NYS National Youth Sports Nevada Adam Slaza review: the football coach 1

I feel ripped off by Adam Slaza head football coach of the NYS National Youth Sports of Nevada.

Let me tell you about Adam Slaza of Las Vegas head NYS coach. I had my kids enrolled in NYS football
as a family activity. After going to practice and a few games I started talking with the other parents on
the field and what I learned was absolutely inappropriate and completely in violation with the NYS policy
and the football community in my opinion. I paid a feee for my son to play on his team and tried at first to
deal with the treatment he gave the kids on the field. Adam Slaza of Las Vegas head coach of NYS National Youth
Sports of Nevada would walk around looking very irritated and become angry and short with the kids. I figured
he is just a hardcore coach but it got worst and worst to the point I was abou tto remove my kid from the ACES
football team but I did not. It was only a month later when I decided to pull my child over inappropriate
activity and things I learned on the field. After talking with the parents I found a few things out. So I decided
confront him man to man one day at a practice. I arrived early and sent my son over with the team mom and the other kids.

I seen him sitting in his jacked up black truck with the Nevada license plate that reads his last name "Slaza".
When I approached the truck him and Jason Stemme of NYS were arguing about a debt that Jason Stemme owed him. As I got closer
I could smell the strong odor of Marijuana. Now currently Marijuanna is legal in Nevada but back then it wasn't. Also he had his
truck parked on the field. His girlfriend is an employee at Clark County School District and she has a master key that allows her to
open any gate at the school district. And she is keen to his drug use on school grounds. This alone is ilegal to use any controlled
substance on school grounds. So when I got closer I decided to pretend the weed smoke did not bother me and see how far this guy
was willing to go. It didnt take more then 5 minutes before he solicited me to purchase Marijuanna from him. He told me that half of
the parents smokd weed and he had the best quality for sale that he gets from California. He even offered to front me on credit.

So playing along just gathering information because I was going to file a complaint with NYS and the school district on him I asked
him to show me what he had. He then opened the driver side back door of his truck and lifted up the back seat. At my surprise he
opened a secret compartment and inside he had an MNM Candy canaster that he pulled out that was filled with small baggies of
a green leafy substance. The balls on this guy to suppose to hold a position of integrity in the youth sports community and to find
out he was a drug dealer was shocking! I also noticed a long bladed knife that looked like a machete. I started to think what an idiot!
This guy doesn't even know me accept for football activities and he is so confident as a drug dealer and the coach of the ACES football
team that he was trying to build his clientele! I asked him what he uses that knife for? "To chop down Marijuanna trees" He chuckled and
then told me "You should see my master bedroom closet! I recently built a closet that has a secret door! Gotta be safe in this business!"

This blew me away that this idiot was high on drugs on school grounds and dumping all of his criminal activities in the open like nothing!
So I decided to act like a bud and just smiled. I then went ahead online and did a little checking on Adam Slaza and his background through an online background
check that cost me $1.00! I also looked up NYS National Youth Sports coach policy as well.

What I found was out of this world! Mr. Adam Slaza the head coach of NYS football team in Las Vegas the Aces is a convicted Felon out of the state of
California. His charges are VERY serious. Assult with a deadly weapon! According to San Bernadino Superior Court with case # FWV029168

How can a person who is a convicted felon conceal a weapon like a long bladed knife in a secret compartment of his truck on school grounds?
He is not even allowed to carry a weapon as a convicted felon let alone have drugs on school grounds where children play and go to school!
So I went to the head team mom her name is Courtney Stemme and spoke to her about filing a formal complaint. I found out that you can't be a coach
in NYS if you were imprisoned and a convicted felon! Adam Slaza of Las Vegas Nevada apparentgly has tried to seal this felony coinviction from
the staff at NYS. But what is worse is I spoke to to a few parents and that day when he was arguing with Jason Stemme Courtney the team moms wife
it was over a $1, 000.00 drug debt. This all made sense. So now afgter fining out that Jason Stemme  Courtney Stemme and Adam Slaza of the NYS Aces Football team are
all prtt much in this Marijuanna dealing ring I decided not to file the formal complaint with Courtney and go straight to NYS and the school
campus police. I called the school police and gave them the tip of this drug dealing [censored]bag and all the information I have on him. I hope he gets busted
you are allowed to posses a certain ammount of marijuanna in Las Vegas now because it is legal however it is very ilegal to have it on school grounds
devided up in little baggies for sale. It is also unethical and immoral to run a drug b usiness and use the parents of a child activity like football
to profit from in my opinion. I mean what if he drops his drugs on the field and some kid picks it up and smokes it?

I played along and told him I would think about it and decided not to confront him about the abuse he had shown towards the kids on the field of the

Also another thing that pisses me off is he has a team mom named Tiffinay. I dont know her husbands name I have never met him. I recently found out that head coach Adam and Team mom Tiffinay
were in a adulterous relationship behind Johns back. This really was the breaking point. How can a married couple enroll there kids
into the NYS football league as a family activity and this dude hits on a married woman? Apparently Adam and Tiffinay's relationship and actions on
the field got so out in the open and bad that her husband left her. They are in the middle of the divorce now. The night he left her in California coach
Adam Slaza the drug dealer came to the rescue and let her sleep in his trailer and made the kids sleep outside in random tents. Not sure if there were problems in
the marriage between team mom tiffinay of the Aces and her husband because we never talked but lots of gossip told the story. This guy is a egotistical and a home wrecker and
a drug dealer. I want familys to be aware of Adam Slaza and NYS National Youth Sports of Nevada! If you want the coaches having sexual relationships with your wife and selling drugs to
parents by a convicted felon them have at it! I wont and I will not have any part of this.

I decided to go even further. No Adam Slaza I do not need a front of your marijuanna I am very well off financially! I decided to hire a PI to follow this guy around to see how big his drug business was.
I was going to toss this lead to DEA or Metro drug enforcement evben though I alerted the school police about his drug selling and use on campus of the clark county school district of the J. Harold Brinley Middle School in
Las Vegas, Nevada because that is where these drug deals and drug smoking is going on. It is happening on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 5:30 pm and 8:00 before practice. Adam
says marijuanna enhances his coaching skills! What an idiot!

I found he is employed with Eco Lab and drives around a company truck under a subsiduary called Pure Force, The PI told me that when approched the company truck he could smell Marijuanna
also. This guy is a chronic drug user who evades the law by hiding his stash in his stash box and also he is using NYS of Nevada as a cart and horse to have sex with parents who have his kids in football and
and profit from ilegal drug sales. Based on his background check here is the information I found. His telephone number where he does his drug deals [protected] and his home address where he hides all of his stash
