Nutra Lane What a rip off

I ordered 1 bottle of the acai berry from an add on the internet. It claimed no charge just pay shipping. I did not read anything that said once you ordered there would be automatic monthly shipments in the amount of $79. I saw this charge on my credit card the following month so I called the company. I told them I had not ordered a second bottle and the charge had been made 3 weeks prior and I had not even received anything from them. They told me I would have to file a police report and fax them a copy. Yeah right! What a rip off!

Nutra Lane The product that I ordered did absolutely nothing

I also ordered a free sample, paid the shipping and handlling and then was very surprised to see that orders came in the mail. The product that I ordered did absolutely nothing for me so there was no reason for me to order any more.

Nutra Lane reoccurring charges on bank card

Major RiP OFF. DO not order Resevertol or Dermapril ONLINE

Ordered 3 wk "free trial" of resevertol XP on the internet for $3.99 after hearing Oprah & Dr. Oz discuss the product. Was sent a bottle of the product w/ 60 capsules. Tried product for a week & felt no difference, then attempted to cancel within the 3- week period. Through an automated menu, I was put on hold for 30 minutes several times to speak with a representative. I was never able to talk with a person during that 3 wk period. I then noticed a charge to my Discover card for $79.90 billed exactly 21 days after I ordered the trial product.
I called the number on my bank card statement and instead of talking with someone regarding cncelation, I pushed the number for "reordering" and finally spoke with a person who I was able to get a cancelation number from. I found out that through"autoship" another order was already sent and my card was billed for an additional $83.30. I was given a return authorization number that supposedly I can return this shipment for a partial credit to my card.
My son is a pharmacist and found the same exct product from GNC and Target for a third of Nutra Lane's cost.
I called Discover card and was told to change my card number, which I did. Then I was put in touch with the fraudulent billing dept. They said there was nothing they could do and that Nutra Lne was a legitimate business. So shame on me for being so stupd to order from an internet company that I had never heard of.
I will be canceling my Discover card as well since they're too wimpy to stand behind their card.

I authorized a free sample of ResVer XP with the only charge to be shipping $3.97.

It arrived today and said 2 units at unit price of $0.00 each + shipping of $3.97. That is correct.

However [in print so small it is almost unreadable] it stated "This amount has been charged to your credit card or checking account. $79.90 will be billed to your card to complete payment on May 31, 2009. [IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE FOR AN UNAUTHORIZED SALE.]
THIS COMPLAINT WILL BE SENT TO BETTER BUSINESS AND THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE WILL NOT BE PAID.

I AM CANCELLING ANY/ALL FUTURE UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENTS AND PAYMENTS.

Nutra Lane Fraudulent Business Practices

I ordered a free sample of a product and paid shipping and handling. The advertising was very clear that it was a one-time order and that there was no obligation to purchase additional product. When the product arrived, a slip in the package stated that I would receive two additonal packages of the product next month for $70 and that an additional two packages of the product wil be shipped to me every 45 days following. Nowhere in my original order did I agree to such an approach and nowhere in the original advertising did it mention such an obligation. This is clearly fraudulent and I would warn all consumers to avoid this company at all costs. I will also be filing a complaint against this company in every website I can find, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This company should be ashamed.

I received unsolicited product from these people and they had fraudulently charged my American Express Card. I cancelled the transaction with Amex and called Nutra Lane to tell them I never ordered the product. Then they sent me a dunning letter for $79.90

Wow! Just got my bill for 69.90 which I wasn't aware that I joined their "membership". Am quickly going to send this back to company so I can get my account refunded! This (company) really is sneaky the way it draws one in to "try" their product for a nominal shipping/handling fee, then SURPRISE a few weeks later. Shame on them, shame on me for apparently not reading everything on the page! I won't do this again!

This is not a sample as advertised...it is a scam to force a subscription. They make it very difficult to return the product without penalty.

Fight this company. A total SCAM. They did the same to us as with the other complaints!
I called them and obviously its a boiler room or private house they operate from. Call your credit card company immediately to stop this fraud operation.

I was shipped two bottles of an anti-aging pill. After a week I saw no improvement, so I called Nutra Lane. I received a return authorization number to return the unused product and cancelled any future shipments. They received the returned package ten days ago, but I have been billed an additional $34.95.

I recieved a special offer via email from this company. The email stated that for a special payment of $3.97 I could try a thirty day supply of these new pills. I agreed to this offer, however, not even a month later I recieved a bill on my card stating that I owed Nutra Lane $79.90. I never agreed to any type of member ship with this company, and never recieved any type of product besides that in which I ordered.

I was shipped an inital offer for $3.97 of Nutra Lane product Res Ver XP. Then without my knowledge or consent I was then billed $79.90 from my bank account.
I am now disputing this charge but want everyone to know that this is a SCAM and should not be allowed to continue.

