Housing came to my apt. and removed my sink and lower cabinets on a Friday afternoon. I didn't get my sink back until Monday afternoon, now I have a leak underneath the sink, that Housing won't look at until February 2014, and this is Nov. 2013. so what is it, can i use my kitchen sink and put a bowl underneath to catch the water from the pipe that has the leakage. My name is naikya hicks. I have been approved for 4 bedroom from nycha. This was since last year 2012. I have become homeless since december 2012, I have 4 children and a mate. Both me and my mate suffer with serious illnesses, my oldest son is a type 1 diabetic, and my youngest son suffers with seizures. I have informed tne nycha about all illnesses and my current living situation. They told me that their sorry but its nothing they can do I will have to wait for the listing whenever it us generated. I tried to go to the shelter but they where nasty and my kids were very unhappy and uncomfortable. I call everyday and get the same response. This is ridiculous I have housing and can't get it because of lack of work not being done creating a back log. I am homeless having to go fromm pillar to pillar stay with people. I hope you can really help it would be greatly appreciated.

I write this letter with respect to continuous uninhabitable living conditions embedded in no heat every night between 11 pm and 6 am and while the temperature is 13 degrees such as tonight. Please see the below.

I am elderly and I feel it is insanity to not have heat every night in the cold winter. I have made several complaints to nycha and to 311 and still this safety no heat hazard continues. I have been made sick behind this no heat in the night management and I expect to have heat in the night time. I do not expect this no heat in the night time health hazard to continue because this is being used to induce sicknesses that are preventable.

Please order heat in the night time including heat in the kitchen. Please note in the day time when I get a little heat in the living room and bedroom there is no heat in the kitchen at all. I want heat in in the day and night in all radiated rooms particularly in the freezing cold winter.

Pomonok housing is ridiculous. I lived here for over 25 years and never have I experienced parking issues this ridiculous. Every night there are at least over 10 cars who park on the premises that do not have parking permits which causes a problem for the ones who does. I have 2 cars registered for parking permits where I pay every month to park there. I have been working grave shifts for many years and by the time I come home to look for parking; I can never find one because of all the ones who park there that does not belong in there.In addition, sometimes I end up parking on the employee’s side where the sign says mon-fri 8am-5pm employees only. So sometimes when I have no choice but to leave my car on the employee side I wake up for work late afternoons and my car gets blocked in by employee’s car. When I complained to management of pomonok housing, their response is & ldquo;it’s not my problem; residents cannot park there during those hours. & rdquo; when I explained my story and how they fail to do anything about it and never looked into the situation. Authorities desperately needs to take care of this situation immediately because for residents who pay for parking their spots are being occupied for ones who do not belong in there. Never have I seen any police or pomonok authorities check up on cars on a regular basis for years.

First of all most of the people that work on section 8 or nycha have a lot of attitude. They also make a lot of mistakes, there was a time that I have to fill out some paper and they print it out on somebody else name. I'm requesting a transfer and I did everything the way they toll me to do it, so everything will comes out without any problem. The lease release they gave me was from april so now that I find out that why they don't write me about my transfer I decided to go nycha and they told me the landlord has to sing another lease release for this recent month but my question is why they print out a paper with a old date on it now the landlord say he is not signing another one because the one that he sings still good.

The residents from next door who moved in a few months after me, are making my life miserable with this extreme loud stereo in the bedroom next door, which is basically the wall from my little studio across. This noise travels thru thew floors, walls, and the floors. I already reported them to 311, the management which did talk to them and they continue. Can someone help me please?

I had my youngest son on nov 7, 2010 and requested him to be added on nov 27.2010. He did not get added to my household until October of 2011. It should of only taken a maximum of 14 to 16 weeks tops. On another matter, my income as of August of 2011 to nov has been 165 biweekly and my rent was 208. My unemployment ended in July of 2011. Also you guys have me reviving childsupport from two deadbeat dads, when. Christin Pizarro has not made a payment since march of 2011 and kriatan valses as of nov of 2011. So just to make matters easier I been on public assistance as of October of 2011, with my income only being 145 every two weeks. Which adds up $290.00 but then again NYCHA ANTS TO HAVE MY RENT $273.00 . What ever happened for rent being only 30 percent of a persons income. I BELIEVE I HAVE RETRO ARREARS TO BE PUT BACK OR IN MY CASE AND BASICALLY OWED. I filled numerous complaints with 311 and no feedback. I'm starting to think I have to get the court in this matter. Cause I have a family to feed and care for and if it wasn't for public assistance to help me out, I would of been evicted. It's almost a year that you guys have been overcharging my rent!

