Nuvajen Gold unauthorized charges to my acct.

Back in December 2016 or so I read this add online.A product called nuvajengold anti wrinkle cream was advertised to help reduce wrinkles around eyes and other areas on your face.so i took advantage of a free trial paying $4.99 shipping only.I was told if i liked the results and wanted future shipments they would ship monthly for $98.00 a mo.I would never spend that amount of money on any type of beauty products let alone the fact i cant afford to.Even after cancelling i still received the product twice.I have called and spoke with a man who barely spoke english and got nowhere with.If i wanted to continue with them why would i only receive to orders since last december instead of every month?This company is totally ripping people off and should me shut down.I would advise that know one does business with this company.

Nuvajen Gold nuvajen gold syrum

Complete rip off and company can not stand behind product. They out source to a company they call customer service, but no one has the authority to truly assist you and they can not receive emails or pass you along to a supervisor. How have they stayed in business and manage to continue taking people's money without them knowing it until it is too late.
Please post this so others do not lose their hard earned money too.

Ordered product which advertised as free sample for $4.99 shipping only then they charged my debit card for $98.99 and another one for $78. FOR 4 MONHTS. For a total of $680. I never authorized this. This is very deceptive advertising. They must be stopped! There was nothing on ordering page which even alluded to the fact that a another charge would be applied. The ad stressed over and over how cheap it was to just try the product.

Nuvajen Gold Unethical company

Well, I along with many others received a trial of the Nuvajen Gold Serum for $4.99, after which I was promptly charged around $98 for the product. I went to their website (nuvajengoldserum.com) to find a phone number so that I could CANCEL any further shipments, but there is NO contact phone number on their website, only a place where you can enter your address and email to receive yet another "trial offer." The only way I was able to contact them was when I received the NEXT shipment of the product, and found a phone number on the packing list enclosed in the box. I called, and after many requests to talk to this young lady's supervisor, and after her reminding me over and over that "you agreed to this when you signed up and there are no refunds available"... I said I would just wait until the supervisor was available. Over the course of her putting me on hold to "see what she could do, " the representative offered a 35% refund, then later a 75% refund, then finally a 100% refund after I insisted to talk to the supervisor (who was so busy that she said I would be on Hold for maybe 20 minutes). I agreed to the 100% refund and the cancellation of my "membership" with the agreement that I would take no further action.

Nuvajen Gold Won't cancel. Keeps charging me 98.00 each time

I agreed to trial term. And accepted 2nd shipment. After that I wanted to cancel. I've called numerous times and can't get In touch with anyone ever. I've Sent dozens of emails. Get messages that it is confirmed I am cancelled. Then I get charged again and another package comes. I can not afford this. Calling my bank tomorrow to stop all future payments of this I suppose. I need this resolved asap.

Nuvajen Gold Advanced anti-aging serum

I agreed to try the trial for around $5 after reading all I could to make sure there were no hidden fees or monthly charges. Boy is this a huge scam. Company took $400 from me and will not refund me or accept returns of unopened ups box with product inside. The only way they stopped charging me monthly was because they drained my account!
Warning! Warning! Warn your friends and loved ones before they too lose money they can't afford to also!
I am disabled and unable to work so $400 is a lot to lose for someone like me.

Do not give up! Keep calling them to get a refund or at least a partial refund! There are several numbers to call - many lead to the same answering machine but here are some I've gotten through to: [protected] and [protected] Log a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. We cannot allow them to get away with this. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one re-issued to avoid them charging me further. Nuvajenskin was kind enough to cancel my account & credited me the full amount -- the other company Bella Cream or VayaBright Skin - they go by many different names - they are giving me a really hard time about the credit. I am not going to give up. I plan to be a huge pain about this until I get my refund.

Nuvajen Gold Nuvajen gold

5 months ago I asked for the free sample of Nuvajen Gold. I have subsequently received another package each month thereafter. I tried to cancel this product to no avail. I have not opened any of the packages that have come unsolicited and intend to send them all back . Please cancel this continuous mailing and charges. What is so difficult about stopping this process. I will be contesting the charges on my credit card immediately. I don't understand how you can just keep sending this product when I did not ask for it. I only asked for a free sample to try. It seems that you have a lot of unhappy recipients of this product. They have also tried to stop the deliveries to no avail.

