Dear Sir / Madame,

Greetings,

IT IS MORE THAN 02 MONTHS THAT I HAD APPLIED FOR ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE POLICY FOR MY WIFE AND MYSELF. THE POLICY AMOUNT IS INR 1000000 AND THE PREMIUM PAID BY ME OVER THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICES IS INR 3120 ON THE POLICY NUMBER WBT0003576 NAD INR 2868 ON THE POLICY NUMBER WBT0003589 ON THE 03 OCT 2007.

AS ICICI PRUDENTIAL SENT ME A MAIL CONFIRMING THE SAME AND REQUESTED ME TO SUBMIT AGE PROOF BY COURIER, HENCE THE SAME WAS DONE WITHIN 15DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE MAIL.

AS I HAD BE LEAVE OVERSEAS FOR A JOB COMMITMENT, I SENT SEVERAL MAILS TO THE COMOANY REGARDING THE SAME.

EVERY NOW AND THEN THEY COME UP WITH NEW EXCUSES AND THE LATEST ONE IS THAT THE POLICY NUMBERS WHAT I HAVE MENTIONED ABOVE IS NOT REFELCTING ON THEIR SYSTEMS AND NOW THEY WANT THE COURIER DETAILS BY WHICH I HAVE SENT THE PERTAINING DOCUMENTS OF AGE PROOF.

NOW I FEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS MISTAKE OF TAKING A POLICY FROM ICICI PRUDENTIAL AS IT IS MORE OF A NEUSANCE THAN AN ASSET.

AS OF NOW I AM POSITIONED IN QATAR AND HAVE NO ONE IN INDIA TO DO THE RUNNING ABOUT FOR ME FOR THE SAME.

I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CONSIDER THIS COMPLAINT AND GIVE ASSISTENCE SO THAT THE MATTER COULD BE RESOLVED OR ELSE I WOULD BE FORCED UPON TO SEEK A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED PERSON AND DEPARTMENT.

ALSO TO MENTION THAT I AM A CUSTOMER OF ICICI BANK (NARIMAN POINT BRANCH - MUMBAI) SINCE PAST 08 YEARS AND THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THAT I HAD OPTED FOR AN OPTION OF TAKING ITS POLICY.
