to wait, we can't do anything about this situation".
I had no doubts you can't because you don't stand behind your service and products.
Terrible company!
I've ordered a watch from www.nywatchstore.com over a month ago and there's still no sign of my order! I have no idea was it even shipped or not, after they got the money they just stopped replying and no matter how hard I've tried I was not able to reach these guys. This whole things seems like a scam to me, and after I read all the reviews online I'm 100% sure these people are thieves!
I want to cancel my order and get a full refund but it seems impossible!

"Awful awful awful, what more can i say. They DEFRAUDED me. Took my money then returned LESS (they waited until the exchage rate went in their favour). They then claimed my account looked suspicious and I am out money and no watch and they refused to send me the watch. A Disgrace of a service they stopped answering my emails and i will NOT be using them again. Honestly stay clear, if you value your money! It is quite the SCAM they have going, to make money for free! They take your money when the exchange rate is looking good for them, then when it looks bad for you they return it, thus making money! Full money back guarantee? I didnt get that?
I'm almost wondering if this site is fraudulent. Worst service, attitude to questions. The Manager actually said "I don't want to do business with you" and hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS store. www.nywatch.com One of the worst if not the worst online experience I have encountered.

This is an unreliable, unserious company
This is an unreliable, unserious company. I have ordered a citizen watch from them, what does not arrived. After three weeks i contacted them, they told me I can expect the package, should be problem from the site of post office. After many callings and negotiation, i had wait 45 days from the shipping day..and have to claim my money back from the insurance company. At the end I got my money back...it takes about 2 months...while I received my money back. By the way same happened to my friend!(but once she received from them a watch wath she ordered..so 50pc chance, or less). I can not recommend this company to anybody! Dont risk your money! and not talk about the money(because i received back it)..dont waste your time! Do not order from this company!

I bought a G-shock and it came in two days so I think you should get your facts straight.
I have serious doubt about the authenticity of the watch
I have not verified the merchant reputation before purchasing, The site state "Brand new, Authentic, never worn watches". Yeah right. Like other reviewers, the watch I received did not come with its warranty card nor user manual. I have serious doubt about the authenticity of the watch. I would never buy from this merchand again and neither should other person.
NYWatchstore.com is a website run by criminals. I ordered a watch, they charged my credit card but they made the following additional requirement before shipping the item:
' Can you please email and/or fax us a copy of the front and back of your drivers license and the credit card used for payment before we can accept this payment with a sign letter that you authorize us Top One Inetrnational Corp to ship this package'
Responding to this request would be like giving them a license to plunder my credit card.
