Nutralogistic Unfulfilled order

Original order date is 1/22/16 money taken from my account on 1/25/16. I never received the product Garcinia Cambogia. Mid February I received a battered and tattered package via USPS which contained the product Super Nitro... I have uploaded photos of the mailer and the invoice I received with the Super Nitro which states it was supposed to be Garcinia Cambogia. I asked for a refund on March 16, 2016 that never came. A female named Georgia answered the phone during one of my calls and stated I would have a refund and that never happened

Nutralogistic Garcinia Cambogia

I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia from this company in January they took money from account. I never received the product and there was never a call I placed answered. They got away with $89.95 + $4.95 of mine. I called on February 21st, then again on March 16th @ 11a.m. after receiving the product called Super Nitro... I have no idea what it even is. The representative said they would refund my money but they have not done so as of today! The customer number is 147340. Invoice number is 1179513 dated 1/21/16. Their address on this invoice is 10631 N Kendall Dr STE 1205, Miami Fl 33176. Phone number [protected]

Nutralogistic Raspberry Ketones & Power Garcinia

I called yesterday and FINALLY spoke with a person about how I was charged the $89.95 before my 30 days were even up. I was only supposed to pay the $4.95 S&H charge. So he did say they would take it off of my credit card (I will wait and see). AND then I received a package from NutraLogistic with Power Garcinia in it and there's a charge of $89.95 also. I NEVER ORDERED THIS PRODUCT! I asked representative about these products I received and I would like to send them back. I was told to keep them and my charges will be taken off of my credit card. Should I call my credit card company and complain if these charges are not taken off of my card? This is nuts! Thank you for your help.

Nutralogistic Garcinia

I also got taken in by the add from the Doctor's show. My credit card company called me immediately to verify the purchase, I then called the company"Nutralogistic" to make sure I wasn't getting charged for future shipments and I got the run around and was told I never placed an order. I called back my credit card company and explained what had happened and they placed it on fraud alert and I also canceled my credit card to be safe. It's been over 1 month since I originally placed the order and I just received a bottle of Raspberry Ketones from this company 2/22/16 that I never ordered. I called and spoke to a rude lady that didn't speak very good English, she told me I don't owe anything and that they already received the payment for shipping & handling. I explained I canceled my credit card and that wasn't possible. She was persistent on getting my credit card last 4 digits numbers, that I refused to give and finally hung up on her. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Nutralogistic garcinia cambogia supplements

I ordered your trial garcinia cam. and pure cleanse. on the 21st Nov 2014 you withdrew the £7.90 by the 25th Nov appearing on my statement as cambogia online cd. by the 11 dec 2014 you had withdrawn £ 89.95 from my account and then on the 17th dec 2014 you again withdrew £87.63. by this time I have not received my trial goods. you state 14 days from day of order yet no goods have arrived to sample and i am confused as to what costs £87.63 asthis cost is not stated in the terms and conditions like th e£ 89.95 is.

I understand that I am tied in by your terms and conditions for my £89.95 as I did not cancel in time (no goods, no tracking how am I to know if you have sent it). yet contacting you to cancel my account details and any orders may try to send me is like climbing mount everest in flip flops. But answer me this what is the £87.63 for? as I have no clue.

Nutralogistic Impossible to track them and return money

The company Nutralogistic offered me free delivery within 14 days, but they took money for the delivery after that. I noticed it only several days ago, but when I tried to contact them, all phones were switched off. I was furious and sent them tons of emails, but these jerks ignored me. Maybe someone has any idea how to track these ### and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

They sent me a bottle of this vitamin for trial, I received last week and this morning they charged me 89.95 without authorization, this a fraudulent company.

they send me one bottle of Power Garcinia $5.40 and other of Cleanse US $5.26...and i never order this product...so i dont want this product and i call them and they have a message that they dont are available...i read that they a fraud company...

Nutralogistic Fraud

The company Nutra Logistic delivered me two bottles of their production, but I never ordered from them. Also they charged me twice for $98 and when I called to their customer service, very rude and impolite lady spoke with me. She almost yelled at me and tried to persuade me that I dialled the wrong company. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and refuse to return them. Please post your comments about this company.

This is a bid scam. I placed my trial order for $4.95 on January 21, 2016 It's now February 16, 2016 and I have not recieved it yet. But on February 4, 2016 they took $89.95 out of my debit card. I immediately called and got a foreign man on the phone who said the charges would be reversed which they HAVNT and trying to reach them via phone but it's automated and all you hear is music I've tried 4 times and was on hold for an hour each time. This is a crazy scam and be shut down immediately. Dr Stork from the TV show The Doctors was on the advertisement. Such a disappointment. We need to get our money back which was fraudulently taken SOME BODY HELP US PLEASE

Let me know how you get on, I have received another email from them saying I am not getting my money back but they have cancelled my membership. I am really infuriated that they get to keep nearly £90 of my money!

I too have been scammed by these fraudsters. I only received the package today 17/06/15 after ordering it on 11/05/15. No confirmation email was sent alerting the T&Cs so no way of contacting these fraudsters. Bank details have been changed so I will need to get my bank to try to do a chargeback. I only entered an agreement for a free trial of 1 product but could not proceed without buying the 2nd product. For the 2 I thought £9.90 wasn't much to lose...or so I thought! Stern email sent to the customer services at Nutralogistic, demanding money refunded or being handed over to the UK and U.S. Fraud Offices. Facebook shouldn't be allowed to advertise fraudulent scams.

I have also had £4.95 x 2 taken from my account along with another £89.95, I have contacted my bank who cannot do anything about it so I emailed Nutrologistic asking for my money back and they sent me the reply below:

"You may not have read the Terms and Conditions so Let me explain how our site works: By placing your order today you will be shipped a 30 day supply of the product you ordered. Just pay S&H. If you feel it is not for you, cancel within 14 days from the day you order to avoid being charge for the full price which ranges from £79 to £90 (depending on the product) and get a subscription in the auto-shipment program, which sends you a fresh supply of the products every 30 days. The 1st charge is for the first month!
That can all be read in our contract.
And all clients have to agree with these terms to be able to make a purchase."

I have since emailed them back to say why would I cancel when I didn't receive the order until 1 month after I placed it so how could I try it? Am going to try and fight this all the way.

I am absolutely fuming, no small print no product, no phone number that works, no way to be able to cancel, this company is a scamming devious little outfit that prays on people.

On speaking to my bank, because i signed up for a free trial i am liable, that i get if i had a product, confirmation email, copy of the T&Cs then I could go oh yes, I did that wrong. I made the mistake

In this instance i have not made a mistake, what customer pays for a product that they have not received!

Well, almost £1.000 in, my sister has been fighting to recover the money taken WITHOUT AUTHORISATION from her account - so far they have refunded 6 of the 10 payments taken, but we are struggling to get the last four which amount to over £300... total scammers - I'm going to try and track down their CEO and complain directly to her/him - I've often found that if you bypass the grunts and send emails/letter straight to the top, you get a response. If anyone knows who their CEO is please share!

I have had exactly the same problem. The refunded me the two payments that they took in March but are refusing to refund a further two payments taken in April. I was sent a second package with £32 outstanding postage on it which I returned to sender. The lady was very rude and said that it was written in the terms and conditions. I have asked my credit card company to stop any further payments and they are going to attempt to make a claim against the company for the outstanding rerun but I am not hopeful