NYCHA has failed to repair a constant flooding problem in our apartment. It gets flooded every week. All belongings have
been damaged due to the excess of water coming from apartment 3C. This problem has been reported to the management
office many times, but nothing has been done to stop the tenant in apartment 3C from flooding our place. Last night we got
four inches of water and NYCHA has done nothing about.

I'm writing the city of ny with regards to my neighbors who reside in 4d who has individuals residing in her apt who are conducted illegal business in the building. She also sits dogs and I caught her coming to the 2 floor (my floor) with the dogs she sits on occasion . She's allowing the dogs to urinate on the A stair hall which is located beside my door. During the summer of 2011 4d allowed numerous individuals in my home who she was aware of the risk that it pose to me and my family. They did something to my eyes, my hair and vandalized my apartment. Damaged my computer, my head and footboard, Stealing bras and panties, curling irons, damaging me and my daughters furniture and throwing away my daughters clothing. They also pried open my safe and went into my personal documents.She also paid people teenagers and adult boys to go to places where I frequent stating that I was schizophrenia based on a term paper I had wrote for school when someone had mixed drugs into my drink which caused temporary psychosis. The only way she could have been aware of this experience was if she went through my suitcase where my course work was. Being that I suffered the onset of menopause for the past months I haven't been the same yet the girl along with her friends continue to taunt me using 3C as a way of insulting me.by the time I had recognized what went on in my home, I contacted the police who stated that it was too late to make a police report ( sergeant Davis and partner) then the same groups tampered with my vehicle placing water in my tank having their gang members follow me around in vehicles. I believe that they committed a crime against me on numerous occasions as I slept. One day I woke up with the left side of my jaw was saw. I had the taste of vagina on my lips And my right and left eye have not been the same. You see, my eyes seem to be growing circular hair as my eyes use to change colors and spots in my hair began to grow back after the locks were changed in my apartment. I have been totally disable since 2008 and the residence were well aware of this they went as far as telling a good friend that I was going crazy with schizophrenia and her and her mother(paid people to do things to my car and may have even went as far as accessing my private information on her moms Pc or from a pc located in this area or the Jamaica avenue area as these individuals reside and or are former residence of 40projects, hillside avenue, Pomonok houses and queens bridge projects. Currently I have put in for transfer because 4d has vandalized my house and defame my character. This girl has even stated to people including local law enforcement that she was my relative ( sister) she along with some of her friends stating hat they were my cousins. Her friends or family who reside in electchester are continuously keeping watch for police because they are involved in illegal activity. After I made complaints to numerous organizations the aboved mentioned along with other residence in the building have been deciding to sew NYCHA nosing full well that they have been long time perpetrators to the precincts in this area 197 and psa9. Theyve been stating that they would try to get residence signatures only to make the Housing authority liable for their behavior and the behavior of their children. I will also attempt to print this letter and mail it to the legal department as they may not be aware. For the safety of the children, elderly and disabled residence are left at risk because of the activities taking place in the building. Since I reported the incidence they been screaming that it's going to be murder so that I could hear it but I'm not afraid as I have made numerous complaints and if I need to go public I ask that you assist me in this mater. The police seem to have done what they could but have not made an arrest that I am aware. 4d allowed a guy that abused his daughter and who made threats against me into my apartment too. Which was dangerous as Malcolm hills so called daughter was left to my responsibility and he continued to be too agreesive with the child. Leaving the child with a person who suffered with a severe disability, hitting the toddler and having numerous females sleep in the bed with the child when I would leave her. Ericka Johnson was aware of this matter and allowed these individual's into my home. I thought that I knew her well enough to hold my key foe emergencies only for her to put me in a dangerous situation. What made me ask for my key back was because she wasn't acting the same towards me. She couldn't even look me in my face which is uncommon of her unless she was up to something or something was wrong only to find that she made additional copies of my keys.. Unaware an individual that I had met in the summer feared for his safety. I let him hold the key for emergency only as he had taken the wrap for someone only to find that he was in no danger during that time, I was told by Jamal absulRaheem not to even deal with her anymore as he became aware of her verbally defacing me. I also had manure placed down my pipes by someone who either resided or lived in the apartment. Then one day Ericka Johnson approaches me and mushed me in my face which led to me having to defend myself after the fight I went upstairs and Ericka had her friend place a paper with my personal information itch rough my vehicles windows . I explained to the police that it was a group against one as some of them have been in the area and know these residence as they've been here longer than I have and have not done much to find out anything. The residence that participated all of the sudden started behaving negatively towards me for no reason at all. When I would walk in my building they began running for no reason as I have. Not donre anything to them but because they are trying to cover their wrong doing, started behaving as if I was after them for no reason. When I would walk into the building they'd run to their floor and began laughing because ericka made them aware of what took place in my home. Shes been paying them as they became close after learning what happened in my home.. I would like the city to move me away from here as this girl has been causing problems with me and my associates and defiling me.

