NYC Traffic Enforcement Agency review: traffic enforcement agent - sayegh, p. command t-106 1

NYC Traffic Enforcement officer Sayegh P. Command T-106, Tax Reg# 367898, Device Id# AM4731, on 09/26/2018, 05:44PM at the intersection of 8th ave and west 39th street in Manhattan issued me unjustified, falsified ticket with pre made false comments on it for Obstructing Traffic at Intersection.
As light turned green with me being 3rd car we started moving and suddenly delivery truck stopped in front of the 1st car and was making turns to back up to driveway while light was still green. This traffic agent Sayegh P. sprinted towards 1st car from the corner where he was standing with other agents. During 1-2 minutes he issued about 4 tickets without a reason while light was still green. When he came to my car I mentioned that light is still green and what he was doing, he replied "There's no points for this ticket" and went to another car. While light started blinking yellow, everyone moved away in 6-7 seconds!
On the ticket under the section Complainants Comment he put pre made:
"At T/P/O Agent observed vehicle enter the intersection while vehicular was stopped on opposite side of intersection without sufficient unobstructed space on opposite side of intersection to accommodate vehicle. Vehicle operator displayed no indication of intent to make a turn, nor did vehicle make a turn. No emergency conditions necessitating entry into intersection were present."

It took him about 30 seconds to scan my registration on my windshield and place the ticket on it. That comment takes at least several minutes to write! Also, I think this intersection is a ticket trap and money maker for these fraudulent traffic agents.

This officer Sayegh P is a scumbag and low person, shame on NYC Traffic agency to employ such a fraudulent people!
