NutraSupport/Healthy Choice Labs / refund
I ordered a product online at a price I thought reasonable. Immediately after submitting the order the total changed to $129.00 which was not what I thought was correct. There was no option to "verify order info" before it went through. I immediately went to the e-mail address and asked for my order to be cancelled. I received no answer (I did receive one after the product had been delivered and subsequently sent back). The product was returned exactly as instructed and was told the refund would be sent within 7-10 days. It has now been since March 16 and 8 phone calls later and I have not yet received my refund. Each time I call I am told that they will pass along my complaint to the upper management and that they refund will take place within 7-10 days. Feels like a run around to me and still no refund. Scam or not?