I moved to this development because of an emergency transfer in april of 2011. With the transfer came back rent that was owed. The development I came from was queensbridge north houses. The manager at that development wouldn't lower my rent according to what public assistance would pay because in her words "your moving anyways why should I lower it!" when I moved to the polo grounds they had a problem lower my rent due to the previous office not doing it them selves. Public assistance wont pay that back rent because they feel it should have been done about a year ago when queensbridge was asked to lower the rent and didnt. Ok now to the actuall problem. My kitchen sink has been clogged for 4 weeks. I have standing water that stinks like sewage. I have to go my relatives house on the weekends to get a good meal because if I cook at my house I have to wash my pots and dishes in my bathroom tub, the same place where my 3 yr old and 4 month old get bathed! They are telling me they can't get a plumber untill april 20th! I went to the management office and he took down my information, and instead of following up with me he preceded to ask me about the back rent. I have been getting the runaround. And my kitchen sink is in worst conditions than before! Not only is there stand water that stinks very very bad, but the pipes are leaking underneath. I have had to take out all my pots out and they are now scattered all over my table and stove. There is no where to sit and eat with my children! I paid the back rent with my income tax money, because I was tired of fighting this fight for the past year and figured instead of buying my children much needed clothes I might as well pay this and maybe they will fix my sink! Well I was wrong. The rent was paid and no one is working any faster!. Please help me! They have the worst attitude on top of not being helpful at all!

My name is tony bobet. I resided at 1710 seward avenue, bronx, new york city, 10473. I file another complaint that i getting evict from my apartment. But, i think or supposely that they can not get evict. I didn't went to the court last year. And, i getting evict. But, i have some proof that i can not get evict. The reason i owed back rent. But, i have some reason. Below of this page i have a good reason. Here some proof.

Its funny how nycha cant fix the repairs in tenants home but have money to have big functions in the community centers. When they name my development sonya sotomayor houses they went all out. They was cutting grass, planting trees, painting the parking lott for their big party they were having in the community center. There were so much maintenance workers really working their ### off the week before the party. They were even towing cars out the parking lot.. I mean the only time nycha cleans up is when an important person comes to visit. Nycha cleaned and repaired the outside of the building but what about the inside,. What about the tenants repairs. The housing assistant for my-building is-an wise ###! Every time you make a complaint to him he says " if I don't see I don't see it I cant report it". There was a big dead rat laying in my walkway last year and I called him to tell him and he says. I cant report it so I cant say its there! Unfortunately the news came out and put it on tv and this man stills have his job!. I was just in the office and he was telling his supervisor that he could not look back in a tenants record. He says he goes by the rules! What is the rules? Is the rules not to do your job? There is so much I can tell y'all but to much to write. But I will find someone who will listen and record it and play it for the world to see. I have pictures, videos and much more of the ###ery that's been going on!

My name is tena perez and i'm writing to complain about nycha application process. I've submited my housing application on may 2008, and again on feb 2011. I've been on the waiting list for 4 years. I've updated my application 3 times because my housing situation changed. When I first applied I had 1 child now I have 2 and one on the way plus i'm married now. They keep telling me my application is on file and I have not even received a interview. I feel as if i'm being bypassed. Im in need of assistance immediately. This is becoming unreal and I don't know where else to turn.