Nuvajen Gold Can not cancel

I have called numerous times and get put on hold after being made to wait
long periods of time. Some calls are even dropped.
Because of the failure for communication I have been sent more product I don't want and am being charged for them. I have called to cancel many times to no avail. I am requesting a refund of $400 for four items that I will return and an immediate cancellation of products. .

Nuvajen Gold Ordered a trail of something for $5 au and have not received anything. But $131 plus has been taken out of my account??? I want my money back

$131 AU has been taken out of my account for a trial order and postage of $4.99. ? It was for a slimming product.
I Never got the product. I want my money back and will be asking bank to investigate and put a stop on this company accessing anything else of my hard earned cash. The Company has to be stopped immediatly.
theres no email address and others have not been able to contact the company for refund. I want a refund asap.
I dont have reciepts or anything only my bank statement.

Nuvajen Gold Nuvajen gold anti-aging serum

My mother ordered a free trial of the nuvajem gold anti-aging serum in august 2016 when she was visiting texas. She has since cancelled the free trial three times. She was debited 4 times $98.71 and transactions come from same company under three different names, 2 different states in the us. Granted they stopped the november transaction but they resumed and did another draft in december and one more this month. She is a 72 year old woman on a fixed income and embarrassed to tell me that she has was scammed. Today I barely found out what has been going on for the past 5 months and I had to call her bank to cancel her debit card to get the claim process going. I have called this company and I have been on hold with these people that ship from fountain valley ca for over an hour with no luck of talking to anyone live. I will follow up with an email to their support line to see if I can ship product back and get my mother her of almost $400.00 back.

Nuvajen Gold Unauthorized credit card charges for products I did not order nor did I receive

This situation has several issues that need to be addressed & rectified
I ordered a trial bottle of Nuvajen Gold and was charged $4.95 on 11/28/16. There was no invoice, receipt, or paper work of any kind in the box but there was a jar of another product( an eye cream)that I did not order. I thought it was some kind of bonus gift.I have yet to use the eye cream it remains unused- but I tried the Nuvajen and after a week I decided the it was not what I expected it made my skin itchy.I called and canceled further orders-within my trial period.I have never ever received any kind of invoice-, email, text, or paper or otherwise pertaining to this purchase. No further product came in Dec so I figured all was right and my subscription was canceled- but a couple days ago on 1/11/17 you shipped me another bottle and charged me $98.71.-for something I canceled and upon looking over my bank statements for Dec I realized you had also charged me yet another $98.71 on 12/12/16 after I had canceled and did not even receive any product in Dec.
To date I have been charged $202.37-that is $197.42 more than I authorized or I should have been charged&taken from my bank account.I tried calling your customer service # on 4 separate occasions over the last several days but could never get thru- waiting from over 15 min -to well over 45 min on hold before I gave up and had to hang up. I finally got thru yesterday morning( having to get up at 5 am my time to do it before I went into work.)I spoke with a girl named Kiana(? sp)I explained the situation asked for my account to be credited and where was I to send the unopened, non-ordered /unwanted product.Immediately she said I could not get a refund as I was passed me trial period. I again explained I HAD canceled but when I tried to discuss this with her she became dismissive -she was rude, combative, her tone was flat, bored and hostile.She kept cutting me off, interrupting me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor- she refused to do this then she tried offering me discounts-first 35% off to keep the product(I said I wanted a full refund I had canceled and did not order what I was charged for) then it was 50% off- I said no please let me speak with her supervisor still no compliance with my request- then 75% off at this point I had had enough of being treated and spoken to this way & told her I was late for work&I was done with this conversation I was not interested in any kind of discount I did not want the product I was not satisfied I finally got return information. She rattled off the confirmation # really quickly I asked her to slow down and repeat it she rattled it off again just as fast I had to asked a third time She rudely told me if I would just listen I could get it right. I had her repeat it back to me( before she tried to end our conversation)which she did in a condensing voice. I was not being difficult I tried to explain the situation, I asked for help and information-by the end of the conversation I will admit I was very frustrated and it was apparent. I wanted to just hang up call back and speak with someone who did not hate her job. She should not be doing customer service she was rude, short, argumentative and insulting and my interaction with her alone has made me want to tell everyone I know to never business with your company again. I need someone to Call me to discuss this as there are several other issues with this whole transaction that would be easier to discuss/describe verbally then type.Besides the fact that I am out $202.71& no product to show for it-the other company(for the eye cream I had no idea why it was even sent in first place and have only received the initial trial jar to date but have been charged for 3- [protected]@ $99.01 each )so there is another $202.97 I need an explanation to all of this my # is [protected]. I need to discuss this with the appropriate supervisor in your company.If I do not hear from you I will be pursuing all legal actions to resolve this matter but I hope that won't be necessary as I am sure you value your customers, stand behind your product, customer service and the integrety of your company.

