She always makes me wants to avoid that-store treats. customers unwelcome. I always drive the extra 6 miles to Oxford Valley and Philadelphia Mills, where the staff is more welcoming and doesn't speak condescending to its customers. She needs coaching.
I know of 3 other customers who avoids shopping at that location because of her attitude. Every time I make a purchase, I walk away not feeling good about the experience.
