Nycha East River Houses review: transfer and harassment

Hello I live in east river houses and I'm in a disability apartment witch no one on my lease fits the disability I had move into the apartment do to a Domestic violence situation I went to the police they said go to the shelter with my kids so I went to the shelter I was place in east river houses it was I never even pick this development supposed to be temporarily but once I signed the lease and tried to put in a transfer a few months later nycha begins to give me a hard time with any transfers I put in they were not put them in the system they will just leave my paperwork sitting to the side I will going to the office they will say they can't find my folder and for me to come back tomorrow I would come tomorrow and the person I'm suppose to speak to would be no where to be found and it's nobody there to Assist me I will go into the Manhattan Borough office and they will tell me how dont Deal with my development and for me to call a [protected] number and no assistance there I'm in a elderly Tia Nycha is forcing me to stay here I'm in a apartment with a stroll lighting system from one room into the next room into the little hallway I went to 250 broadway they would they'll the security guard don't let me upstairs so I can talk to a higher up they falsely arrested me and made up a whole lie on why they did it witch had nothing to do with me I never wanted to live in nycha but for some reason nycha wanted me I have four kids two 20yr old and two 6yr old and they still