Nutra Lane Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card

I was going to order a trial of Acai Berry. In the process of the order, I kept getting led through a series of "would you like to try WHATEVER". On one occastion I put a check mark in the yes box, and then many more choices came up and I repeatedly said no, no, no. They asked for my Credit Card info which I gave them, but that wasn't the end of their questions, and finally I got sick of the process, so I back out without EVER SUBMITTING MY ORDER. I never did get an invoice, and I never did get an email confirming any order.

I check my Credit Card Statement on a daily basis and couldn't believe it when I saw a charge from Nutra Lane. I called the company and was told that when the product arrived I could not just refuse delivery. I had to send it back with a tracking number. They also gave me a cancellation number. The product never did arrive. I called my Credit Card company and they put in a query on the charge. I never did receive any product, and the next thing I knew I had another $79 charge on my Credit Card.

When Nutra Lane received the query from my Credit Card company, they sent me, by registered mail, a copy of an Invoice (first time that I had seen this), and a copy of their Return Policy. I had to sign for this paperwork. They then sent all of this paperwork to American Express, stating that they had signed proof that I did indeed received product, even though it was almost a month after I had first lodged my complaint with American Express.

The Supervisor at Nutra Lane won't talk to me. I guess I now need to go to the Better Business Bureau and lodge a complaint with them. I am not just going to let this slip by.

Beware of companys that offer free products and tell you just pay for shipping. They will put you on a list and automaticly take money from your credit card and send you more products without your authorazation.When you order a product so called free you are misled because you will be buying from them automaticly without consent. It is also hard to try to resolve it, you get a run around! So before you order free read all the hidden messages or you will get scammed!the product Resver is one of them and watch out for GNS.

i ordered the sample product .dident care for it so i never ordered it but that made no difference to the company so when i recieved another package i called and was told they couldent find me in thier system, althou they were able to find and charge me, the next month recieved another order called and recived a #to return products waited 3 weeks still was not refunded so i called again and was told they never recieved the products back BUT I HAD A TRACKING #and then all a sudden they seen where it was returned but would still only recredit 1 order..not only will i never order anything from this company i hope they go under for beingCROOKS

my complaint is that they automaticly they enroll me in there membership club
without asking my opinion and know they want to ship me to units for $34.95 and i

and i try calling to cancel the 30 day trail and the operater says they change the number and the number it gave me to call it wont go threw so ihope when you get this message you'll see that i don't want to be in your so call membershhip and cacel everything else you did the way that you enroll mein it so can you unroll of your system thank you i will appreciate it alot oh and your product didn;t work for me!

I ordered a "sample" of Slim Seduction. I didn't order a Club Membership, nor did I give "anyone" permission to send two more units at $34.92 on 9/7/09 then again every 45 days. I also "DID NOT" AUTHORIZE $79.90 to be deducted from my card on August 14, 09 as stipulated on this invoice that came with the shipment. I was lead to believe that I would receive a trial and only had to pay the SHIPPING charge of $3.97 now it's gone up to $79.90 and a new shipment every 45 days. NO THANK YOU. I hate being deceived by people. Why would I want to buy more when I've not yet had a chance to try the ones I have? It doesn't make sense.

I signed up for a no further obligation "free trial" and paid only just shipping. Then I noticed on site that I was automatically enrolled for further repeat product to be sent. IT WAS STATED WHEN SIGNING UP ONE TIME NO OBLIGATION CANCEL ANYTIME AND THERE WAS NOTHING STATING THAT IF CANCELLING AUTOMATIC WHATEVER WILL CHARGE.

I cancelled the automatic reenrolling thing and then 3 days later was charged $79.95 I got product and it says will refuse returned packages. I have not opened it and will NOT TRY This product out now because it was a FORCED PURCHASE AND VERY VERY VERY UNAUTHORIZED charge on my card. I HAVE THAT MONEY TO GO WITH MY CAR NOTE NOW I WILL BE CHARGED OVERDRAFT FEES AND BE REPROTED BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATIONAT ALL WHATSOEVER OF ANY KIND OF CHARGE

I recently went onto a website that sponsored Nutra Lane: Slim Seduction diet pills. You (the customer) could sample this product for free only pay shipping and handling of 3.97. I submitted my request and agreed to pay the 3.97. The product arrived today and now I am reading on the packaging that I will be billed $79.90 on Aug. 13 for 2 units and 2 units will be shipped automatically every 45 days and this fee will be billed to my credit card. This isn't what I agreed to. If for any reason this company removes fund from my account via banking card I will retain a lawyer. This is intrusive and the foulest form of screwing the customer. My e- mail address is : a2008rn@aol.com. This is how I can be contacted. I will be sending the product back to the manufactor tomorrow (7/31/09).

I had the same thing happen to me. I received a package in the mail from this company, and there was over $200 deducted from my bank account. I looked up the company name on my computer (which was not the same name on the package). When I called, I told them I wanted to return the package, that I did not order it, and they told me that I couldn't return it. I went to my bank and had the charges removed, filed a complaint with the BBB and took the package to the post office. The clerk wrote "REFUSED" and sent it back.