Nuvajen Gold Customer service scam

My name is lon-yetta smith. On the ad that this company had on facebook, they went on and on about the "free" product that I could receive if I only paid a small fee for shipping and handling. So, after I paid the $4.95 for s&h, it was just like any other product. Nothing special. Well, I had put the charges on a card that I rarely ever check the balance on because I rarely ever use it. Imagine my surprise when I checked the balance right before christmas. There have been three charges, two for $99.01 and another one for $98.71. I am on a fixed income so I would've never agreed to such a thing. I finally was able to contact someone in customer service and they promised me that they would refund 75% of all three charges no later than the following week. That was on december 13, 2016. They even gave me a transaction #. They also gave me a cancelation # for the product but they have sent another shipment here. I canceled this. Now, they refuse to answer any calls. They are using several different names for the same company. I've already contacted the local newspaper and two of the local news agencies. They told me what I needed to do to take this further and you best bet that I am going to because they lied! They should've never messed with me!

I have resolved this with perseverance & alot of patience. They are irritating on the phone and are trained to do anything possible but issue the refund. Do not give up! Keep trying all their numbers. I had the best luck calling in the morning and be prepared to spend about 30-45 minutes on hold, and another possible 45 minutes arguing with them about the refund. One of my charges I did get a full-refund, and I think this was because I told them I've logged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do this too -- we need to warn other consumers of their evil business practices! I had to file an investigation with my bank & that is a whole pain too. You really need to be prepared to fight for your money. Most important -- make sure they cancel your account or you will receive an auto-shipment and another charge as some other people have complained about here! good luck! I received 75% refund from the 2nd product just the other day. I had to call 3x on that one and it finally did arrive.

My name is Robin Haggard. I ordered free trial packages of Nuvajen gold products in November I believe. I didn't want anything else from them.

Much to my complete surprise packages of their product starting coming. I sent them emails asking them to stop. I called Visa contesting the charges.

I called today and I'm waiting to hear from them. I want them to destroy my credit card information (which I thought already happened) and NEVER to send me anything again.

Their product isn't what they claim it is. But that really isn't the point. I didn't order anything else.

I called and canceled this product within the specified trial period for which I paid 4.99. Yesterday, I received another shipment. Called their cust serv at
[protected] and was told that I had requested an extended trial period. This is untrue. I called to cancel the product. Now they tell me I'll be getting charged the full price of about $ 98. Of course, I'll challenge this with my credit card company. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Nuvajen Gold Unauthorized credit card charges

My name is linda squires and i am writing to request a refund to my brinks credit card. on 12-3-16 an amount of $99.71 was taken out of my account after i had sent in an email to cancel the subscription. on that same day another amount of $2.99 was taken out for youth jenful woodland. I am sure that i sent the email in before the 30 days was up, but yet my card was charged. which at that time my card was frozen do to those reductions. i am asking for a refund credited back to my brinks prepaid credit card. i had sent back the unordered prouct which i just received on 12-7, today 12-9. i thank you for taking the time out to read my letter. thank you. linda squires

I was duped by the same scam. I have reported to my credit card company as well as the State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. I would recommend everyone who gets duped by this company to do the same thing.
