NY Life Insurance disrespectfull agent

ON TUESDAY April 26, 2011 I took my two boys to Roosevelt field mall to go to build a bear and have a fun day i frequent the mall at least once a week all the way from queens i live 5 blocks from queens center but i rather drive and go to your mall.
So i walked with my kids around the mall and im used to the harassing booths selling lotions and massagers i say no thank you and they say ok thank you but there was two gentlemen from Ny life insurance soliciting for insurances and funds i said no thank you i walked away they said college funds for the kids i said no i have that covered, i then am about 15 ft from them and they yell loud enough at me " WE KNOW YOU DONT HAVE IT COVERED" I immediately walked back to the agent and he began to change the story saying you dont have it with us i said how any college funds does a person need i told him to watch how he talks to people and i walked away i was furious i went back asked him for his card to complain he refused to give me a name or a card so i snapped a picture of him with my camera on my phone he grabbed my arm trying to stop me from taking a picture of him then my wife started to argue telling him not to touch me and he started to charge my wife .

These men shown above are extremely disrespectful and continue to belittle people while walking the mall in Long Island Roosevelt Field. I will file a complaint with the company I do not appreciate people harassing me and commenting disrespectful comments when I declined their offer. When I apporached them and requested they give me their name they to became hostel towards me and my husband. I did not have the opportunity to take a photo because my 2 year old son became upset. I'm outraged !
